The energy efficiency of industrial parks primarily depends on the main parameters of the selected technological processes that are embedded in the basis of enterprises and their productivity. A significant factor affecting the environmental friendliness and energy efficiency of industrial parks is the method of energy generation. On the basis of the analysis of the work of enterprises operating in conditions of military aggression, the main factors determining the energy efficiency of electricity production have been determined. Such factors are the overall efficiency of the power generating unit, which is determined by monitoring and diagnosing the power unit. Analyzing changes in energy efficiency, the characteristics of the power part of one of the most powerful diesel engines were selected. It is obvious that the diesel locomotive will consume more fuel to generate energy with a decrease in efficiency. The main diagnostic factors of generating equipment that affect the energy efficiency of industrial parks in conditions of military aggression are: the ratio of currents in compressor and depressurized modes, the real degree of compression, and as a result, the efficiency of the power plant. On the basis of the determined factors, the effectiveness of the implementation of the system of monitoring and diagnosing the power units of energy-generating equipment of enterprises in the conditions of military aggression was determined. Recommendations have been established to minimize fuel consumption and reduce emissions to ensure the main principles of industrial parks, environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.","PeriodicalId":22480,"journal":{"name":"Technology audit and production reserves","volume":"181 1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139312300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem is explained by the fact that the form of knowledge representation significantly affects the characteristics and properties of the system. In order to operate all kinds of knowledge from the real world with the help of a computer, it is necessary to carry out their simulation. In such cases, it is necessary to distinguish knowledge intended for processing by computational devices from knowledge used by humans. In addition, with a large amount of knowledge, it is desirable to simplify the sequential management of individual elements of knowledge. A homogeneous representation leads to a simplification of the logic management mechanism and a simplification of knowledge management. The research is aimed at the analysis of knowledge representation methods in intelligent decision-making support systems. Currently, many models of knowledge representation have been developed. The main models include: logical models; frame model; network models (or semantic networks); production models. Therefore, the object of research is the intelligent decision-making support system. The subject of research is an intelligent decision-making support system. The following is set: – the methods (models, approaches) presented in the research for presenting knowledge in intelligent decision-making support systems in a canonical form are not advisable to use for a number of objective reasons given in subsection 3.1 of the research; – it is necessary to develop new (improvement of existing) representations of knowledge in intelligent decision-making support systems, which will have the advantages of these approaches without their disadvantages. Further improvement of these approaches to reduce the number of shortcomings and limitations of their application should be considered as the direction of further research.","PeriodicalId":22480,"journal":{"name":"Technology audit and production reserves","volume":"96 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139313442","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Danchenko","doi":"10.15587/2706-5448.2023.289711","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15587/2706-5448.2023.289711","url":null,"abstract":"The feasibility of introducing a mixture of oats (Avena Sativa) and alfalfa (Medicago sativa) into the diet of Legart geese was studied in order to improve the quality of the obtained meat of this bird both after slaughter and after long-term low-temperature storage by increasing its antioxidant activity. The paper analyzes and substantiates the use of oat and alfalfa admixtures in the diet of geese. As a result of the study, it was established that the addition of oats (experimental group I) and a mixture of oats and alfalfa (experimental group II) to the diet of geese contributed to a decrease in the content of the end products of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in breast meat after slaughter and during its long-term low-temperature storage (90 days). In the goose meat of both research groups, the prooxidant-antioxidant balance period was prolonged up to the 23rd day. The biggest difference in the LPO content products in the meat of the control and both experimental groups was recorded on the 45th day of meat storage. For the meat of the I research group, this difference was 29.2 %, for the II research group – 41.2 %. The LPO maximum intensity processes in the meat of geese of both experimental groups was established from the 45th to the 67th day of storage. During this time, the content of LPO products increased by 62.5 % in the meat of the geese of the I research group, and by 88.7 % in the II. By the 67th day, the content