ABSTRACT The development of the palm oil industry which continues to increase has an impact on palm oil waste in the form of ash from burning palm shells, known as POFA (Palm Oil Fuel Ash). One way to reduce the number of POFA is to use it in the field of Civil Engineering. In this study, Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) was used as a material for the embankment in road pavement construction. In addition to using POFA, this study also used additional materials in the form of cement with the percentage addition of 2%, 4%, 6% and 12%. The results of the soaked CBR and UCS tests in the laboratory showed that the CBR and UCS values increased with increasing cement content in each variation. The value of CBR and UCS increased and reached the maximum value at the addition of 12% concentration, which was 28.01% for CBR and 4.903 kg/cm2 for UCS. The increase in nickel production is directly proportional to the increase in nickel slag production as a byproduct of nickel processing. The purpose of this research was to assess and control the performance of asphalt mixtures containing nickel slag in the Intermediate Laston (AC-BC) pavement layer. The physical properties of the materials used, namely asphalt, aggregate, and nickel slag, were tested, and for the chemical and mineral properties of nickel slag, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscope well as the results of testing the physical properties of nickel slag meet the requirements used in road construction materials. One type of research in an effort to improve the weakness of concrete is by adding fiber which is expected to increase the tensile strength of the concrete. In this study, the fiber used is bamboo fiber. To ensure uniformity in the shape and size of the fibers, bamboo fibers that have been processed in the form of toothpicks are used. The toothpicks used are 1.5 mm in diameter and 25mm long. This study uses several percentages of fiber, namely 0.5%; 1.0%; 1.5% and 2.0% by volume of concrete. The test carried out is the slump test, compressive strength and split tensile strength The compressive strength and split tensile strength tests were tested when the concrete was 28 days old. The results of this study indicate that the concrete reaches a maximum compressive strength at a fiber percentage of 1.0% of 34.90 MPa with an increase of 31.20% from normal concrete and the split tensile strength value reaches a maximum value at a percentage of 0.5% fiber of 4, 01 MPa with an increase of 22.76% than normal concrete. Berdasarkan kondisi di atas, maka pada penelitian ini membahas mengenai evaluasi kesesuaian struktur rumah tinggal sederhana dengan pedoman Teknis rumah tinggal tahan gempa. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengetahui persentase tingkat kesesuaian struktur rumah subsidi Kota Cilegon dengan pedoman teknis rumah tinggal tahan gempa dan sebagai masyarakat perencana/ stakeholder setempat memahami aturan pada pedoman. Metode penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner, yang selajutnya data sampel penelitian akan diuji kecukupan data, uji keseragaman dan uji T Test. Hasil penelitian didapat 2 kategori persentase yaitu kategori tidak sesuai mendapatkan 70% karena tidak memakai balok lintel, tidak adanya angkur pada pondasi, dan dinding. Kategori sesuai didapatkan 30% karena hanya penggunaan bahan material yang sesuai, dengan hasil tingkat kesesuaian lebih kecil dari persentase tidak sesuai dapat dikatakan kurangnya sosialisasi pedoman dari pihak pemerintah kepada perencana/ stakeholder . ABSTRACT The subsidized housing program is a home ownership financing assistance program provided by the government as a form of improving the welfare of low-income people (MBR), but the building must still have a minimum standard of housing eligibility. One of the standards set by the government and initiated by the Directorate General of Human Settlements is the Technical Guidelines for Earthquake Ageng guidelines for earthquake-resistant housing and as a community planning /stakeholder localunderstand the rules in the guidelines. The research methods are interviews, observations and questionnaires, after which the research sample data will be tested for data adequacy, uniformity test and T test. The results of the study obtained 2 percentage categories, namely the inappropriate category getting 70% because they did not use lintel beams, there were no anchors on the foundation, and walls. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of students from the Faculty of Engineering UNTIRTA in choosing a mode of transportation with attributes of travel costs, travel time, service convenience, and safety security with the Stated Preference method and statistical analysis using SPSS version 25. The characteristics of the respondents in this study were majority male and the majority of respondents had a driver's license and other documents as well as vehicle ownership of 1 to 4 vehicles. In data processing, the researcher conducted a correlation test, linearity, F test and T test and multinomial logit regression. The goal is to minimize the occurrence of occupational health and safety hazards in high-rise construction. Work accidents can occur due to humans, methods, materials, machines and work environment, therefore this research was conducted on the construction project of The Canary Apartment building. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the dominant safety hazards that occur due to contractors and environmental conditions in The Canary Apartement project and their handling. The method used in this research is distribution of questionnaires and field observations. The data were analyzed using statistical method and SEM-MOS modeling. Based on the results, on contractor variables there are two indicators that are most dominantly significant, namely no matter the problems related to occupational health and safety (K2) and not willing to spend safety-related costs (K3). In the results of environmental variables there are two indicators that are most dominantly significant, namely the storage conditions of untidy equipment (L6) and storage of hazardous materials that are not in place (L7). The provision of water for the irrigation area is sourced from the dew reservoir located in the upper reaches of the irrigation area. In recent years there has been a shallowing of the reservoir due to sedimentation which resulted in a reduced capacity of the dew reservoir, as well as the closure of irrigation intake doors due to the accumulation of sediment. The analysis used the USLE model to predict sedimentation rates due to land erosion that occurred in the rain catchment area upstream of Jurug dew. Estimating the sedimentation rate in jurug dew aims to prepare the next step as a form of handling the impact of sedimentation that occurs. The results of the analysis showed that the average amount of erosion that occurred in the watershed upstream of Embung D.I. Jurug was 54,66 tons / ha / year and fell into the class of severe erosion hazard level (B III). The amount of sediment over 23 years amounted to 730,12 tons of sediment. Untuk mendukung kekokohan konstruksi bangunan tersebut, maka diperlukannya material-material yang kuat dan berkualitas agar dapat memenuhi kualitas beton yang sudah direncanakan. Dalam penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh abu sekam padi sebagai bahan pengganti semen dan serat bambu sebagai bahan penambah pada beton terhadap sifat mekanik beton serat bambu dan untuk mengetahui nilai dari sifat mekanik beton yang terbesar dari pengunaan variasi abu sekam padi 0%, 8%, 9% dan 10% terhadap berat semen dengan penambahan serat bambu betung. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dari penggunaan beton serat dan abu sekam padi diperoleh hasil kuat tekan rata-rata beton serat dan abu sekam padi 0%, 8%, 9% dan 10% secara berurutan sebesar 23,96 MPa, 18,83 Mpa, 20,48 MPa, dan 16,15 MPa. Untuk hasil rata-rata kuat lentur balok beton serat dan abu sekam padi 0%, 8%, 9% dan 10% secara berurutan sebesar 2,893 MPa, 2,351 MPa, 2,569 MPa, dan 2,129 Mpa. Untuk hasil rata-rata kuat tarik belah beton serat dan abu sekam padi 0%, 8%, 9% dan 10% secara berurutan sebesar 2,689 MPa, 2,252 MPa, 2,410 MPa, dan 2,073 MPa.
