Analyzed Historical Data to Improve the Quality of Writing of Construction Specifications

Abstract

Because the construction business has moved toward modernization, led to the claims arising from construction specifications. Thus the construction industry needs to develop methodologies for improve the quality of writing of construction specifications that should overcome their current underperformance in this area. Analyzed the historical data in Si Chuan area, this paper presents the current situation and results that applied to the writing of construction specifications in Si Chuan area. The results gives a management tool for improve its measurement and quality of writing of construction specifications.
