{"title":"The vision of the future transport system seen through the measures of actual strategic documents","authors":"Milica Stojićević, Vladimir Đorić","doi":"10.5937/tehnika2303327s","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/tehnika2303327s","url":null,"abstract":"In line with the expressed need to reduce GHG from the transport sector, the EU adopted the Green European Deal in 2019, which requires a 90% reduction in GHG emissions from the transport sector by 2050, and a Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy by the end of 2020. It proposed a comprehensive set of measures to be implemented to make today's transport sector sustainable, \"smart\" and resilient in the future. The strategy identifies a number of challenges in the road sector, so the Action Plan defines a set of measures, which primarily relate to regulatory changes. This paper analyzes five such changes, which are important for the road sector, with special emphasis on the elements of change. In the context of these actions, a review was given of the potentially analogous actions envisaged by the Transport Community in its Action Plan, contained in the Strategy for Sustainable and Smart Mobility of the Western Balkans. Powders were mechanically activated in a planetary ball mill with WC balls in time intervals from 0 to 120 minutes. XRD method was used for the identification of phase structure, while SEM and PSA were employed for monitoring of changes in morphology and particle size distribution. Structural changes were followed by Raman spectroscopy, and band gap values were calculated as well. They are sutable for dealing with input data of various dimensions, such as signals, images and videos. Their importance is confirmed by the fact that they are used more than any other type of deep networks. This is the reason for constant development of new algorithms that improve existing models or creation od new models that accelerate or ameliorate learning process. They are utilized in a wide range of scientific and industrial fields due to their possibility of achieving high accuracy and simplicity of implementation. In this paper structure of convolutional networks is presented and, in particular, novelties in the study of convolutional layer are discussed, where different types of convolution are interpreted. Additionaly, special attention has been paid to the use of these networks in control systems in recent years, as a result of the occurrence of Industry 4.0. The main goal of this paper is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of DEA and AHP methods from the perspective of program management, based on the analysis of selected research and papers about application in various fields. They ignite our passion and inspire the best in us. When we try to explain why they are so effective, we talk about strategy, vision or powerful ideas. But the reality is many rewards: great leadership works through emotion. No matter what leaders set out to do-whether it's creating strategy or mobilizing teams for action-their success depends on how they do it. Even if they get everything else right, if leaders fail at this basic task of moving emotions in the right direction, nothing they do will work as it could or should. But where is the school for the person in charge of getting the best results out of all these members of the organization? There is no school for general managers - except the school of experience. CEOs have to learn on the job how to run a company, and they have to learn while all stakeholders are watching. Statistics say that over 50% of CEOs are fired in their first five years at the helm of an organization. Academic literature on strategy and strategic management mainly deals with the definitions of concepts and the process of analyzing opportunities and threats in the environment and the process of strategy development, while the process of realization and evaluation of the chosen strategy is left out and left to experts for implementation. Developing a strategy is difficult, its implementation is even more difficult, and therefore it is logical that it is a task for the most capable, for the leader, for the general manager. The CEO role is the only role in the organization that does not have a backup actor and no previews or reruns, therefore it is the most difficult role in the organization, you have to play \"for the Oscar\" on the first try; have a crystal-clear vision of the organization's future and the determination to achieve despite all obstacles. In this article, I tried to choose examples for you that indicate the importance of the unique role of the general director in the realization of the chosen strategy for the successful adaptation of the organization to changes in the environment. Porosity control is a key step in achieving the desired properties for a specific application. In order to obtain multiporous ceramics, in this work, kaolin clay and polystyrene beads were used as organic sacrificial phase. After mixing, the samples were sintered at 1050 oC for 1 h. Characterization included Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRPD), elemental CHNS analysis and compressive strength investigations. So, it is very important to undertake every available potential to protect human lives and material properties. One of the most important procedures in the case of fire and not only fire is evacuation. Generally, evacuation is the safest, the shortest and the fastest way of moving humans, animals and material properties from endanger object/area to the secure location. The evacuation, as a very important way of protection presents always complex and open task that must be constantly improved. The evacuation will not be the same for the different objects, because there are objects with special properties that demand special procedures and actions. One of those objects are health objects.
