Supervisory activities on analysis and accounting of accidents in the enterprise are conducted by the bodies of the State Labor Service and working bodies of the Fund in accordance with their competence by controlling the timeliness and objectivity of accident investigation, preparation of investigation materials, record keeping, taking measures to eliminate the causes of accidents. The processing of relevant statistical information involves a large volume of data and documentation. One of the methods to minimize errors in the work of the occupational safety engineer is the use of enterprise databases, where all the necessary information will be stored and processed. The purpose of the article is to create an optimized database with functionality for registering accidents and analyzing occupational injuries in order to optimize the supervisory activities of the relevant authorities and individual productions. Conclusions. In the course of supervisory activities to analyze and account accidents in an enterprise, representatives of the above bodies study and check a large number of documents. The main drawback of using such a database is that it does not implement an automatic document flow when maintaining documentation on accident investigation. But this approach simplifies the work on the abundance of information on the registration of accidents and occupational diseases, allows the analysis of occupational injuries, preserves the integrity of data, minimizes the human factor and, consequently, reduces the number of errors. The task of assessing the level of atmospheric air chemical pollution in the case of an extreme situation resulting in a heptyl spill on the territory of industrial facility is considered. An analysis of the pollution zones formation both at industrial sites and in the residential area located near the industrial facility is conducted. To solve such a problem, it is necessary to develop multifactor mathematical models that allow for the rapid determination of the pollution areas formed in an extreme situation. The purpose of the article. To develop a computer model for operational analysis of pollution areas formed during the emergency emission of chemically hazardous substances into the atmosphere. Methodology. The computer model was developed on the basis of a numerical model, which is a differential analogue of the multifactor kinematic equation for impurities mass transfer in atmospheric air. The mass transfer equation takes into account the three-dimensional field of wind speed, atmospheric diffusion, and the intensity of the chemically dangerous substance release into the air. A four-step finite-difference splitting scheme is used for numerical integration of the three-dimensional mass transfer equation. Determination of the chemically dangerous substance concentration at each cleavage step is implemented according to an explicit formula. An empirical dependence is used to calculate the emission intensity of a chemically hazardous substance from the emergency spill zone. Scientific novelty. A numerical model was developed and its software implementation was conducted for the operational analysis of the formation of accidental pollution areas in the atmosphere. The model takes into account a complex of factors affecting the process of impurity propagation in the atmosphere. Practical value. A program was developed for calculating the dynamics of atmospheric air pollution based on the proposed numerical model. This makes it possible to analyze the consequences of emergency spills on the territory of chemically hazardous objects by the method of a computational experiment. Conclusions. An effective tool for operational analysis of the atmospheric air pollution level due to the emission of chemically hazardous substances is created. According to state regulations, the main method of ensuring the reliability of steel vertical above-ground tanks for long-term storage of oil and petroleum products is the limit states method. This method ensures the reliability of tanks under the conditions and modes of operation envisaged by the relevant standards. However, issues relating to the reliability of tanks whose service life exceeds the normative one, as well as the economic efficiency of project decisions, require further scientific study. In this article, in accordance with the normative documents regulating the oil tanks design, the general method of oil storage tanks optimal design according to the criterion of minimum total expected costs while ensuring the required reliability level during a specified operation period is considered. Within the framework of this methodology, a model of optimal tanks design is formulated and an algorithm for its numerical realization is proposed. The results of numerical experiments using this model are given. The dependence of the rational values of the structural elements thickness for the tank with a volume of 5 000 cubic meters on the required level of reliability is investigated. The purpose of the article is to develop a method of making economically justified design decisions that ensure the required reliability level of oil tanks during a specified operation period, taking into account the current design standards. Conclusions. This article proposes an optimal oil tank design model formulated in terms of a non-linear mathematical programming problem with integer variables. With this model, rational design decisions can be made based on the criterion of the minimum total expected costs while ensuring the required reliability level during a specified operation period. The components of this model are the calculation models for assessing the reliability of the tanks, the parameters of which are determined based on the available results of statistical data processing from field surveys of similar