The degree of satisfaction of physiological nutritional needs was studied through the main indicators of food quality — energy and protein. As the starting point for this, the Standards for the physiological needs of the population of Ukraine in the main nutrients and energy and the annual statistics were taken. The analysis of the results showed that during the years 2010-2016 the index of physiological norm of consumption of food energy should be in the range of 2457-2380 kcal, in average 2400 kcal. Indicators for protein should be 75,7-75,9 g and 75,4 g respectively. The actual indices for providing physiological nutritional needs for energy and protein were 2983-2742, 2905 kcal, 87,5-84,1, 87,5 g. respectively. The energy-protein ratio during the years 2010-2016 normally should be in the amount of 31,5-31,7 and an average of 31,8 kcal/g. The actual values were at the level of 34,1-32,6 and 33,2 respectively. The indicator of protein-energy ratio, for the years 2010-2016, should normally be in the range of 30,8-31,5 and in average 31,4 g/1000 kcal. Actual values were at the level of 29,3-32,6 and 30,1 g /1000 kcal respectively. The actual average energy-protein ratio was higher for 4,4 percent, while the protein-energy ratio was 4,1 percent lower.\u0000\u0000The values of the energy-protein and protein-energy ratio indicate the level of physiological fullness of the diet. Dietology is an integral part of the treatment process. It significantly improves the effectiveness of treatment in the public health system. The dominant feature of it is the creation of the design of health programs for the sick person.\u0000\u0000Purpose of the Study. Substantiation of innovative alimentary technologies of dietary support in the system of public health.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods of Research. The materials of the official reports of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and UNAIDS about the state of health of the population for 2014-2016 are analyzed. Medical and statistical method and the method of system analysis were used.\u0000\u0000Results of the Study and Discussion. The current state of Ukrainian community population health is characterized by crisis phenomena. The age-standardized mortality from non-infectious diseases is significantly higher than in the European Region and the World as a whole. Especially high mortality is in men. The transformation of the age structure of the population makes the «crisis of aging» closer. Specific features of morbidity include high levels of primary morbidity of the working age population and a significant accumulation of chronic pathology in old age. This fact determines the increase of the volume of medical services and the widespread use of innovative alimentary technologies, which serve as a necessary background for therapeutic agents.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. Public health of the population of Ukraine is characterized by high mortality from non-infectious diseases, marked demographic aging, high level of primary morbidity of the working age population, polymorbidity in older age. Due to critical phenomena in the state of public health of the population, the volume of necessary assistance substantially increases and requires the intensive application of innovative nutritional technologies. However, with multiple introduction of persistent pesticides, soil can become a source of pollution of crop production.\u0000\u0000The Purpose of our work was to predict the danger for children of all ages when consuming agricultural products contaminated with fungicides of the amides and triazoles classes.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. For an integrated assessment of the potential hazard on a four-graded scale, the allowable daily intake, the half-life in plants, and the average daily consumption of the product were estimated. When estimating the average daily consumption of products for children under the age of 18, the safety coefficients were used.\u0000\u0000Results. According to the persistence in agricultural cultures, fungicides cyflufenamide and difenoconazole were classified as hazard classes 3 (moderately stable). By the integral indicator of the danger when consuming pesticide-contaminated products for adults, difenoconazole is very dangerous (grade 4), cyflufenamide —moderately dangerous (grade 3).\u0000\u0000Conclusion. The potential danger of combined effect of lead and fluorine to human health motivates the search and experimental substantiation of physiologically acceptable ways of bioprophylaxis directed to preventing or reducing the negative effect on the organism.\u0000\u0000Objective: the study of the dynamics of the metabolic and functional state of the liver under conditions of combined effect of lead and fluorine without application of bioprotectors and on the background of bioprotectors application.\u0000\u0000Material and Methods. 4 series of researches were carried out on white rats, each according to the orthogonal planning scheme 22. Lead and fluorine were administered by intragastric within 30 days: in the first series — without bioprotectors application, in the second series — on the background of pectin application, in the third series — pectin and calcium application, in the fourth series — the complex of pectin, calcium and triovit application. The level of diene conjugates, the active products of thiobarbituric acid, the activities of superoxide dis-mutase and catalase, the index of general antioxidant activity in the liver tissue, the activities of alanine aminotransferases, aspartate aminotransferases and alkaline phosphatase in blood serum, concentration of urea were determined at the 15th and 30th day of the experiments, the integral coefficient of antioxidant defense and the type of combined action were calculated.\u0000\u0000Results. The combined effect of lead and fluorine leads to an imbalance between the indicators of lipoperox-idation and antioxidant activity of the liver tissue, the increased activities of alanine aminotransferases and aspartate aminotransferases, the phase changes in alkaline phosphatase activity, and urea concentration in serum. The application of pectin did not affect the indicators. Pectin and calcium have improved the mechanisms of antioxidant system and the activity of enzymes. The complex of pectin, calcium and triovit normalizes metabolic processes in the liver tissue and improves its functional state. The type of the combined action depends on the registered effect, the duration of the stress factor and the applied bioprotektor.\u0000\u0000Conclusion. The optimal prophylactic effect under the combined action of lead and fluorine is achieved with the help of a complex of pectin, calcium and triovit.\u0000\u0000Key Words: lead, fluorine, combined effect, pectin, calcium, triovit, indicators of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant defense, enzyme activity.

Psoriasis in all its various clinical forms is one of the most common chronic inflammatory skin diseases. For most patients, the disease means long-term constraints in various aspects of everyday life with huge personal costs, and sometimes severe stigma and discrimination. Socio-economic consequences of psoriasis associated with its chronization, reduced labor productivity and significant costs of treatment. The disease can occur both in children and in adulthood, characterized by long-term relapse, total or partial loss of disability, high levels of disability and socio-psychological maladaptation of patients. The risk and complexity of the flow increases significantly under adverse environmental conditions.\u0000\u0000Purpose: on the basis of social and hygienic monitoring, to study the peculiarities of the psoriasis incidence of the population of the Zaporizhia region under the conditions of adverse ecological environmental factors. Methods of Research: hygienic, clinical-laboratory, functional, epidemiological, statistical.\u0000\u0000The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time, a systematic approach to the analysis of the incidence of psoriasis with regard to environmental factors has been used.
