Based on the guidelines UI GreenMetric, water use on campus is an important indicator that aims to improve water conservation and water recycling programs. The demand for water is greater than the availability of water, therefore the optimal and effective building for water needs is 90% for the FISIP building and 85% for the FAPERTA building. Flood discharge HSS Nakayasu obtained 11,09 minute peak time and peak discharge of 3,67 m 3 /s. The results of this research analysis showed that the required reservoir volume for the reservoir is 12106,05 m 3 .
