{"title":"Pengaruh Tangibility, Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan ROA Terhadap DAR Perusahaan yang Tergabung dalam Indeks LQ-45 Tahun 2018-2020","authors":"Ika Lingga Febriyanti, Nurullaili Mauliddah","doi":"10.30651/imp.v2i1.12989","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30651/imp.v2i1.12989","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study was to test and empirically prove the effect of Tangibility, Sales Growth and Return on Assets (ROA) on the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) of Companies Incorporated in the LQ-45 Index 2018-2020. The following research uses a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using the Eviews 9 program tool. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study consisted of 19 companies. The results show that tangibility, sales growth and return on assets simultaneously have a significant effect on the debt to asset ratio with a probability value of 0.0000. The t-test shows that the tangibility and return on assets variables have a significant effect on the debt to asset ratio, while sales growth has no significant effect on the debt to asset ratio. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study amounted to 0.379 or 38% which means that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable.Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh tangibility, pertumbuhan penjualan dan return on asset terhadap debt asset ratio perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks LQ-45 tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian berikut menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengelolahan data menggunakan alat bantu program Eviews 9. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 19 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tangibility, pertumbuhan penjualan dan return on asset secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap debt asset ratio dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0000. Dengan dilakukan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel tangibility dan return on asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap debt asset ratio sedangkan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap debt asset ratio. The population in this study was all UKM Centers in Kerupuk Village, Kedungrejo Village, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, totaling 50 UKM. The sample collection in this study used a saturated sampling method / census, which means the sampling technique is when all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, researchers distributed questionnaires to UKM business owners in Kerupuk Village, Kedungrejo Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of the regression analysis show that the variables of business capital (X1), labor (X2), production (X3), education level (X4) simultaneously have a significant influence and relationship to income (Y). Partially, after the analysis is carried out, the conclusion is that business capital (X1), labor (X2), production (X3), education level (X4) have a significant effect on income (Y).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, tenaga kerja, produksi, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan usaha kecil menengah (UKM) pada kampung kerupuk desa Kedungrejo kabupaten Sidoarjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berupa seluruh Sentra UKM Kampung Kerupuk Desa Kedungrejo Kabupaten Sidoarjo Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 50 UKM, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh / sensus yang artinya teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pemilik usaha UKM kampung kerupuk desa Kedungrejo kabupaten Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa variabel modal usaha (X1), tenaga kerja (X2), produksi (X3), tingkat pendidikan (X4) secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh dan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan (Y). LMX is the perception of the relationship of trust that is formed and occurs between superiors and subordinates. In the context of higher education, superiors are lecturers and subordinates are students. The results of this study are useful for the organization concerned to support and improve student performance. The subjects of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with data collection using an online questionnaire, researchers obtained 89 respondents. Data analysis used regression with SPSS 20 as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that LMX has a significant effect on organizational performance. However, LMX had no significant effect on stress.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Kinerja Mahasiswa. LMX adalah persepsi tentang hubungan kepercayaan yang terbentuk dan terjadi antara atasan dan bawahannya. Dalam konteks perguruan tinggi, atasan merupakan dosen dan bawahan adalah mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini berguna bagi organisasi yang bersangkutan untuk memungkinkan dan meningkatkan kinerja mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner online, peneliti memperoleh 89 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi dengan SPSS 20 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LMX berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. The population of this study are consumers of marine fish processed products in Fish Center of Bulak, while the sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling. The total sample is 100 people. The instrument of this study is a questionnaire that has previously been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. The data are analyzed using multiple regression analysis.This study is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. The results show that cultural factors (X1), social factors (X2), personal factors (X3), and psychological factors (X4) simultaneously has impact on purchasing decisions (Y) with the Fcount 8,669>Ftable 2,47. Based on the results of the regression coefficient value with the t test carried out on the four independent variables, it shows that the psychological factor variable (X4) has a dominant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor budaya, sosial, personal, dan psikologis terhadap keputusan pembelian produk olahan ikan laut di Sentra Ikan Bulak Kenjeran Surabaya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk olahan ikan laut Sentra Ikan Bulak sedangkan teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner yang sebelumnya telah diujicobakan dan telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan realibilitas sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel faktor budaya (X1), faktor sosial (X2), faktor personal (X3), faktor psikologis (X4) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan nilai Fhitung 8,669>Ftabel 2,47. The evaluation process will certainly help in achieving Cafe Owners' desire to increase Cafe's income. One of the tools that can be used to conduct the evaluation is SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats).Informants in this study were Cafe Managers, Cafe Employees, and Key Consumers. In this study also used other tools besides SWOT Matrix, namely SPACE Matrix, IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, and IE Matrix. The SPACE matrix has x, y coordinates (1.5; -0.5) which indicate that the Cafe is in quadrant III with a Competitive Strategy. In IFAS Matrix, the total internal factor value is 2.77 while the EFAS Matrix has a total external factor value of 3.05. After combining the IFAS and EFAS values, in the IE Matrix it was found that Wheels and Brakes Café Surabaya was in position II which indicated that the position of the Cafe was in growing conditions and Horizontal Integration strategy suggestions.The results of this study indicate that the right strategy to use Wheels and Brakes Café Surabaya is the Horizontal Integration Strategy. This strategy takes into account market penetration, market development, and product renewal. This strategy is certainly right for Wheels and Brakes Café Surabaya to be more competitive in the restaurant and cafe business.Wheels and Brakes Café merupakan salah satu Kafe di Surabaya pada Januari 2017. Proses evaluasi yang dilakukan tentu akan membantu dalam mencapai keinginan Pemilik Kafe dalam meningkatkan pendapatan Kafe. Salah satu alat yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi tersebut ialah Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats).Informan dalam penelitian ini ialah Manajer Kafe, Karyawan Kafe, dan Konsumen Kunci. Dalam penelitian ini juga digunakan alat bantu lain selain Matrik SWOT yaitu Matrik SPACE, Matrik IFAS, Matrik EFAS, dan Matrik IE. Matrik SPACE didapatkan koordinat x,y (1,5 ; -0,5) yang menunjukkan bahwa Kafe berada di kuadran III dengan Strategi Kompetitif. Pada Matrik IFAS didapatkan nilai total faktor internal sebesar 2,77 sedangkan pada Matrik EFAS total nilai faktor eksternal sebesar 3,05. Setelah menggabungkan antara nilai IFAS dan EFAS, pada Matrik IE didapatkan bahwa Wheels and Brakes Café Surabaya berada di posisi II yang menunjukkan bahwa posisi Kafe dalam kondisi bertumbuh dan saran strategi Integrasi Horizontal.