In order to maintain the quality provided to remain good, adequate quality of human resources is needed. For employees who are seen to have provided satisfactory service, one form of consumer appreciation is to provide bonuses in the form of tips.This research is to see how employees perceive the tipping culture, which involves front office department employees and 4 consumers at 3-star hotels in East Surabaya. This study uses a descriptive approach with interviews as a data collection technique. Each hotel selected 3 employees and 2 consumers who represent the research subjects. The results showed that there were 2 tip distribution systems, namely no tip distribution (individual) and the same tip distribution (collective). However, the sharing of tips (individual) system often creates conflicts in its application, so it needs special attention from the hotel management. For employees who receive, Tips can increase motivation, rewards (personal achievements), volunteer money from guests, and additional salary for savings. Also that the tip is an appreciation of the attitude of employees who are polite, friendly, and responsive in dealing with consumer complaints staying at the hotelPemberian tip saat ini sudah merupakan hal yang umum dilakukan oleh masyarakat Indonesia terutama pada bidang perhotelan. Untuk menjaga kualitas layanan yang diberikan agar tetap baik, dibutuhkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai. Bagi karyawan yang dipandang telah memberikan layanan yang memuaskan, salah satu bentuk apresiasi konsumen adalah dengan memberikan bonus berupa tip.Penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana persepsi karyawan terhadap budaya tipping, yang melibatkan karyawan front office department serta konsumen di 4 hotel bintang III yang ada di Surabaya Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Dari masing-masing hotel dipilih 3 orang karyawan dan 2 orang konsumen yang mewakili subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 sistem pembagian tip yaitu no sharing of tips (individual) dan equal sharing of tips (kolektif).  Namun system sharing of tips (individual) sering menimbulkan konflik dalam penerapannya, sehingga perlu perhatian khusus dari pihak manajemen hotel. Bagi karyawan yang menerima, Tip mampu meningkatkan motivasi,  penghargaan (personal achievement), uang sukarela dari tamu (guess dicretion) dan tambahan gaji untuk tabungan. The following research aimed to determine the impact of physical and non-physical work environments on the performance of employees of PT. La Nina Niaga National. The rmethod used a qualitative by collecting observation data, interviews and documentation with data analysis by using Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the physical work environment at PT. La Nina Niaga Nasional was still in poor condition. Non-physical work environment at PT. La Nina Niaga Nasional in the form of superior and voluntary relationships, relations between employees. The more conducive the physical and non-physical working conditions were the more employee performance that would be happened.Perkembangan bisnis semakin pesat telah menimbulkan persainga, sehingga setiap perusahaan harus berjuang untuk menciptakan inovasi baru agar dapat bersaing di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. La Nina Niaga Nasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisisi data menggunakan Miles Hubermas. Hasil peneltiian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik di PT La Lina masih kurang baik. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja non fisik di PT La Lina Niaga Nasional memiliki hubungan yang baik antar karaywan. But there are problems in the variables studied because the differences between theory and facts are not in line, this is what makes researchers interested in choosing the title for research. This research analysis model used multiple linier regression analysis with data processing using EVIEWS 9. Hypothesis test using t-test and f-test with a significance level of 0,05. The results showed that Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Return on Equity had effect on Price to Book Value. The result of the t test show that the variables Firm Size have no effect on Price to Book Value, variable Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Return on Equity have effect on Price to Book Value. Coefficient determination is 69,85%.Perkembangan teknologi menjadikan perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, hal ini menjadikan para investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi. Namun terdapat masalah pada variabel yang  diteliti karena terdapat perbedaan antara teori dengan fakta tidak sejalan, hal inilah yang membuat peneliti tertarik untuk memilih judul tersebut untuk diteliti. Model analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan EVIEWS 9. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f dengan tingkat signifikannya sebesar 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Firm Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, dan Return on Equity berpengaruh terhadap Price to Book Value. This research method used a quantitative approach and secondary data collection techniques using annual reports (annual reports) available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2019. The population numbered 14 companies and a sample of 7 companies with purposive sampling technique. Data processing techniques used PLS-SEM.. The GCG variable was proxied by Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, and the Board of Commissioners. The results show that the results of the GCG and CSR have positive effect on Earning Management. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari GCG dan CSR terhadap variabel Earning Management. Metodenya menggunakan kuantitatif dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari laporang tahunan yang tersedia di BEI tahun 2014-2019. Populasinya 14 perusahaan dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Proses analisis data mengunakan PLS-SEM. Variabel GCG diproksikan dengan kepemilikian institusional dan dewan komisasir. Spirituality in the workplace is an option to eradicate value-free business practices. Employees with spiritual values are expected to have good work performance to win a healthy business competition. