Motivasi diperlukan karena dengan motivasi ini diharapkan setiap orang dapat bekerja keras dan bersemangat untuk mencapai produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Tujuan dalam kajian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi kepemimpinan dalam lembaga pendidikan serta hubungan antar kepemimpinan terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan mengumpumpulkan berbagai referensi. Secara umum kepemimpinan dapat dipahami sebagai pemimpin yang mampu mengarahkan, membina atau mengatur, menuntun dan juga menunjukkan ataupun mempengaruhi. Serta lembaga pendidikan adalah suatu wadah yang berguna untuk membina manusia, membawa kearah masa depan yang lebih baik. Kepemimpinan dalam lembaga pendidikan dapat disebut sebagai seseorang yang memegang otoritas yang menentukan perkembangan lembaga pendidikan. Sebagai pemimpin pendidikan yang profesional seorang pemimpin dituntut mampu melakukan perubahan yang bersifat pengembangan dan penyempurnaan.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Lembaga Pendidikan Abstract: Motivation in educational institutions is very important, because every personnel or employee member definitely needs a motivation, both from within himself and from others, for that if someone is already motivated or motivated, that person's performance will increase so that he can achieve a goal. Motivation is needed because with this motivation it is expected that everyone can work hard and be enthusiastic to achieve high work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the motivation of leadership in educational institutions and the relationship between leadership and educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach by collecting various references. In general, leadership can be understood as a leader who is able to direct, foster or regulate, guide and also show or influence. And educational institutions are a useful forum for fostering human beings, leading to a better future. Leadership in educational institutions can be referred to as someone who holds the authority that determines the development of educational institutions. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor internal serta eksternal yang mempengaruhi proses pengorganisasian pada lembaga pendidikan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari analisis menyimpulkan beberapa faktor internal yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengorganisasian di lembaga pendidikan adalah visi, misi, sasaran dan tujuan organisasi, strategi pencapaian tujuan, sifat dan jenis kegiatan serta jenis teknologi yang digunakan. Sedangkan untuk faktor eksternalnya adalah kebijakan pemerintah dan sosial budaya masyarakat. Sehingga dari hasil yang didapat tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor internal merupakan faktor yang berada di dalam organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Komunikasi yang baik dari para pimpinan dan karyawan maka akan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Sedangkan Faktor eksternal terdiri atas unsur-unsur diluar organisasi/ lembaga, yang sebagian besar tak dapat dikendalikan dan berpengaruh dalam pembuatan keputusan. Penulis dapat menyarankan perlunya kajian lebih lanjut yang dapat mengakomodasikan lebih banyak kasus untuk memetakan hasil yang lebih komprehensif, sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar untuk kebijakan yang lebih tepat sasaran. Kata Kunci: Faktor Internal, Faktor eksternal, Pengorganisasian, Lembaga Pendidikan Abstract: External and internal factors are quite important in organizing an educational institution because it has the aim of compiling a pattern of activities to lead to the achievement of common goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external factors that affect the organizational process in educational institutions. Using descriptive qualitative method. The results of the analysis conclude that several internal factors that have an influence on organization in educational institutions are the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the organization, strategy for achieving goals, the nature and type of activity and the type of technology used. As for the external factors are government policies and social culture of society. So from the results obtained it can be concluded that internal factors are factors that are within the organization or educational institution. Good communication from leaders and employees will create a conducive work environment. Meanwhile, external factors consist of elements outside the organization/institution, most of which cannot be controlled and influence decision making. Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskripsi. Komponen yang menjadi tolak ukur adalah pencapaian prestasi kerja dan tujuan organisasi seperti pembelajaran di era Covid 19, dan aplikasi e-performance melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian dan pengawasan. Empat hal tersebut disebutkan dalam fungsi manajemen Perguruan Tinggi yaitu planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. E-permormance adalah system informasi pengukuran kinerja berbasis web, aplikasi e-peformance adalah wadah awal adanya keterlibatan dunia global dalam manajemen kinerja perguruan tinggi. Manajemen kerja perguruan tinggi dapat dilihat dari Webometrics sebagai database pengakuan Internasional pada ranking indek perguruan tinggi. Artikel ini membahas penyebab, dampak dan akibat menurunnya prestasi kerja pada era SARS-Covid 19. Manajemen kampus dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi kerja melalui aplikasi e-performance dalam mengawal webometric di era SARS-Covid-19. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi penurunan prestasi kerja di era SARS-Covid 19. Oleh karena itu disarankan untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja PT, maka tingkatkan manajemen kinerja di lingkungan PT pada era SARS-Covid 19.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Prestasi Kinerja Menurun, e-performance, Era SARS-Covid 19 Abstract: This study aims to describe the work performance of higher education (PT) in the SARS-Covid 19 era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The components that become benchmarks are the achievement of work performance and organizational goals such as learning in the Covid 19 era, and the application of e-performance through planning, organizing, controlling and monitoring. These four things are mentioned in the higher education management function, namely planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. E-performance is a web-based performance measurement information system, the e-performance application is the initial platform for global involvement in higher education performance management. Higher education work management can be seen from Webometrics as a database of international recognition on college index rankings. This article discusses the causes, impacts and consequences of decreased work performance in the SARS-Covid 19 era. Campus management in an effort to improve work performance through e-performance applications in guarding webometrics in the SARS-Covid-19 era. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Bendahara pengeluaran dan Bendahara pengeluaran pembantu pada OPD yang telah mempunyai pengalaman sebagai bendahara selama 2 tahun sebanyak 82 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada Bendahara Pengeluaran dan Bendahara Pengeluaran Pembantu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah (SPIP) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bendahara pengeluaran.