objects. A special “greedy” algorithm was developed for the numerical realization of the proposed optimal design model. The obtained results show, in particular, that ensuring the oil tanks reliability is mainly related to ensuring the strength of the two lower wall belts and the tightness of the bottom. At the same time, the strength of the 1st belt has a key role. The relevance of the issues considered in the work is due to the modern development of the Ukrainian economy. The relevance of the article is due to recent changes that have occurred due to appearance of a large number of new contemporary art genres and types, which have appeared due to mixing, combining existing ones, caused by the advent of new technologies. This led to quantitative changes in the situation in the general systemic classification of arts as well as to the blurring of the boundaries between traditional arts and created the need to search for a specification of each art content and architecture, in particular. The problem is defined by the lack of certainty in relation to the notion of architecture. The purpose of the article. In accordance with it, the goal to redefine the notion of architecture is made. Methods. The method of semantic analysis was chosen as the main one to formulate a notion definition of architecture based on the definition of a video game. Conclusions. To achieve the purpose, the following tasks are solved. In classifying the arts according to the type of carrier and the type of time change, video games is selected as the art form with the most common features. A comparison of video game and architecture is made by examples of their practical joint application. Examples of the gaming technologies implementation into software products assigned for architects, examples of video games indirect influence at the development of technical means, examples of the architecture tools use in the creation of games are listed. A retrospective of the game notion definition from ancient times to the present day is examined. The researches concerning the notion definition of the game in modern society are analyzed. A number of differential features of the video game notion definition are highlighted and the video game notion definition is formulated. Based on the notion definition of video game, the notion definition of architecture is formulated. For many of our compatriots, the large-scale invasion of sovereign Ukraine by Russian troops on 24 February 2022 came as a complete suddenness, an extreme aggression by the so-called “brotherly people”. The Russian Federation has launched a full-scale invasion along the entire length of the common border, as well as from the territory of Belarus and the temporarily occupied Crimea, launched missile strikes against military and critical civilian infrastructure in the regions of Ukraine and continues to conduct military operations destroying cities, villages and the civilian population, perpetrating genocide against the Ukrainian people. But if we carefully analyse Ukrainian-Russian relations throughout the centuries of our non-neighbourliness, then the openly hostile attitude of today's the Russian establishment and the part of Russian society that supports it is not surprising. The purpose of the article is to conduct a historical analysis of the Russian aggression origins against the Ukrainian people, nation, state, culture, Ukrainians during the X−XXI centuries and outline the historical prospects of relations with the Russian state for the preservation and stable development of future generations of Ukrainians. Conclusions. The future of the Russian state depends entirely on the position of the civilized world. According to leading historians, with whom we fully agree, the destruction of the modern Russian empire could lead to the development of such post-imperial ethnic groups as the West Siberian, Far Eastern, Cossack pre-Caucasian, etc. At the same time, we can agree with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on the coalition forming advisability of countries most interested in Russia's disarmament, which could include Britain, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and possibly Turkey. Such an alliance could be a powerful lever in opposing the revival of the Soviet Union, which was a “prison of nations” and has now been partially revived to force all civilized countries (especially those bordering Russia and Belarus) to consider further steps. So, let us remember and constantly remind our children that the policy of the Soviet leadership towards Ukraine was occupation, as well as the policy of the Russian Empire in the XIX century and the Russian Federation now. It consisted in purposeful actions to destroy Ukraine and the Ukrainian people as the bearer of national identity, history, culture and language in order to permanently consolidate the territory of Ukraine under Moscow's rule. Today, Ukraine is forced to defend its civilized European choice and state sovereignty from Russia. It is necessary to remember and prevent the mistakes and miscalculations that led to the defeat of the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917−1921, the main of which were internal disagreements in the face of external aggression, which led to the occupation of the territory. In the history of urban planning over the past 150−200 years, the historical continuity of the uniquely deep architectural and urban planning knowledge developed by generations of architects of the planet has disappeared. As a result, buildings and structures began to be created as formal-pragmatic objects opposing the objective laws of astroplanetary exchange connections, the spatio-temporal matrix of functioning has always been the basis for the construction of various objects in culture all peoples and civilizations of the past