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The research was conducted by determining key informants, interviews, observations, and documentation—processing and data analysis using a triangulation model. The results showed that PT. Azka Mulia International has made efforts to create an Islamic work environment even though there are still shortcomings. Factors that affect employee performance are workload, cooperation, and compensation. The role of the Islamic work environment in increasing employee performance is increasing commitment and motivation. Praktik bisnis yang bebas nilai menyebabkan ketidakadilan bagi lapisan masyarakat kelas menengah dan bawah. Spiritualitas di tempat kerja adalah pilihan untuk menghapus praktik bisnis yang bebas nilai. Karyawan yang memiliki nilai-nilai spiritual diharapkan memiliki prestasi kerja yang baik dan memenangkan persaingan secara sehat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menentukan informan kunci, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi- pengolahan data menggunakan model triangulasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa PT Azka Mulia International telah menciptakan upaya lingkungan kerja yang islami meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah beban kerja, kerjasama dan kompensasi. Tests on the accuracy of respondents' reactions were carried out by distributing questionnaires at Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan and were consumers and customers with a total of 97 respondents. The test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 24 Program. The conclusions obtained are that: (1) Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) at Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan; (2) Price has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) at Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan; (3) Location has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) at Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan; (4) Service Quality, Price and Location have a simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) at Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan. This shows that Customer Loyalty (Y) at Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan can be explained by 62% by the independent variable, namely Quality Services (X1), Price (X2) and Location (X3). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas layanan jasa, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di usaha Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan. Pengujian terhadap ketepatan reaksi responden dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner di Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan dan merupakan konsumen dan pelanggan dengan jumlah 97 responden.Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwasannya: (1) Kualitas Layanan Jasa berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) di Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan; (2) Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) di Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan; (3) Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) di Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan; (4) Kualitas Layanan Jasa, Harga dan Lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) di Bintang Arut Motor Lamongan.. This research aims to test and prove that there is an effect of financial literacy, risk tolerance, and risk perception on investment decisions of students in Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya.  This research uses a quantitative approach, the population of this research is the students in Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya with a sample of 93 students using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire distributed through a G-form which had previously been tested for validity and reliability. The test method uses Multiple Linear Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 21 Program. The results show that: (a) Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on Investment Decisions: (b) Risk Tolerance has a significant positive effect on Investment Decisions: (c) Risk Perception has a positive but not significant effect on Investment Decisions: (d) Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance, and Risk Perception have a significant positive effect simultaneously on the investment decisions of students in Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Perkembangan perekonomian menuntut individu dalam mengelola keuangan mereka baik jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh literasi keuangan, risk tolerance, dan risk perception terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiwa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya dengan sampel sebanyak 93 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang di sebar melalui gform yang sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 21. This research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach and the data are collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the mix marketing strategy implemented in Puskopal Kodiklatal Surabaya in recent years has been declared appropriate, superior, consistent, and feasible. However, during 2018 to the present period, the implementation of the mix marketing strategy has not been able to run well or optimally because of internal and external factors. So, there is a decrease in the sales of cooperative products which also had an impact on the acquisition of residual income (SHU) at Kodiklatal Cooperative, Surabaya during 2018 to 2019.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan strategi marketing mix koperasi dalam meningkatkan SHU di Puskopal Kodiklatal Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi marketing mix yang dilakukan Puskopal Kodiklatal Surabaya beberapa tahun ini dinyatakan sesuai, unggul, konsisten, dan layak, namun hanya saja dalam periode tahun 2018 hingga saat ini, pelaksanaan strategi marketing mix tersebut belum dapat berjalan baik atau maksimal karena adanya faktor internal dan eskternal. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro. Testing on the accuracy of respondents' reactions was carried out by distributing questionnaires at PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro and is an employee with a total of 97 respondents. The test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 24 Program. The conclusions obtained are that: (a) Workload has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; (b) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; and (c) Workload and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 65.0% which indicates that the Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro can be explained by 65.0% by the independent variables, namely Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro. Pengujian terhadap ketepatan reaksi responden dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner di PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro dan merupakan karyawan dengan jumlah 97 responden. Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwasannya: (a) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; (b) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; dan (c) Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 65.0% yang menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan di PT. The number of samples in this study is 91 respondents. They are all consumers of ‘Sego Njamoer” who have bought Sego Njamoer products. The sampling is using purposive sampling technique. The technique used in this study is to collect data using a questionnaire. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the storytelling and electronic word of mouth variables have an influence on the variable customer satisfaction simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth is the most dominant variable affecting consumer satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel storytelling dan electronic word of mouth terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada perusahaan makanan Sego Njamoer. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 91 responden. Mereka semua adalah konsumen Sego Njamoer yang pernah membeli produk Sego Njamoer. Pengambilang sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel storytelling dan electronic word of mouth memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen secara simultan.