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah, Kinerja Bendahara Pengeluaran.              Abstract: This research aim to examine the effect of government internal control system (gics) on financial administrator performances. The sample of this research is financial administrator and financial administrator assistant of OPD Bengkulu City who has two years experience, a total of 82 respondents. This research data collection technique was obtained through a questionnaire given to financial administrator and financial administrator assistant. Sebahagian guru PAUD telah memiliki kompetensi sejalan dengan standard dan kode etik professional guru, dan sebahagian yang lain mengalami problematika dalam menjalankan tugas pokok, fungsi dantanggungjawabnya sebagai guru professionalnya. Tujuan umum selain memetakan problematika kompetensi guru juga menganalisis alasan terjadinya problematika di kalangan guru PAUD. Sedangkan tujuan khusus menganalisis; (1) problematika kompetensi pedagogic; (2) problematika kompetensi kepribadian; (3) problematika kompetensi professional; dan (4) problematika kompetensi social. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggali data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) masih terdapat sebahagian guru PAUD yang belum memenuhi standar kompetensi pedagogic secara optimal; (2) masih terdapat sebahagian guru PAUD yang belum memenuhi standar kompetensi kepribadian  secara optimal; (3) masih terdapat guru PAUD yang belum memnuhi standar kompetensi professional secara optimal; dan (4) masih terdapat sebahagian guru PAUD yang belum memiliki standar kompetensi social secara optimal. Tulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah terjadi problematikan kompetensi guru di kalangan guru PAUD yang disebabkan atas keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam menjalankan tugas pokok, fungsi dan tanggungjawab dalam menjalankan kewajiban dan haknya dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga tulisan ini dapat menyarankan, diperlukan adanya peneliti lanjutan dengan memperhatikan aspek komparasi secara kewilayahan dengan bersumber pada data yang bervariasi, sehingga kebijakan yang lebih akurat dapat dirumuskan dalam mengatasi problematika kompetensi di kalangan guru PAUD. Kata kunci : Problematika, Kompetensi, Dikalangan Guru PAUD, di Indonesia Abstract: Teacher competence in Indonesia has created problems among Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers. Some PAUD teachers already have competence in line with the standards and professional code of ethics of teachers, and some others experience problems in carrying out their main duties, functions and responsibilities as professional teachers. The general objective, apart from mapping the problems of teacher competence, is also to analyze the reasons for the problems among PAUD teachers. While the specific purpose of analyzing; (1) the problem of pedagogic competence; (2) personality competence problems; (3) the problem of professional competence; and (4) the problem of social competence. Using descriptive qualitative methods to explore primary data and secondary data. This article uses a descriptive qualitative method, this paper aims to map the form of difficulty of meeting the needs and development of the dimensions of the human personality and analyze its causes. The results of the study show that this study shows that human needs include three categories, namely basic needs such as clothing, food, and housing, secondary/supporting needs, and luxury or modern needs. The human personality is the dynamic of a functional psychophysical organization of human beings that turns into a pattern of a specific behavior in the face of life, and the manifestation of personality is all the behavior of the human being himself. The human personality that can be developed is education, science, Islamic education, and character education. So that the human personality becomes a solution for the progress and development of personality in human life. This study aims to examine the differences in student learning outcomes between before and after being given an Animaker-based interactive science learning video on the subject matter and its changes in class VII SMPN 20 Bengkulu City. The results showed that learning outcomes increased from the average value of 41.29 to 78.06. The purpose of the study is to map and analyze the optimization of supervisory supervision in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools. Using descriptive qualitative methods, research sources include scientific books, and scientific articles both nationally and internationally related to the optimization of supervising supervision in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools. The results of the study can be concluded that supervisory supervision has not been optimal in improving the quality of learning, it can be seen that the quality of students and teachers is not optimal, the quality of the learning process taking place effectively and efficiently is not optimal, the quality of output from student graduates and student absorption is not optimal. Therefore, the quality of learning can be seen from the quality assurance of inputs, processes, and products produced. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 14 Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar tes dan lembar observasi, lembar observasi terdiri dari lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Pada siklus 1 rata-rata skor observasi guru adalah 29 (kriteria baik), sedangkan rata-rata skor observasi siswa adalah 28 (kriteria baik). Pada siklus 2 rata-rata skor observasi guru meningkat menjadi 31,5 (kriteria baik) dan rata-rata skor observasi siswa meningkat menjadi 30 (kriteria baik). Selanjutnya data hasil belajar pada siklus 1 dianalisis berdasarkan kriteria ketuntasan belajar klasikal dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa 79,03 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal belajar 72,22% dengan kriteria belum tuntas dan pada siklus 2 rata-rata meningkat menjadi 90,83 dengan persentase ketuntasan 91,67% dengan krteria tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model PBM dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa serta hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 14 kota Bengkulu.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, Aktivitas dan  Hasil Belajar. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activities, student learning activities and student learning outcomes using problem-based learning in class VIII SMPN 14 Bengkulu. This type of research is classroom action research with descriptive method. The research consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of stages: action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were teachers and all eighth grade students of SMPN 14 Bengkulu. The research instruments were tests, teacher observation sheets and student observation sheets. In cycle 1, the average teacher observation score was 29 (good criteria), and the average student observation score was 28 (good criteria). In cycle 2, the average teacher observation score increased to 31.5 (good criteria) and the average student observation score increased to 30 (good criteria). Learning outcomes in cycle 1 were analyzed based on the criteria of classical learning completeness and obtained an average value of 79.03 students and the percentage of classical learning mastery learning 72.22% with incomplete criteria. in cycle 2 the average increased to 90.83 with a percentage of completeness 91.67% with complete criteria.
