As a first, multi-doped nanoparticles of hydroxyapatite (HAp), which represents the main component of the inorganic part of bone tissue, was synthesized by autoclaving the precursor solution obtained at a Ca/P molar ratio of 1.52. Calcium in the initial solution was partially replaced by ions of magnesium (5 mol.%), copper (0.4 mol.%) and zinc (0.4 mol.%). Obtained powder was further calcinated, the changes in the morphology of the powders during calcination at 1000 ̊ C were reflected in the transition of spherically agglomerated needle-like nanoparticles of the multi-doped hydroxy-apatite powder to a spherical grained morphology. Macroporous bioceramic structures were obtained using the sponge replica method, green macroporous samples made of calcinated multi-doped powder, polyvinyl alcohol and water were sintered at 1.370°Ϲ and 1.430°Ϲ. X-ray diffraction analysis deter-mined that the presence of magnesium in the structure of hydroxyapatite favors the phase transformation of HAp into b-tricalcium-phosphate (b-TCP), which contributed to the formation of the biphasic HAp/b-TCP system during the calcination of the powders, but also during the sintering of macroporous beads. Examination of the antimicrobial activity of the obtained macroporous supports against E. coli showed a more effective degree of inhibition compared to S. aureus. It is therefore important to consider the security challenges in these systems and work on their resolution in order to maintain the stability and reliability of these systems. This paper discusses the security of CPS and IoT systems, including the architecture of such systems, security requirements and standards, as well as specific security issues that arise in both types of systems. Biomedical engineers (clinical engineers) work in a wide range of settings and disciplines in the health sector and play a key role in: innovation, design and development of new technologies in health care; testing, implementation and development of new diagnostic tools and medical equipment; defining safety standards for medical equipment; maintenance of (complex) medical equipment. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia labeled the biomedical engineering workforce as a \"critical workforce\". Management is a process of guiding employees toward activities that are relevant to achieving local government goals. Many authors analyzed this subject in their work, while this subject, as well as management styles and the influence of management styles on the commitment of employees in local government, remains unexplored, especially in the context of the Republic of Serbia. The main goal of this research is to look into the influence of management styles on local government employee dedication. This research was conducted during July and August of 2022 and includes a sample of 70 examined local government employees in Serbia. The influence of management styles (transactional, transformational, and passive) on employees was tested with the use of linear regression. The results of this research conclude that transactional leadership has a medium level of influence on local government employee dedication, while the level of transformational management influence on local government employee dedication is high. Strategic management, although young, is a very large scholarly field (most textbooks focus mainly on strategy development, the first of the three phases of strategic management, and most are more than 900 pages long). The second and third phases, the implementation and evaluation of the strategy, are mostly omitted with the explanation that they depend on the economic branch in which the organization operates. Here is article four, excerpted from my unpublished monograph on business strategy. In the previous three articles, I tried to present, through quotes from renowned authors, the modern understanding of strategy and its role in the organization's efforts to achieve a favorable position on the market and successfully resist the attacks of agile competitors. There are numerous carbonate deposits in Montenegro (dimension and construction stone), either investigated or in exploitation, including the Bjelopavlići area which occupies the most significant place. Formation-mineragenic analysis of the carbonate sediments of the Bjelopavlići area revealed several formations of carbonate raw materials, including Jovanovići formation, as a new formation of dimension and construction stone in Montenegro. The paper presents the results of a multiyear formation-mineragenic analysis in the Bjelopavlići area, and the results of detailed geological exploration of the Jovanovići deposit of dimension and construction stone, calculated reserves, qualitative characteristics, possibility of their application and potential. The paper pays special attention to the examination of their sedimentological, biostratigraphic, and physico-mechanical characteristics. Results show that limestones of this formation type can be used as dimension stone. In the first part of the paper, in a concise manner, a general classification of deformation models that are used in the realization of geodetic observation is given. A separate chapter is dedicated to the description of the Karlsruhe method itself, its algorithm and the method of application. The effectiveness of the method was separately discussed on the practical example of the geodetic 2D network of the \"Lipovica\" dam, whose control ephe data were simulated. In order to improve the mechanical properties, the samples were cross-linked with glutaraldehyde (GTA). The processing was carried out by the solution casting method, and the influence of cross-linking and nanoparticles on the mechanical properties of the obtained composites was investigated. FTIR analysis confirmed the cross-linking of the polymer matrix and that no chemical bond was formed during processing between the polymer matrix and zinc oxide nanoparticles. In this way, a plasticizer was synthesized that does not pose a risk to human health and the environment in accordance with the principles of chemical leasing and green chemistry. The obtained plasticizer was characterized using elemental analysis, FTIR, and NMR spectroscopy and determination of hydroxyl and acid number. For this reason, the paper describes the basic theory of Pelzer's method of determining deformations, the algorithm and the method of application.
