Some teachers have difficulty implementing thematic learning which is a form of integrated learning model that combines a concept in several materials, subjects or fields of study into a particular theme or topic of discussion where there is integration between knowledge, skills and values that allows students to actively discover scientific concepts and principles in an integrated way. holistic, meaningful and authentic. The research objective is to map and describe thematic learning based on instructional media in improving student quality. Using library research methods or literature study. The results of the study can be concluded that learning media-based thematic learning can improve student quality seen in increasing student interest and interest in the learning process. Thematic learning based on learning media can also overcome the limitations of student experience. Learning media-based thematic learning can also go beyond the classroom, embed correct, concrete and realistic concepts, and the types of learning media consist of print-based media, human-based media, visual-based media, computer-based media, so as to improve the quality of learning and student quality. Thus, it can be suggested that to improve the quality of students, apply thematic learning based on learning media in the teaching and learning process in schools. The purpose of this research is to map and analyze the tricenter of education in the development of education in Indonesia. Using the library or literature study method, the data sources are obtained from reviews of scientific writings, scientific articles, scientific books both online and in print. The results of the study can be concluded that the education tricenter consists of family, school and community education. Family education is the first educational institution, because parents always prepare good educational supplies for their children. Then school education is that children get education through the school environment, humans receive formal education through educational and extracurricular materials with all the provisions and structures that have been regulated therein, formal education in this school is taken for nine years normally arranged through elementary, junior high, and high school programs. and high school. Meanwhile, community education is through non-formal educational institutions, such as tutoring (tutoring), TPQ (Quran Education Park), community organizations (Mosque Islamic Youth), and many other non-formal educational institutions in society. Thus it can be suggested that in an effort to develop education, then increase the role of functions and responsibilities of the tricenter of education in Indonesia.Keywords: Three Education Centers, Development, Islamic Education. Abstrak: Tri pusat pendidikan di Indonesia masih sulit dikembangkan, ditandai dengan kesulitan mengintegrasikan program pendidikan antara keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat yang merupakan sebagai penanggungjawab pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis tripusat pendidikan dalam pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode kepustakaan atau studi pustaka, yang sumberdata diperoleh dari review tulisan-tulisan ilmiah, artikel-artikel ilmiah, buku-buku ilmiah baik online maupun cetak. Hasil penenlitian dapat disimpulkan tripusat pendidikan terdiri dari pendidikan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Pendidikan keluarga merupakan lembaga pendidikan pertama, karena orang tua yang senantiasa menyiapkan bekal pendidikan yang baik untuk anak-anaknya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis tentang model pembelajaran edutaiment dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak usia dini. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran edutaimen dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak usia dini. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar anak usia dini masih belum optimal dikarenakan keterbatasan guru dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran. Hubungan model pembelajaran edutaiment yang merupakan model pembelajaran menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan sehingga dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar, pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar anak usia dini. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan, jika ingin prestasi belajar anak meningkat, maka kembangkanlah model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan seperti model pembelajaran edutaiment.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Edutaimen, Prestasi Belajar Anak, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Abstract: Learning models in early childhood education have created difficulties for teachers in developing them, resulting in difficulties in improving children's learning achievement. This paper aims to map and analyze the edutainment learning model for improving early childhood learning achievement. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach. The results show that the edutainment learning model can improve early childhood learning achievement. So it can be concluded that early childhood learning achievement is still not optimal due to the limitations of teachers in developing learning models. The relationship of the edutainment learning model, which is a fun and not boring learning model so that it can foster learning motivation, can ultimately improve early childhood learning achievement. Model pembelajaran edutaiment menjadi salah satu alternative untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini dikarenakan pembelajaran edutaimen merupakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peningkatan motivasi belajar anak usia dini melalui model pembelajaran edutaimen. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa; (1) motivasi belajar anak usia dini masih cenderung rendah; (2) pentingnya peran guru dalam memilih metode yang tepat dalam mengajar; dan (3) edutainment telah digunakan oleh para guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran edutaiment dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini, sehingga dapat disarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini, maka terapkanlah model pembelajaran edutaiment.