The impact of floods can disrupt community activities cause social, economic, and health losses. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the capacity of the drainage channel at Dasana Indah Tangerang Housing could accommodate the amount of design flood for the 5-year return period and find the solution. The selected rainfall distribution is Gumbel distribution, rainfall intensity using the Mononobe Method and flood calculations using the Rational Method and channel velocity using the Manning Method. The results of the study obtained, channel 1 (Q S1 = 2,081 m 3 /s < Q T1 = 3,231 m 3 /s); channel 2 (Q S2 = 2,161 m 3 /s < Q T2 = 4,331 m 3 /s); and channel 3 (Q S3 = 2,135 m 3 /s < Q T3 = 4,525 m 3 /s). The solution for flooding in these channels is to re-plan the dimensions, is channel 1 (b 1 = 1,712 m, y 1 = 0,856 m, w 1 = 0,214 m, H 1 = 1,070 m); channel 2 (b 2 = 2,010 m, y 2 = 1,005 m, w 2 = 0,251 m, H 2 = 1,256 m); and channel 3 (b 3 = 1,840 m, y 3 = 0,920 m, w 3 = 0,230 m, H 3 = 1,150 m).
