摘要

介绍了在数控磨床上制作钎焊成形铣刀的工艺,并着重介绍了五轴磨削工艺(异形刀片的加工)。在分析五轴磨削加工运动学的基础上,提出了在卧式铣削中心上采用3+2轴磨削加工生产异形铣刀的新思路。应用新概念,采用磨削加工方法加工了单齿异形刀具。通过试验结果,验证了一种制造异形铣刀的新方法。
