This research aims to prove the relationship between work life balance, compensation and organizational commitment with employee performance at PT. Shoenary Javanesia Inc. Simple random sampling was used to determine the number of samples in the study, namely 100 employees from the research and product development division. Multiple linear regression was used as a way to perform data analysis. This study reveals the results that the variability of work life balance and compensation have an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Shoenary Javanesia Inc. In addition, organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing found that work life balance, compensation and organizational commitment have an effect on employee performance at PT. Shoenary Javanesia Inc.Semakin tinggi kondisi tuntutan dan tugas karyawan di perusahaan berdampak pada sulitnya seorang pekerja untuk bertahan dengan peforma terbaiknya. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara hubungan antara work life balance, kompensasi serta komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. Shoenary Javanesia Inc. Simple random sampling digunakan sebagai penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 100 karyawan dari divisi riset dan pengembangan produk. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebaga cara untuk melakukan analisis data. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan hasil bahwa variabilitas work life balance serta kompensasi memiliki pengaruh dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. Shoenary Javanesia Inc. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi tidak memberikan pengaruh kepada kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan yang ditemukan adalah work life balance, kompensasi serta komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. Shoenary Javanesia Inc.. The data analysis method used in this study is Du Pont analysis.Because it was below the SOE standard, the outcomes demonstrated that the ratio of TATO to NPM was not favorable.However, because the percentage value indicates financial performance that is below optimal, ROI can be described as less favorable.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah PT.UP3 Makassar Selatan, PLN (Persero) mencapai laba atas investasi melalui efisiensi penggunaan aset. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah penduduk dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT.UP3 Makassar Selatan , PLN (Persero). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari laporan laba rugi dan neraca PT. 2017–2021: Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Return on Investment (ROI) adalah rasio yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini .Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Du Pont sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa rasio TATO terhadap NPM tidak menguntungkan karena di bawah standar BUMN. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by combining primary secondary data by using purposive sampling, namely the way of collecting information specimens based on several considerations. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture greatly influences the motivation and performance of teachers and employees at SDI.Dari budaya organisasi yang baik perusahaan menginginkan kinerja yang baik oleh karyawan agar dapat berkompetisi di era modern seperti ini. Jika perusahaan mempunyai karyawan dengan memiliki motivasi yang sangat tinggi dapat dipastikan perusahaan tersebut akan lebih mudah untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kinerja guru dan karyawan di SDI. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menyatukan data primer sekunder dengan menggunakan cara purposive sampling yaitu cara pengumpulan spesimen informasi berdasarkan beberapa pertimbangan. From calculation show the perception of work discipline (X1), work environment (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) have joint (simultaneous) effect on work productivity (Y) at PT. Surya Trimegah Wisesa. So that the influence of all independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), work environment (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely work productivity (Y).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkugan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Surya Trimegah Wisesa Gresik.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode linear berganda. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukan persepsi disiplin kerja (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), dan kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) di PT. Surya Trimegah Wisesa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good governance, leadership style and culture on auditor performance with audit structure as a moderating variable. The type of research used is associative research. The data used are primary and secondary data. The populations in this study were respondents who worked at 18 Banks in West Ilir and Sukarame Palembang City as many as 46 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The joint hypothesis test (F test) the significant value of F shows that Fcount is 71,547 > Ftable 2,606 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that simultaneously understanding of Good Governance, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Auditor Performance. In MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) Audit Structure is a Predictor Moderator for Good Governance, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture.Organisasi terhadap kinerja auditor dengan struktur audit sebagai variabel moderasi. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh good governance, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja auditor dengan struktur audit sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan skunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang bekerja pada 18 Bank di Ilir Barat dan Sukarame Kota Palembang sebanyak 46 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Uji hipotesis secara bersama (Uji F) nilai signifikan F menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung sebesar 71,547 > Ftabel 2,606 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan bahwa pemahaman Good Governance, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifkan terhadap Kinerja Auditor. This study was conducted with the aim of providing empirical evidence related to the capital structure of plantation sub-sector companies registered on the IDX for the period 2018-2021. In this study adopted a descriptive statistical approach. The study population included plantation sub-sector companies that must have been registered in the IDX in 2018 – 2021. The sample was 64 (16 companies with 4 periods). Based on the results of descriptive analysis of the results obtained that the lowest value of DER is equal to 0.0069 and the highest value of 14.96. For the average value (mean) obtained at 1.80 and the standard deviation of 2.55. Most plantation sub-sector companies in their operational activities use more external capital (debt). Companies with high DER values do not necessarily have a bad impact on the company because interest on debt will reduce taxes.Perusahaan sektor pertanian menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang terkena dampak pandemic covid 19 yang didalamnya termasuk sub sektor perkebunan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang struktur modal pada perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan yang tercatat di BEI periode 2018-2021. Dalam penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan statistic descriptive. Populasi penelitian meliputi perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan yang tentunya sudah terdaftar dalam BEI pada tahun 2018 – 2021. Sampel didapati sebanyak 64 (16 perusahaan dengan 4 periode). Berdasarkan hasil analisis desktiptif diatas diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai terendah dari DER yaitu sebesar 0,0069 dan nilai tertinggi sebesar 14,96. Untuk nilai rata-rata (mean) diperoleh sebesar 1,80 serta standar deviasi sebesar 2,55. Sebagian besar perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan dalam kegiatan operasionalnya lebih banyak menggunakan modal ekternal (hutang). Citra Abadi Cargo Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach and the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The method of data collection was done through a questionnaire with a sample of 33 respondents. In this study, it was found that the partial effect of the compensation variable (X1) had..a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y), where the significant value was 0.004 <0.05 with an effect of 0.272 or 27.2. Partially, the work motivation variable (X2) had a positive effect and significant to the employee performance variable (Y), where the significant value is 0.002 < 0.05 with an effect of 0.907 or 90.7%. The results of the F test analysis of compensation variables (X1) and work motivation variables (X2) together (simultaneously) affect the employee performance variable (Y), where f count is 6.110 > f table value is 3.32, and the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05.Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada jasa pengiriman barang Cv. Citra Abadi Cargo Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil pengaruh secara parsial variabel kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), dimana nilai signifikannya 0.004 < 0.05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 0.272 atau 27.2%, dan secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), dimana nilai signifikan 0.002 < 0.05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 0.907 atau 90.7%. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using a questionnaire thechnique in data collection. The population in this study were all teachers of muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School Surabaya. The number of samples is 30 respondents.The data processed using the SPSS program, based on the results of the t-test conducted, it can be seen that motivation (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance (Y). Moreover, it can be seen that the work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y). based on the results of the F test conducted, it can be seen that Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y) at Muhammadiyah 1 Sehior High School Surabaya. Based on the results of the R2 test, the contribution or contribution of motivation nad the work environment simultaneously or jointly affects teacher performance is quite large, numbering 88.7%.Sistem manajerial dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, harus memperhatikan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan produktifitas karyawan dengan upaya peningkatan mutu melalui kegiatan yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini mengkaji “Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya” Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif desktiptif dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 30 responden. Data-data yang diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS, berdasarkan hasil uji t yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y). Dan dapat diketahui bahwa Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji F yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa Motivasi (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. The F and T hypothesis tests were used as an analytical method in this study. As for testing the magnitude of the influence of variables used correlation calculations. From the calculation results show the perception of organizational support (X1), work stress (X2) have a simultaneous effect on the level of turnover intention (Y) of employees at Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. Thus, all independent variables (X1 and X2) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y).Dilakukannya riset ini merupakan suatu motivasi yang bertujuan untuk menghindari terjadinya turnover (pindah kerja) yang dilakukan oleh karyawan Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. Pengumpulan data riset menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang bertujuan agar responden penelitian dipilih berdasarkan karakteristikzyangzdibutuhkan. Uji hipotesis F dan T digunakan sebagai metode analisis pada penelitian ini. Adapun untuk menguji besaran pengaruh variabel digunakanlah perhitungan korelasi.