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Edutaiment, Motivasi Belajar, Anak Usia Dini   Abstract: Learning motivation has created a difficulty in developing early childhood learning models. The edutainment learning model is one of the alternatives to increase motivation for early childhood learning because edutainment learning is fun and not boring learning. This paper aims to map and analyze the increase in early childhood learning motivation through the edutainment learning model. Using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study found that; (1) early childhood learning motivation still tends to be low; (2) the importance of the role of the teacher in choosing the right method in teaching; and (3) edutainment has been used by teachers in increasing the motivation of early childhood learning. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis bentuk mutu pendidikan, hubungan peran kepala sekolah dengan mutu pendidikan, dan peran kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) Bentuk mutu pendidikan sekolah secara umum telah baik, namun pada kepala sekolah belum mampu memberikan kepercayaan penuh kepada guru dalam melaksanakan tugas, sehingga mempengaruhi mutu; (2) Hubungan kepala sekolah dengan mutu pendidikan yaitu mutu pendidikan sekolah ditentukan oleh kepala sekolah dan guru yang profesional, sehingga pembinaan peningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan menjadi lebih baik, dan mutu pendidikan di sekolah menjadi meningkat; dan (3) Peran kepala sekolah berdampak besar bagi proses pengelolaan pendidikan dan mutu pengelolaan mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan. Sekolah yang berdaya saing tinggi menjadi idaman semua orang. Untuk mencapai mutu sekolah yang berdaya saing tinggi, salah satu faktor penentu adalah optimalisasi peran kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kriminalitas yang disebabkan oleh kebijakan perizinan investasi minuman keras. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan; (1) Kebijakan perizinan investasi minuman keras beralkohol tidak ada manfaatnya, bahkan memiliki dampak negative di kalangan masyarakat; (2) Pengguna minuman keras beralkohol terjadi peningkatkan kriminalitas di kalangan masyarakat; (3) Kebijakan yang ada seyogyanya sebagai solusi dalam memberantas minuman keras beralkohol dan kriminalitas. Ini berbanding terbalik dengan peran fungsi kebijakan yaitu pengesahan perizinan investasi minuman keras. Sehingga tulisan ini dapat disimpulkan kebijakan perizinan investasi minuman keras memperlihatkan dampak negative dalam kehidupan masyarakat, dan pada akhirnya melalui berbagai pendapat para ahli dan organisasi masyarakat, maka Peraturan Presiden RI tersebut resmi dicabut. Sehingga tulisan ini menyarankan perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan memperlihatkan aspek komparasi secara kewilayahan yang bersumber pada data yang lebih bervariasi. Dengan demikian kebijakan yang lebih akurat dapat dirumuskan dalam rangka meningkatkan investasi dan pendapatan Negara dengan tidak menimbulkan keresahan dan kriminalitas dalam masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Kriminalitas, Kebijakan, Investasi Minuman Keras Abstract: Policies in the form of licensing investment in liquor have triggered an increase in violence and crime in the community. This study aims to describe the crime rate caused by the liquor investment licensing policy. Using descriptive qualitative method. The research results show; (1) The investment licensing policy for alcoholic beverages has no benefits, and even has a negative impact on the community; (2) Users of alcoholic beverages have an increase in crime in the community; (3) The existing policy should be a solution in eradicating alcoholic beverages and crime. This is inversely proportional to the role of the policy function, namely the ratification of liquor investment licensing. So that this paper can conclude that the liquor investment licensing policy shows a negative impact on people's lives, and in the end through various opinions of experts and community organizations, the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia is officially revoked. So this paper suggests that further research is needed by showing aspects of regional comparison that are sourced from more varied data. Metode penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan tekhnik analisis pustaka Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi peningkatan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah menekan kan bahwa pengadaan dan pendayagunaan pada sarana dan prasarana yang baik dan lengkap, yang mana dalam strategi peningkatan sarana dan prasarana sangat penting untuk dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien agar terciptanya suasana sekolah yang lengkap dan tidak tertinggal karena dari sarana prasarana ini menunjukkan hasil suatu mutu pendidikan di suatu sekolahKata Kunci: Management;Srategik; Sarana dan Prasarana; Mutu sekolah. Abstract: This study aims to determine the strategy of improving educational facilityes  and infrastructur that will improve the quality of the school. This research method is a qualitative type with library analysis techniques. Adapun dari setiap jenis metode pembelajaran terdapat problematika-problematika yang di hadapi oleh seorang guru sehingga itu menjadi tantangan untuk guru melakukan metode pembelajaran dengan baik.Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengertian dari metode mengajar dan prinsip-prinsip penggunaan metode mengajar yang ada di PAUD, sedangkan tujuan khusus dari penulisan ini yaitu : (1) Problematika pada metode bercerita, (2) Problematika pada metode demonstrasi, (3) Problematika pada metode sosiodrama. Maka kesimpulan dari penulisan ini adalah Problematika yang terdapat pada  pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan gambaran fakta yang terjadi dilapangan, khususnya ketika guru memilih metode pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang akan dilaksanakan oleh guru banyak berpengaruh dengan proses pembelajaran yang akan berlangsung. Beberapa diantaranya seperti problematika pada metode bercerita, problematika pada demonstrasi dan problematika pada sosiodrama. Hal-hal yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah, guru harus tahu betul metode pembelajaran yang akan di terapkan kepada anak.Kata kunci : Metode pembelajaran, metode bercerita, metode demonstrasi, dan metode sosiodrama. Abstract : In teaching and learning activities there is a learning method used by a teacher to support the learning process in order to achieve a goal so that aspects of child development can develop properly. As for each type of learning method, there are problems faced by a teacher so that it becomes a challenge for teachers to carry out learning methods well. The purpose of this paper is to find out the meaning of teaching methods and the principles of using teaching methods in PAUD , while the specific objectives of this paper are: (1) Problems with the storytelling method, (2) Problems with the demonstration method, (3) Problems with the sociodrama method. So the conclusion of this paper is that the problems contained in early childhood education learning are a description of the facts that occur in the field, especially when teachers choose learning methods. The learning method that will be implemented by the teacher has a lot of influence on the learning process that will take place. Some of them are problems in storytelling method, problems in demonstration and problems in sociodrama. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan tulisan ini memetakan dan menganalisis rencana strategis dan rencana operasional dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam. Hasilnya menunjukkan; Pertama, rencana strategis sebagai kebijakan penting sebagai dasar dalam membuat program kelembagaan dalam merumuskan visi, misi dan tujuan dengan melibatkan stakeholders. Rencana strategis sebagai usaha sistematis dan formal suatu lembaga untuk memperjelas sasaran utama, kebijakan-kebijakan dan strategi. Kedua, Rencana operasional sebagai penerapan program pencapaian visi, misi dan tujuan berupa langkah nyata dalam pengoperasionalan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam, dan Ketiga, Hubungan rencana strategis dengan rencana operasional merupakan satu kesatuan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan. Penulis dapat menyarankan dalam penulisan ini untuk melibat perspektif unsur kepemimpinan dan pengelola dengan mengakomodasi pengalaman dan masalah yang dihadapi dalam mengelola rencana strategis dan rencana operasional dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam, sehingga solusi yang menyeluruh dapat ditemukan.  Kata Kunci: Rencana Strategis, Rencana Operasional, Lembaga Pendidikan Islam.  Abstract: Strategic plans are still weak in managing current conditions and projected future conditions, such as long-term or medium-term planning in determining strategic goals and objectives, and operational plans are still weak at the human resource level. Using descriptive qualitative method. The purpose of this paper is to map and analyze strategic plans and operational plans in Islamic educational institutions. The results show; First, the strategic plan as an important policy as the basis for making institutional programs in formulating vision, mission and goals by involving stakeholders. Strategic plan as a systematic and formal effort of an institution to clarify the main objectives, policies and strategies. Second, the operational plan as the implementation of the program to achieve the vision, mission and goals in the form of concrete steps in the operation of an Islamic educational institution, and Third, the relationship between the strategic plan and the operational plan is an integral part and cannot be separated in the development of educational institutions. Sebagian tenaga pendidik memperlihatkan perilaku kerja sejalan dengan standar dan kode etik yang ada, dan sebagian tenaga pendidik yang lain memperlihatkan kesulitan dalam bekerja. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, tujuan tulisan ini selain memetakan bentuk kondisi mutu kinerja dalam berbagai kelompok tenaga pendidik juga menganalisis alasan-alasan terjadinya penurunan mutu kinerja tenaga pendidik. Tulisan ini didasarkan pada data yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber data online dengan memperhatikan karakteristik structural kelompok tenaga pendidik. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perbedaan kelompok dan kemampuan para tenaga pendidik telah menjadi kekuatan yang menstrukturkan perilaku kinerja tenaga pendidik atas ancaman mutu kinerja tenaga pendidik dalam manajemen pendidikan selama pandemic covid-19. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mutu kinerja tenaga pendidik dalam pengelolaan pendidikan telah menjadi faktor penting atas suatu realitas mutu pendidikan di era pandemic covid-19. Dan dapat disarankan, perlu perluasan kasus, dan penambahan sumber data yang diteliti, sehingga memungkinkan dapat dipahami dampak pandemic covid-19 dalam dunia pendidikan secara mendalam dan komprehensif. Kata Kunci: Era Pandemic Covid-19, Manajemen Pendidikan, Mutu Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Abstract: The era of the covid-19 pandemic in education management shows a threat to the quality of the performance of educators. Some educators show work behavior in line with existing standards and codes of ethics, and some other educators show difficulties in working. In line with this, the purpose of this paper is not only to map the form of performance quality conditions in various groups of educators, but also to analyze the reasons for the decline in the quality of teacher performance. This paper is based on data collected from various online data sources by taking into account the structural characteristics of groups of educators. The results of this study show that group differences and the abilities of educators have become a force that structures the behavior of educators' performance on the threat to the quality of educators' performance in education management during the covid-19 pandemic. Thus, it can be concluded that the quality of the performance of educators in the management of education has become an important factor in the reality of the quality of education in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.
