The impact of floods can disrupt community activities cause social, economic, and health losses. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the capacity of the drainage channel at Dasana Indah Tangerang Housing could accommodate the amount of design flood for the 5-year return period and find the solution. The selected rainfall distribution is Gumbel distribution, rainfall intensity using the Mononobe Method and flood calculations using the Rational Method and channel velocity using the Manning Method. The results of the study obtained, channel 1 (Q S1 = 2,081 m 3 /s < Q T1 = 3,231 m 3 /s); channel 2 (Q S2 = 2,161 m 3 /s < Q T2 = 4,331 m 3 /s); and channel 3 (Q S3 = 2,135 m 3 /s < Q T3 = 4,525 m 3 /s). The solution for flooding in these channels is to re-plan the dimensions, is channel 1 (b 1 = 1,712 m, y 1 = 0,856 m, w 1 = 0,214 m, H 1 = 1,070 m); channel 2 (b 2 = 2,010 m, y 2 = 1,005 m, w 2 = 0,251 m, H 2 = 1,256 m); and channel 3 (b 3 = 1,840 m, y 3 = 0,920 m, w 3 = 0,230 m, H 3 = 1,150 m). The current problem in construction projects in the Banten area is the difficulty of delivering materials and heavy equipment due to the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy being implemented in the Banten area. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between time performance of construction projects with material and heavy equipment control. The Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Construction Project Phase I became the subject of research. Project employees were asked to fill out a questionnaire as a data collection method. Data analysis using SPSS v.25 software for multiple linear regression analysis. The use of additives in the concrete mix will reduce the exploitation of natural resources. One way to reduce exploitation from the use of mixed materials in concrete is the use of added materials from waste. The use of materials from waste is an effort to increase the carrying capacity of the environment. The use of materials from waste in the manufacture of concrete will make the concrete environmentally friendly because it utilizes waste as an added ingredient in the mix so that it will reduce pollution and decrease the carrying capacity of the environment. Eco-friendly concrete aggregates use waste materials from plastic bottles and mask fibers. The increasing production of masks due to COVID-19 and the increasing use of plastic bottles. This study aims to use the the results of the compressive strength test, it was found that the use of the largest variation of the mask and the smallest variation of plastic bottles had the greatest compressive strength compared to the composition of other variations. This is because the land in question serves as a medium that holds the load or the action of a construction that is built on it. The construction of soil on Kp. Juhut Street – Karang Tanjung Pandeglang Regency has a low carrying capacity by having a California Bearing Ratio of 3,1% by testing the Dynamic Cone Penetration, so that the value of California Bearing Ratio on the road is below the standard of 5%, then the land stabilization needs to be done. Stabilization using beach sand material is one way to meet the needs of the required strength. This study attempts to knowledge of and classification of land in the Kampung Juhut, Kecamatan Karang Tanjung, Kabupaten .Pandeglang with the Unified Soil Classification System (USCS). And to knows the CBR unsoaked by the addition of beach sand of the percentage 0%, 12%, 24%, and 36% for ripening with 0, 7, 14 days . The results of studies show that based on some classification systems USCS, the soil types including in the classification OH, that is clay with organic plasticity.
