So more and more researchers are interested in design and research of quay container crane. A quay container crane consists of gantry, trolley, main hoist, luffing gear and spreader etc. It is of significance to study the mechanism for designing and manufacturing cranes. This paper analyses the transmission mechanism of main hoist of quay container crane, and builds the mathematics models of the steel wire of spreader and the part from electromotor to convolution, to analyses data translation from electromotor to spreader of main hoist in quay container crane. So, it is possible to simulate the motion curve of the spreader of quay container crane in a computer program with the results gained from this paper. Taobao.com in mainland China and Yahoo! Taiwan are the selected cases. Through the credit rating system of the cases, this study collects a total of 3,243 appraisals of the sellers whose sale ranks first in eight industries. Each appraisal is used as a unit of analysis. Firstly there are 13 key management factors induced in this study. Then the comparative case study between mainland China and Taiwan is carried out according to these 13 factors. Finally this study derives three propositions. It's indicated that the decentralized decision always take some efficiency lose, so the centrally coordinate decision get an advantage over the decentralized decision. Since media is significantly related to firm size, industry affiliation and whether belongs to important index, we adopt event study and use the residual attention model to examine the relationship between abnormal media information and stock returns with a special sample. We find that relative to stocks with high abnormal media information, those stocks with low abnormal media information have higher returns. The \"media effect\" exists in Chinese stock market. A long-short trading strategy can earn significant positive cumulative excess returns in the following 10 days. Furthermore, our findings show that the excess return from \"media effect\" is due to the significantly low returns of high abnormal media information stocks. This research investigates the unilateral counter party credit risk of credit default swap (CDS). Under different assumptions, three different information models are built. They are, the basic model with no counter party credit risk, the model considering unilateral counter party risk, and the model considering unilateral counter party risk as well as the collateral. Through comparing and analyzing these models, the conclusion is: considering counter party credit risk in the transaction process facilitates trading in a cautious manner, nevertheless, because of the assessment accuracy issue for the counter party credit risk, the success of such transactions may result in concentration of risk in the market, the collateral factors can increase the expected income and consequently promote the transactions. However, since it may be insufficient to eliminate counter party credit risk through the collateral, investors may still suffer from unexpected losses. In this system, STC89C51RC is used as CPU and SIM900B is used as GSM/GPRS communication module. The temperature sensor, humidity sensor and CO2 concentration sensor constitute the detection module. The system can show environmental parameters by liquid crystal screen, realize data remote alarming through the GSM module. Users can set standard values and inquire values by cell phone. Firstly, it took ten hospitals in the 14 three A-level hospitals as examples in random, and handed out the questionnaires of patient satisfaction degree. Then the paper easily obtained the initial information table based on the collation and analysis of the collected questionnaires. At last, the paper classified these initial information tables by the means of k-means cluster analysis through the software of SPSS 16.0. From the result of k-means cluster analysis, these ten hospitals were divided into three groups, meanwhile, from the light of factors that affect patient satisfaction degree, the mean square of public image, hospital environment, medic ethics and management level can maximize the differences among cases in different clusters, but some other factors, such as medical quality, service attitude, treatment processes, charge level, clinic result and medical procedures shouldn't be used for descriptive purposes for the cluster means are equal.
