Therefore, thorough study based on time complexity of quick sort algorithm is of great significance. Especially on time complexity aspect, the comparison of quick sort algorithm and other algorithm is particularly important. This paper talks about time complexity of quick sort algorithm and makes a comparison between the improved bubble sort and quick sort through analyzing the first order derivative of the function that is founded to correlate quick sort with other sorting algorithm. The comparison can promote programmers make the right decision when they face the choice of sort algorithms in a variety of circumstances so as to reduce the code size and improve efficiency of application program.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134045313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the operations of projects, EMCo is facing not only the policy risks, technology risks, market risks and often the enormous lack of customer credit risks. In general, policy, technology, market development and improvement of such factors is a gradual process. A single EMCo's influence on the external environment is minimal. However, for the operation of the project customer risk, EMCo can avoid and prevent the above risk through risk management to a large extent. Based on the analysis of risk classification of customers, choosing customers carefully is presented in this paper as a crucial measure to avoid the risk. Selecting customers should start from the assessment of clients to analyze and evaluate customer risk and credit risk, and then carefully designed project contract proposed to avoid project risks.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134230746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, business development come along with growing credit risk, the more credit risk, the more probability of default, the bigger of credit, the greater of the risk loss. After the financial crisis in 2008, commercial Banks are positively pay attention to and enhance the credit business for SMEs, as company, the risk also will increase. The vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data of citronellal, citronellal and geranial at 3.31kPa (absolute pressure) was measured by the method of single loop reactor vapor-liquid equilibrium. VLE phase diagrams of citronellal-citronellal and citronellal geranial systems were obtained. The phase diagrams showed that the separation of citronellal from citronella oil was easy, while the separation of citronellal and geranial was more difficult through distillation. The basic thermodynamics data provided the foundation of citronella oil separation for industry design.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"28 5","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114013944","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper analyses and summarizes a series problems exiting in the department of petrochemical locomotive maintenance, and presents an optimization strategy for its spare parts inventory management. Firstly, it builds an inventory management model that demands subject to Poisson distribution, ordering lead time as a constant and based on the (s, S) and (R, Q) policies. And then it determines the basic parameters of the inventory. Lastly, it develops a management information system (MIS) for the department, and makes the MIS have simulation capabilities through applying the technologies of time accelerator and triggers. It can verify the basic parameters of the inventory through the MIS.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115651265","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the co-occurrence frequency of pairs of words or phrases, co-word analysis is used to discover linkages among subjects in a research field and thus to trace the development of science. The aim of this study is to visualization the subject structure of the field of international management science during the period of 2002-2006. Co-word analysis was employed to reveal patterns and trends in the international management science field by measuring the association strengths of terms representative of relevant publications. Data were collected from selected 52 kinds of international journal papers collected from Social Science Citation Index (SSCI). In addition to the keywords added by SSCI databases. Observe the co-word try to distinguish its dynamic development and evolution, and with the help of discipline knowledge to explain these information, mine the knowledge mode of its research field. It is currently a Key Process Area (KPA) in several well known software process models. For some small/agile software development teams, it can be hard to deploy a whole model into their organizations. Based on our experience, we believe peer review can be of great help even if this is the only KPA implemented in a team. Therefore, we are proposing a Peer Review KPA implementation, which incorporates guidelines, processes, best practices, templates, customization and maturity levels. Along with a user study, we believe software development teams can benefit from the practice no matter which model they are using and which maturity level they are in.","PeriodicalId":229533,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Information Management, Innovation Management and Industrial Engineering","volume":"291 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114338409","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
