The implementation of non-formal activities contributes greatly to improving the quality of the instructional-educational process, having an active-participatory character and a credible formative value on the personality of preschoolers and schoolchildren. The benefits of these types of extracurricular activities increase when the family is a partner in the educational and emotional support of the children, thus becoming an important support for the school.","PeriodicalId":226194,"journal":{"name":"JUS ET CIVITAS A Journal of Social and Legal Studies","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131598324","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among the social interaction tools widely used by young people and children, we have chosen the TikTok application, as an illustration of the ways of legal and educational regulation with the aim of protecting the cognitive integrity of children. In the absence of effective legal actions and educational interventions by the decision-makers regarding children's development, in our opinion, the cognitive autonomy of children is seriously affected. At the same time, we present sufficient legal and educational ways to preserve the academic well-being of children.","PeriodicalId":226194,"journal":{"name":"JUS ET CIVITAS A Journal of Social and Legal Studies","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128564336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Protecting Nature is the responsibility of people, both adults and children. Therefore, it is necessary that the ecological education must have a primary place in the didactic efforts of teachers, because students must benefit from ecological values in order to form an ecological behaviour, so necessary today, which will help them to contribute to reduce and stop the degradation of the environment and to restore the stability of the Planet. This educational research followed the degree of openness of the teachers regarding their option in approaching and carrying out ecological activities in the school institution, as well as their implementation strategies and the transdisciplinary integration of ecology within the curricular areas. Well trained teachers in what concern their ecological competences will be the start in the formation and development of ecological behaviours and a sustainable lifestyle among students, whose ecological education depends on the correlation, interdependence and connection of all forms of manifestation of ecology ( formal, non-formal and informal). The results of the research in the case of the investigated sample prove that both teachers and students are followers of the ecological activities that they carry out regularly both in the school environment and outside it.","PeriodicalId":226194,"journal":{"name":"JUS ET CIVITAS A Journal of Social and Legal Studies","volume":"142 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132216874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On a WhatsApp group, created for information to be sent from the Chairman of the Representative Council of Parents from Bucharest German Goethe College to parents and vice versa, the Chairman posted the document initiating a lawsuit filed by one of the parents against the Board as a result of the son's sanction consisting in a bad grade for behavior. Bucharest Tribunal held that the information provided by the college to the Chairman of the Representative Council of Parents by communicating the request for summons in its entirety exceeds the proportional and necessary character provided by Article 6 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Likewise, the Court held that the Chairman who disclosed the document had the opportunity to communicate only the information necessary to that community, not the personal data of the applicants. So the assertion that the defendant communicated the respective document only for information purposes cannot be retained, this exceeding the requirement of proportionality and the necessary character. The Tribunal found that, by committing the two illicit acts mentioned, the child's right to privacy was violated, as recognized by Article 8 ECHR and Article 71 of the Romanian Civil Code. Although a cassation appeal was filed, the outcome of this case came as no surprise, the appeal on a point of law being rejected.","PeriodicalId":226194,"journal":{"name":"JUS ET CIVITAS A Journal of Social and Legal Studies","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121184143","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using adapted tests on academic motivations and satisfaction, we have found that most subjects (from technical and socio – human profiles) have obtained high scores both for intrinsic motivation (for knowledge, accomplishments, and stimulation) and extrinsic motivation (for identification, introjection and external regulation), but also for satisfaction (autonomy, relations, and competence). Exceptional situations have been identified about some students considering their motivation for stimulation and satisfaction for relations.