of LPO products in the meat of the control group significantly exceeded the corresponding indicators of the experimental groups. At the end of the experiment, the content of LPO products in the meat of geese of the control and experimental groups did not reliably differ. Analysis of the fatty acid composition of goose breast meat showed that the most positive changes occurred in the goose meat of the II research group. At the beginning of the storage period, the meat of this group showed an increased content of essential fatty acids: linoleic (18:2) by 11.4 %, linolenic (18:3) by 25.8 %, and arachidonic (20:4) by 12.4 %. The total content of ω6-fatty acids in the meat of this group was 10.9 % higher than that of the control group. However, on the 90th day of storage, there was no significant difference in the content of essential fatty acids in the meat of geese of II experimental and control groups of geese.","PeriodicalId":22480,"journal":{"name":"Technology audit and production reserves","volume":"56 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139313340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the object of the research is the quality models used by logistics operators. In general, these organizations, and mainly those where Logistics is their main service, have begun applying quality standards later than other types of organizations, like those in the manufacture or services industries. This is because their practice is not deemed an added-value activity by the customer. This study found that, at the regional level, these companies are in the process of applying Quality, Environmental, Road Safety and other Management Systems from the ISO suite (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001, etc.), but the use of Excellence models is only present in some, mainly in Argentina-based companies. Remarkably, this behavior does not replicate in other countries of the region (Brazil, Chile, Uruguay), where the aforementioned standards are more widely applied. On the other hand, some countries have their own standards (Argentina, Brazil) for Freight activities developed by their local chambers, but these are mainly focused on the operational aspect of their activity. In this study, information was collected regarding the methodology related to quality and excellence of 109 companies, belonging to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru. At the regional level, the ISO 9001 management model is adopted by 68 % of the organizations studied, followed by ISO 14001 adopted by 30 % of the organizations and ISO 45001 adopted by 15 % of the organizations. Based on the conclusions of this work, there is an opportunity to create specific policy around Quality Models for this industry that will support the creation of new standards and the improvement of existing ones. This paper can serve as a starting point for analyzing the scenario in other regions within a framework of similar geographical characteristics.","PeriodicalId":22480,"journal":{"name":"Technology audit and production reserves","volume":"195 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139313278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Being a fundamental wealth available to Algeria, the exploitation of iron ores and its use causes strong negative consequences on the environment, mainly by the expansion of dust, which will be a source of environmental degradation. The metallurgical industry is an integral part of the Algerian economy. Environmental problems that negatively affect the health of people and the environment is air pollution. These issues are relevant to the site and the town of Annaba, where the metallurgical industry is developed. Environmental awareness is characterized by strong environmental sensitization; especially in urban areas with metallurgical pollution sources. The object of this study is taking samples from sites that generate more dust within the steel complex plant. This study aims to characterize steelmaking dust from different sites of the plant in order to identify the mineral phases and their chemical compositions. The various analytical methods used include physico-chemical analysis, X-ray fluorescence (XRF), crystal phases, crystal size, lattice parameters, microdeformations, laser granulometry analysis, X-ray diffraction, microscopy Electronic Scanning and Analysis (EDS) Energy Dispersion Spectroscopy. It was found that the average monthly quantity of dust released by the dust collectors of the Agglomerated Material Preparation (AMP) unit is 108.45 tons. The results obtained from the dust samples analysis of dust samples from the different points of the site differ in their mineral and chemical composition. The research confirmed the presence of iron oxides, silicon, many different mineral phases. The results of dimensional analysis prove that the two samples are different in their sizes ESP1et and ESP2 is coarser than ESP3 and FF3A, these results can lead to long-term occupational illnesses.","PeriodicalId":22480,"journal":{"name":"Technology audit and production reserves","volume":"87 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139315131","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research is aimed at analyzing UAVs, specifically the integration and enhancement of satellite-based positioning systems, including Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and Inertial Navigation Systems (INS). The problem concerns traditional satellite-based positioning