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi yang tepat untuk digunakan Wheels and Brakes Café Surabaya ialah Strategi Integrasi Horizontal. Strategi ini memperhatikan Penetrasi pasar, Pengembangan Pasar, dan Pembaharuan Produk. The achievement of company success can be done by increasing the employee performance through work discipline. The following research aims to determine the effect of competence and provision of incentives on the driver work discipline of PT. Sriputra Surabaya. This research used a quantitative approach and analysis method with multiple linear regressions. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample of 50 drivers. The results of the research showed that the variables of competence and incentive provision simultaneously and significantly influence the variable of work discipline with the results of F- test obtained Fcount 31,890 > Ftable of 3.20 with a significance value of 0,000. While partially the variable of competence has a significant effect on the variable of work discipline due to the significance value of 0.004 > 0.05 or or smaller than 5%. The variable of incentive provision partially influences significantly on the variable of work discipline due to a significance value of 0.002 > 0.05 or or smaller than 5%. Both competence and incentive provision influence about 57.6% against work discipline while the remaining of 42.4% is influenced by other variables not studied in this resaerch.Sumber Daya Manusia sangat berperan serta dalam mengembangkan potensi karyawan untuk kepentingan perusahaan. Pencapaian keberhasilan perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pemberian insentif terhadap disiplin kerja pengemudi PT. Sriputra Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 50 pengemudi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan pemberian insentif berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja dengan hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung 31,890 > Ftabel 3,20 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja karena nilai signifikansi 0,004 > 0,05 atau lebih kecil dari 5%. Variabel pemberian insentif secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja karena nilai signifikansi 0,002 > 0,05 atau lebih kecil dari 5%. The source of this research data is primary data from the sample, namely the customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Surabaya Branch. This research is a quantitative research with causality research technique. The independent variables of this research are corporate social responsibility (X1), service quality (X2), corporate image (X3) with the dependent variable is customer loyalty (Y). The population of this research is all consumers who transact at BSI. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with ancillary sampling. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows software. The main results of this study are (1) corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) corporate image has a negative and negligible influence on customer loyalty. customer loyalty, (4) corporate social responsibility, service quality and corporate image together (at the same time) have a significant effect on customer loyalty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dari sampel yaitu nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian kausalitas. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), citra perusahaan (X3) dengan variabel terikat loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang bertransaksi di BSI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan ancillary sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan software SPSS for Windows. Margomulyo Indah Blok H-11, Surabaya, Jawa Timur with research time from July 2020 to September 2020. Testing of the accuracy of respondent reactions was carried out by distributing questionnaires at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama and is an employee with a total of 70 respondents.The test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 24. The conclusions obtained are: (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (2) Quality of Work Life (QWL) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (4) From the results of the coefficient of determination, an adjusted R2 value of 59% is obtained which can be explained by 59% of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL). While 41% of employee performance variables at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya is explained by other variablesTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dan Quality Of Work Life (QWL) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama berlokasi di Jl. Margomulyo Indah Blok H-11, Surabaya, Jawa Timur dengan waktu penelitian Juli 2020 sampai September 2020. Pengujian terhadap ketepatan reaksi responden dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama dan merupakan karyawan dengan jumlah 70 responden.Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwasannya: (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (2) Quality of Work Life (QWL) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Absorption potential of zakat is minimal and has not touched many people are required to tithe. One contributing factor could be seen from the management failed to give satisfaction and confidence. This study aims to determine how big are influential Islamic Marketing concept consisting of Rabbaniyyah, akhlaqiyah, al-waqi'iyah and insaniyah in the management and sequestration potential of zakat is done by amil zakat institutions in Indonesia. The analysis of this study used a questionnaire to test validity, and Reliability of simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the concept of Islamic Marketing potential positive influence in the management of zakat to the value of R Square 59.45%, meaning that the factors that influence the management of zakat potential can be explained by the independent variables (the concept of Islamic Marketing) and the remaining 40.55% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Zakat merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang Muslim dan merupakaninstrumen yang istimewa dimana bisa menyejahterakan berbagai kalangan dengan posisi baik menjadi muzakki maupun mustahik. Penyerapan potensi zakat masih minim dan belum menyentuh banyak kalangan wajib berzakat. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya bisa dilihat dari pengelolaan yang kurang memberikan kepuasan dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh konsep Islamic Marketing yang terdiri dari Rabbaniyyah, akhlaqiyah, al-waqi’iyah dan insaniyah dalam pengelolaan dan penyerapan potensi zakat yang dilakukan oleh lembaga amil zakat di Indonesia. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan uji validitas, realiabilitas dan analisis regresi linier sederhana.
