The interjections are prototypical means of expressing the category of emotiveness. This category denotes the emotional state or attitude of the speaker to the reality. The categorical interaction of emotivity and causativity — a category that has the meaning of “incitement to action or change of state” — is described. In the emotive area of modification the causator acts upon the object of causation in order to change their emotional state. An analysis is made of the interaction of emotive causatives, interpreted as verbs with the semes of causation and emotiveness, with Spanish interjections in the framework of a situation of emotional modification causation. Interjections and emotive causatives can have mutual influence on the semantic potential.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"51 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139277099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The work provides approaches to the definition of basic emotions from the point of view of psychology and psycholinguistics, it also touches upon the question of the number of basic emotions. The aim of the work is to identify prevailing means of verbalizing emotions in individual sports interviews. The research material consists of 50 video interviews with American athletes by American journalists. Sports is a topical and widely discussed theme in everyday life, outstanding athletes are the subjects of national pride, so emotivity is an ubiquitous component of the sports discourse, this fact makes the work relevant. The authors believe that the verbalization of emotions by athletes and journalists in individual interviews has specific features connected with the peculiarities of one-to-one communication. In addition, this is the first time basic emotions are studied in the perspective of sports discourse. Research methods: continuous sampling, generalization and interpretation of results, introspection. The object of the study is 6 emotions (joy, anger, fear, sadness, disgust, surprise), which are recognized as basic by the majority of scientists. Interview analysis shows that mostly positive emotions (joy, pleasant surprise) are verbalized. Verbalization of emotions is realized by lexical and syntactic means. Lexical means include exact naming of the emotion and description of emotional state, syntactic means are represented by repetitions. The selected factual material is undoubtedly of scientific interest to researchers. The results of the study can serve as a basis for further research of the verbalization of basic emotions, make a certain contribution to the linguistics of emotions and linguistic theory of communication.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"96 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139277044","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that in recent decades the role of women in the political, cultural, religious and economic spheres has become increasingly important. The methodological basis of the present study were the works of leading linguists of Persian and Russian folklore, as well as linguistic units selected by continuous sampling from paremiological dictionaries and corpora of compared languages. The objectives of this study include the analysis of the features of phraseological units used in the linguistic picture of the world of the Russian and Persian peoples. Linguistic and cultural comparative analysis of phraseological units shows that women in both Russian and Persian linguistic cultures are negatively characterized by the presence of such negative qualities as stupidity, talkativeness, weakness, deceit, cunning, jealousy, dependence on the male sex, wastefulness, etc. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the fact that it presents an analysis of the concept “woman” with a negative connotation using analytical-descriptive and analytical-thematic approaches, and the results of the study can be further reflected in linguocultural analyzes and can also be applied in compiling Russian-Persian dictionaries of proverbs and sayings.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"37 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139276445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These units are adjacent to independent words and form a single whole with them. They are divided into three types, according to their location in the slot group (bar group), i.e. in a group of words that are pronounced as one word and with one stress, including enclitics, proclitics and endoclitics. There are neither endoclitics nor proclitics in the Persian language, only enclitics can be distinguished. The purpose of the study is to identify these enclitics and their main types, viz. simple and special enclitics in Persian. To achieve the goal such methods were applied as analysis and interlingual comparison. The novelty of the article lies in the fact that for the first time the enclitics of the modern Persian language are considered in detail. It is concluded that there are nine enclitics in modern Persian, including three simple and six special ones.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"85 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127923134","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The phraseological expressions were analysed from the point of view of their structure, semantics, functions, and frequency. The results of the research revealed a high frequency of idioms in Adele’s songs, a wide range of idioms’ functions, including less common ones, such as ironic and ludic, the presence of all structural classes of idioms and the dominance of verbal expressions at the structural level. The study of the modification of idioms in Adele’s songs revealed two types of phraseological modification — reduction and lexical substitution.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122673565","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem is that in Russian the active suffix -k- forms nouns with different meanings, such as subjective-evaluative meaning, the meaning of femininity, singularity, object and action. However, Persian-speaking students sometimes do not have sufficient knowledge about these meanings. In Russian, these nouns are formed by adding the suffix -k- to the stem of adjectives, nouns, numerals and verbs. Each of the options has its own formation conditions. The aim of the present article is to identify various meanings of this suffix in Russian and to determine its equivalents in Persian. It was revealed that the majority of formed nouns are feminine nouns, and the Russian suffix -k- is conveyed in Persian by suffixes, adjectives and nouns.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126123492","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of the verification of the received data are characterized. It has been revealed that knowledge of mass Soviet (1960–1980s) and post-Soviet (1990s) culture plays an important role in the process of self-identification of a linguistic personality as a citizen of Russia. The criterion that makes it possible to identify “friends” in the context of a communicative situation is the knowledge of precedent phenomena — quotes and visual images from Soviet entertainment films and cartoons, as well as mass cinema of the post-Soviet period.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134260288","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The material of observation is the speech of the child at the beginning of the third year of life. An analysis of the material made it possible to establish that at the age of two years and two months, the child’s speech competence enables them to form an idea of the presence of a certain number of speech genres opposed to each other by illocution, the past factor, the future factor and the type of discourse. Genres with expressive illocution are represented most diversely among the initiative utterances of the utilitarian-everyday discourse: different types of complaints, joy, sympathy, condemnation and etiquette forms of expressing emotions. Within the framework of a directive illocution, a request, a demand, and a question are distinguished. Genres of rejection and protest appear in the reciprocal remarks of the utilitarian-everyday discourse, and the genre of a joke appears in the cognitive-game discourse. The syntactic side of the utterances is heterogeneous; signs of narrative speech appear in three-word utterances. The prospect of the study is connected with testing the hypothesis that the syntax of asyndetic and compound sentences is formed in a child earlier than the syntax of a simple sentence.","PeriodicalId":229258,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University","volume":"122 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128467104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
