Zhanys","doi":"10.32523/bulmathenu.2021/4.4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32523/bulmathenu.2021/4.4","url":null,"abstract":"The article is mostly devoted to the study of the possibilities of using modern information technologies in animal husbandry to identify and monitor the behavior and welfare of cows. Since the work associated with dairy herd management also implies the economic pressure felt by breeders, numerous efforts have been made to create a new method that would be worthy of competition when compared to current solutions. According to the authors’ opinion, the method of collecting and processing data using radio beacons, as well as data storage, allows for identifying the behavior and physiological conditions of a dairy herd more fully. It is equally important to note the price competitiveness of this method. Since the data is collected in large quantities, it was decided to abandon the processing of the data on the local computer and instead use the cloud computing engine. The presented information system creates a sequence of components that have been tested, both at the level of creation and at the level of research. The research results were compared with academic knowledge from literary sources. It should be noted that part of the validation of the above methodology was the comparison of the results that had been achieved during the study using a pedometer. The main goal of this article is to develop a new method in the field of information technology and a method based on beacons, which are quite versatile devices, using data stores that allow identifying the behavior and physiological state of dairy cattle, methods that would be competitive compared to existing solutions, especially for the price. In the proposed solution, there were used both information coming from microcomputers and weather forecast data coming from meteorological stations, which simplify the above identification.","PeriodicalId":225533,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of L.N. These inequalities allow one to obtain a sufficient condition for the convergence of Ces`aro means of VilenkinFourier series in the L^p− metric in the term of modulus of continuity. In this paper, the structure of the symmetric block encryption algorithm CF, developed in the \"Laboratory of Information Security\" of the \"Institute of Information and Computational Technologies\", the round keys generating mechanism based on it’s secret key are described. A computer program of the created encryption algorithm was developed, on the basis of which the performance was studied and the bit scattering between the plaintext and the ciphertext (the property of the \"avalanche effect\" and \"strong avalanche effect\") was checked. A method is proposed that allows one to determine the level of fault tolerance of components of information and automated systems, to take into account several criteria with different directions of optimization, to evaluate and rank alternative solutions. Based on the proposed method, corresponding information technology has been developed, which makes it possible to determine the reliability of the operation of information and automated systems. The proposed method and approach were applied in practice to assess the reliability and fault tolerance of information system components according to various criteria. The levels of fault tolerance of each of the components of the information system were identified. These examples show that the Fisher information of a probability density cannot be estimated in terms of L^1 -norms of its first and second derivatives and the maximum of the absolute value of the second derivative. To solve them, a generalize functions method has been developed, which translates the original boundary value problems to solving the wave equation with a singular right-hand side containing a singular simple and double layers, the densities of which are determined by the boundary and initial values of the desired function and its derivatives. Received integral representation of the solution in terms of boundary functions, which are a generalization of Green’s formula for solutions of the wave equation. To determine the unknown boundary functions, it is built in space Fourier transforms in time, a two-leaf resolving system linear algebraic equations, which connects 4 boundary values solution and its derivatives. Together with two boundary conditions of local and non-local type, a resolving system of equations is built for solving the stated initial-boundary value problems. On its basis, given analytical solutions for classical three boundary value problems with conditions Dirichlet, Neumann and mixed at the ends of the segment.
