Highlighting the specifics of personnel records management is important for understanding its place in the management system. This raises the issue of determining the personnel documentation role in the organization management processes, its analysis in terms of the functions performed. The study of personnel records management as a separate subsystem in documenting managerial actions is the basis of this article. The relevance of the issues considered in the work is due to the modern development of the Ukrainian economy. Today, the issues of organizing an effective system of work with personnel in enterprises, institutions and organizations are becoming increasingly important. In this regard, the role of personnel records management is growing and the analysis and improvement of the organization of the personnel service work is of particular relevance. Personnel management as a social activity based on a legal and regulatory framework. A number of legislative and regulatory acts regulates labor relations: laws of Ukraine, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of ministries and other higher state bodies. 摘要

029专业“情报、图书馆与档案事务”(根据教育专业计划“文献与信息活动”)的培养要求学生了解文献管理和几种文献系统的覆盖范围。在解决一般问题时,它们反映了一个或另一个活动领域的规律和特点。其中一个系统是人事文件。强调人事档案管理的具体内容对于理解其在管理系统中的位置非常重要。这就提出了确定人事文件在组织管理过程中的作用的问题,并根据所执行的职能对其进行分析。将人事档案管理作为一个单独的子系统来记录管理行为是本文研究的基础。工作中所考虑的问题的相关性是由于乌克兰经济的现代发展。今天,在企业、事业单位和组织中组织有效的人员工作制度的问题变得越来越重要。在这方面,人事档案管理的作用越来越大,分析和改进人事服务工作的组织是特别重要的。人事管理作为一种社会活动,建立在法律和法规的框架之上。一些立法和管理条例规定劳资关系:乌克兰法律、乌克兰内阁法令、各部和其他高级国家机构的命令。这些文件构成了人事档案管理的基础,并确定了人事档案管理作为正式劳动关系活动的具体内容。