without exception. The energy-informational surface of the continents was destroyed. Under the cities, the so-called “black noise” arose − a harbinger of planetary and regional natural disasters that appear in places of power lines destruction of exchange links between the planet Earth and the Great Cosmic Grid − a kind of Universe frame. The networks of the 20th century cities cut off these lines and disconnected our planet from the Universe. How this may end further is not difficult to guess. However, the planet Earth itself began to enter a new region of galactic space, the failure to take into account the properties of which are just as dangerous as the destruction of the reticulate links between the Earth and the Cosmos. As a result, in fact, the World of earthlings is now on the verge of such physical and energy changes in the environment, which, with their further development, will lead to the transformation of continents, peoples, states, economies, and the population of earthlings. All this requires an immediate search for a way out of a series of impending dangers. As you know, everything new is a well-forgotten old. It is necessary to remember the ancient teachings about architecture and urban planning, and adapt them in relation to modern conditions, which, moreover, continue to change. Among the legacy of past eras that need to be revived and rethought is the doctrine of Mandalas − unique multidimensional structures that were once used to create buildings and populated areas. The task of forecasting for chemical pollution areas at the industrial site during atmospheric inversion and chemically hazardous substance evaporation from the spill zone is considered. The purpose of the work is to develop a method for calculating the intensity and shape of pollution areas in the atmosphere that are formed under inversion conditions. Methodology. The three-dimensional impurity transport equation is used to calculate the atmospheric spread of chemically hazardous substances under inversion conditions, together with the M. Berland’s approach, to determine the vertical diffusion coefficient for this adverse meteorological condition. Numerical integration of the impurity transfer equation is realised using two finite-difference schemes. Both schemes are based on the splitting method. Results. An effective calculating method of atmospheric pollution areas formed during the evaporation of a chemically hazardous substance from the spill zone is proposed. A computer code to allow quick determination of these atmospheric pollution zones under inversion conditions is developed. The results of the computational experiment are presented. Scientific novelty. A method is developed to assess the size and intensity of chemical pollution zones formed in the atmosphere during inversion and evaporation of the substance from the spill area. Practical value. Atthe same time, the state of war and the extreme conditions emergence related to the failure of heat supply systems leadto occurrence of critical microclimate conditions. It is known that the enclosing structures of the building includeexternal − walls, windows, other glazed surfaces, coverings of various types and floors, as well as − internal structures,that is, partitions and internal load-bearing walls, floors based on inter-floor ceilings, etc. These enclosing structureshave their influence on the distribution and fluctuations of temperatures in heated rooms. This effect may depend on theroom location in the building perimeter, the size of the room, etc. Modern prefab and block buildings of massconstruction, built according to typical projects, differ from traditional ones in that they have a smaller mass of wallstructures and a larger area of glazing of external enclosures, which has reduced their heat resistance [1−3]. Therefore,determining the critical conditions of the indoor microclimate during disruptions of the heat supply system is a relevanttask. The purpose of the article. Analysis and substantiation of decisions to ensure the required level of reliability andefficiency for elements of the building's heat supply complex from the standpoint of guaranteed support for necessaryinternal thermal conditions during disruptions of the heat supply. Conclusions. 1. Considering the disconnection of theheat supply, the critical conditions for the microclimate in the residential premises are determined. 2. The problems of environment radioactive contamination are considered. The analysis of contamination is shown on studies of soil, water and air for the territories of Ukraine and Poland. Knowledge of radiation, its effects on living organisms and the environment, and methods of protection against radiation can help reduce the environmental hazards of radiation. During studying of disciplines related to radioactive contamination and radiation protection, it is necessary to emphasize to future specialists about possible threats from radiation, methods and means to reduce this type of contamination, and methods of protection for workers and the general population from radioactive irradiation. The purpose of the article is to analyse radioactive contamination of soil, air, surface waters of Ukraine and Poland, study the causes of contamination for different regions of these countries, monitor radioactive contamination of regions, protect the population from the negative effects of radiation. It is also necessary to train specialists who must professionally solve the problem of contamination, assess the risk of radionuclides entering natural sites and determine the best ways to reduce the negative impact of radiation on natural sites and the population. Conclusions. The study of problems related to the environmental contamination with radioactive elements is relevant both for our country and for all countries of the world.