services, especially those relying solely on medium earth orbit (MEO) satellites, which are insufficient for specific requirements. The study aims to address the limitations of these systems on onboard subsystems of UAVs, especially in challenging environments laden with jammers and interference, and to provide a more accurate, robust, and continuous positioning solution. The research proposes a «multilayer system of systems» approach that integrates signals from various sources, including low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites, ground-based positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems, and user-centric sensors. The combined approach, termed LeGNSS/INS, leverages the strengths of each component, providing redundancy and enhanced accuracy. The system's performance was evaluated using pseudo-real output data, demonstrating its ability to generate quasi-real dynamic trajectories for UAV flight. The error analysis showed that the proposed method consistently outperforms traditional GNSS systems, especially in challenging environments. The enhanced performance of the LeGNSS/INS system can be attributed to integrating multiple satellite systems with INS and applying optimal filtering techniques. The research also employed mathematical modeling to represent the dependencies and interactions when combining data from different sources, such as GPS, LEO, and INS. The Kalman filter is a mechanism to fuse data from multiple sources optimally. The insights from this study apply to various sectors, including aviation, maritime navigation, autonomous drones, and defense. The enhanced positioning accuracy can significantly improve safety, navigation precision, and operational efficiency. However, the study assumes idealized conditions for satellite signal reception, which might not always be accurate in real-world scenarios. Challenges, such as the martial law conditions in Ukraine affecting data collection and potential satellite signal restrictions, were also highlighted. Further research can delve into the impact of more complex environmental factors and the integration of additional satellite systems or sensors to enhance accuracy further.","PeriodicalId":22480,"journal":{"name":"Technology audit and production reserves","volume":"79 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139316209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The object of the study is the strategic capabilities of enterprises as a basis for the formation of strategic plans. The problem of evaluating the effectiveness of strategies and strategic capabilities of enterprises forced to function in conditions of uncertainty is solved. The activity of Ukrainian enterprises in the difficult conditions of the war contributed to the emergence of the need for the formation of new approaches to the development and evaluation of strategies or the adaptation of existing ones to the new conditions of the external environment. If the factors and their characteristics cannot be determined, then the consequences of their impact on the enterprise's activities will be unexpected. And since the uncertainty of the future is often underestimated, this leads to companies choosing those strategies that do not help the company avoid external threats and do not allow to use the opportunities that uncertainty can hide. With the help of economic-mathematical modeling, a model for assessing the company's strategic capabilities was formed, which would make it possible to compare the available resources and possible challenges from the external environment, to investigate the relationship between the company's capabilities and its ability to achieve strategic goals. A methodology for assessing the strategic capabilities of enterprises using the tools of probability theory and the scenario approach is proposed. The obtained results can be useful for determining when choosing a strategy and its evaluation by Ukrainian enterprises operating in conditions of uncertainty.","PeriodicalId":22480,"journal":{"name":"Technology audit and production reserves","volume":"33 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139316687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Health care workers in South Africa have borne the brunt of the COVID-19 pandemic whereas in Ukraine health care workers, amidst the war have had to show valour and a tough spirit in caring for their patients under very trying circumstances. Arising from the above tragedies, health care workers have shown incredible bravery both in Ukraine and in South Africa, however they display extreme burn out. In Ukraine, nurses are working in the conflict zone and have to manage complex patient mental and physical health issues. Some have even been subjected to violence from traumatized patients. This article assesses the healthcare situation both in Ukraine and South Africa and provides a descriptive report utilizing The Swanson's theory of caring. The elements of Swanson’s theory consisting of maintaining belief, knowing, being with, doing for, and enabling can be linked to characteristics such as supporting patients and colleagues, being sensitive, affectionate and empathetic while feeling a sense of responsibility towards the department and patients. The study, based at selected South African public central hospitals in two provinces, adopted a descriptive exploratory paradigm. Qualitative techniques were used to administer an interview schedule to 322 frontline participants.
