Hence, we need to have a clear definition of current situation through analyses, during which we can find problems and fix them. The system uses MSP430F149, together with W5100, to be the control core of every access system unit, and to achieve real time data communication between the access controller and the upper monitor based on TCP/IP protocols. The communication mode adopts non-symmetrical C/S model, in this model, the access controller and the remote PC are the clients, and the upper monitor is the server. But the ARCH effect is weakened in evidence after the starting of stock index future. The result also shows that external factors impact on the stock market would be durable. And the trend is uneasy to change if it has been formed. The model to calculate solvency margin of general insurance company is improved with risk theory, in order to examine the impact of reinsurance default risk on insurer. The core idea is: dividing the survival probability of original insurance company into two parts. The first one is the joint survival probability for both of insurer and reinsurer. The second one is survival probability of insurer when the reinsurer insolvency. In this model, the problem we must solve is how to approximate the joint distribution of aggregate claims for insurer and reinsurer. According to the characteristics of young university teachers, summarize the characteristics of the following performance requirements, the diversity of needs, the urgency of demand, and the pertinence of demand, Performance of burnout includes low organizational commitment, role psychological conflict and lack of professional happiness. For young teachers, level of burnout is relatively low, also young teachers have a certain sense of self-change. The reasons for burnout have disadvantage group, imbalance between demand and supply, and personal factors. So we establish tutor system implantation mechanism and management model based on the analysis above. According to related data research, we can come to conclusion that tutor system will help to enhance the professional competence of young teachers, help young teachers into the team.
