The purpose of the innovative approach to the education program is to educate undergraduate and graduate students in the field of traffic safety, in accordance with the needs of society, which should provide an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach to safety of all road users, technical solutions and social response to traffic accidents. Traffic safety problems are complex problems, which is why the competencies and skills acquired by engineers should provide knowledge and a deeper understanding of risk while strengthening the applied and practical skills. The decision-making process for the employer is often extremely complex due to the presence of competitive and conflicting goals among the available criteria or alternatives. The application of the AHP approach is a suitable tool to help the employer in the decision-making process in choosing how to organize occupational safety. The selection of criteria used for the selection of alternatives for the organization of occupational safety and health was performed after the analysis of three different organizational models of management of protection in business systems from different industries. The benefits of this procedure include its flexibility, compactness of the weld, and ease of execution. It is not necessary to bring in outside energy to complete the process. It is provided by the exothermic effect of the chemical reactions of the aluminothermic mixture's constituents. The design of the mold with the pouring system, which should ensure even pouring of thermal steel, without turbulence, then even heat dissipation or cooling in order to obtain appropriate micro and macro structure of steel, without internal and external defects, is an important element for making a welded joint of the required quality. As a result, the mold's design was constantly evolving, requiring the use of costly experimental methods in industrial settings. Today, software packages are used to simulate traditional casting processes that can be used in the casting of thermite steel during the manufacture of welded railway joints, thereby avoiding costly and time-consuming industrial tests. The simulation of casting thermite steel in the mold cavity, i.e. in the weld joint for the 49E1 rail, using the NovaFlow & Solid CV software package, is presented in this paper. These vibrations and noise have an impact on passenger comfort and create serious problems for buildings and residents near city transit lines. The sources of noise generated by train wheels due to their vibrations and possible ways of transmitting noise caused by wheel/rail interaction are stated. The paper examines and analyzes the results of previous research that have give contribution to a better understanding and adoption of the resilient wheel structure and rubber parameters in order to achieve the best noise and vibration reduction effects. Also, the software used to control and monitor the microcontroller of the device from the PC has been developed, so that the data obtained from measurement can be processed and compared further using one of the available spreadsheet software packages. Due to the widespread use of electrochemical energy sources, whether primary ones or of the battery type, it is extremely important to know and measure their actual capacity. Primary cell capacity measurement helps in selecting the most appropriate solution (with respect to the cost/ capacity ratio) for powering portable or mobile devices. By measuring the capacity of the used battery, its condition and capability of further exploitation can be determined. During the examination, the coarse moisture, chemical composition, granulometric composition, bulk and particle density, degree of whiteness, oil and water absorption, granulometric composition of micronized samples and specific surface area were determined. All tests were performed on 8 samples taken from different parts of the deposit and the mean values of the obtained results are presented here. Based on the physico-chemical characteristics, it can be stated that this limestone has a high content of CaO and CaCO3 of 99.01%, as well as a relatively low content of MgO of 0.32% and a low content of SiO2 of 0.26% and alkali and R2O3, with also low content of heavy metals, which is very favorable for limestone. With these physico-chemical properties, this limestone can be used in the following industries: paints and varnishes, paper, rubber and PVC, foundry and foundry industry, sugar industry, metallurgical purposes, glass production, animal feed production and mineral fertilizer production. Based on the analysis of the kinematics of the 5-axis grinding process, a new concept of profile milling tool production by a 3+2 axis grinding process on horizontal milling center was established. By Applying new concept, one tooth of profile tool was machined by grinding process. For the previously defined functions of the goal of precision and reliability of the geodetic network, the optimal number and arrangement of GNSS network vectors was determined applaying first order design optimization. Every day, with the introduction of new methods/techniques, expensive equipment of high technological value, the latest very expensive drugs... the price of health care is growing much faster than the growth of the national product and the most developed countries, despite the fact that in many countries the percentage of health expenditures in the national product is growing. Funding constraints in health systems are evident even in wealthy countries. The cost of health care is significantly influenced by: the increase in the number of the population, changes in the age structure of the population, constant demands for increasing the level of quality of health services, as well as an increase in the demand for new services.
