The smart-phone and PDA users all around the world are\u0000facing difficulties to become accustomed and trust in m-commerce.\u0000The main rationale can be the slow variation and lack of trust in\u0000mobile payment systems. Mobile payment systems that are in use\u0000need to be more effective and efficient. This paper proposes: the\u0000interface design is not the only factor affecting the m-commerce\u0000adoption and lack of trust; in fact it is the combined effect of\u0000interface usability and trustworthy mobile payment systems, because\u0000it-s the money that the user has to spend at the end of the day, which\u0000the user requires to get transferred securely. The purpose of this\u0000research is to identify the problems regarding the trust and adaption\u0000of m-commerce applications by mobile users and to provide the best\u0000possible solution with respect to human computer interaction (HCI)\u0000principles.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering

Electronic government is a digital, wall-free government with a virtual organization for presenting of online governmental services and further cooperation in different political/social activities. In order to have a successful implementation of electronic government strategy and benefiting from its complete potential and benefits and generally for establishment and applying of electronic government, it is necessary to have different infrastructures as the basics of electronic government with lack of which it is impossible to benefit from mentioned services. For this purpose, in this paper we have managed to recognize relevant obstacles for establishment of electronic government in Iran. All required data for recognition of obstacles were collected from statistical society of involved specialists of Ministry of Communications & Information Technology of Iran and Information Technology Organization of Tehran Municipality through questionnaire. Then by considering of five-point Likert scope and =3 as the index of relevant factors of proposed model, we could specify current obstacles against electronic government in Iran along with some guidelines and proposal in this regard. According to the results, mentioned obstacles for applying of electronic government in Iran are as follows: Technical & technological problems, Legal, judicial & safety problems, Economic problems and Humanistic Problems.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering

The government organisations in the developing countries will be under increased pressure to change their bureaucratic systems to be able to respond rapidly to changing and increasing requirements and rapid technology advancements. This paper aims to present a conceptual framework for explaining the main barriers and drivers of public e-service development. Therefore, the framework provides a basic context within which the process and practice of E-Service can be implemented successfully in the public sector organisations. The framework is flexible enough to be adopted by governments at different levels; national or local by developing countries around the world.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering

The study analyzed the role of the public and private investment and impact of the political and macroeconomic uncertainty on economic growth of Pakistan by using the vector autoregressive approach (VAR). In long-run both public and private investment showed a positive impact on economic growth but the growth was largely driven by private investment as compared to public investment. Government consumption expenditure, economic uncertainty and political instability hampered the economic growth of Pakistan. In short-run the private investment positively influences the growth but there was negative and insignificant effect of the public investment and government consumption expenditure on the growth. There was a positive relationship found between economic uncertainty (proxy for inflation) and GDP in short run. Keywords—Investment, Government Consumption, Growth, Co-integration, Pakistan.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering

On the one hand, it is necessary to produce ever more cost-effectively to remain competitive. On the other hand, factories need to be transformable in order to manage unpredictable changes in the corporate environment. To deal with these different challenges, companies use the philosophy of lean production in the first case, in the second case the philosophy of transformability. To a certain extent these two approaches follow different directions. This can cause conflicts when designing factories. Therefore, the Institute of Production Systems and Logistics (IFA) of the Leibniz University of Hanover has developed a procedure to allow companies to evaluate and design their factories with respect to the requirements of both philosophies.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering

An evaluation that only focuses, for example, on payments for the building, the technical equipment of the factory, and the personnel for the enterprise is – considering the complexity of the system factory – not sufficient for this long-term view. The success of an investment is secured, among other things, by the attainment of nonmonetary goals, too, like transformability. Such aspects are not considered in traditional investment calculations like the net present value method. This paper closes this gap with the enhanced economic evaluation (EWR) for factory planning. The procedure and the first results of an application in a project are presented.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering

However, IOS\u0000adoption has proved to be difficult and, at this stage, why this is so is\u0000not fully uncovered. In practice, benefits have often remained\u0000concentrated, primarily accruing to the dominant party, resulting in\u0000low rates of adoption and usage, and often culminating in the failure\u0000of the IOS. The main research question is why organizations initiate\u0000or join IOS and what factors influence their adoption and use levels.\u0000This paper reviews the literature on IOS adoption and proposes a\u0000theoretical framework in order to identify the critical factors to\u0000capture a complete picture of IOS adoption. My study investigated how being in a disgusted mood state affects moral judgment. Participants were induced to enter a disgusted mood state through listening to disgusting sounds and reading disgusting descriptions. Results shows that they, when compared to control who have not been induced to feel disgust, are more likely to endorse actions that are emotionally aversive but maximizes utilitarian return The result is analyzed using the ‘emotion-as-information’ approach to decision making. The result is consistent with the view that emotions play an important role in determining moral judgment. It is vital for\u0000any manager to decide a trade-off between these conflicting\u0000objectives and they will be benefited of any scientific decision\u0000support tool. Our work will try to determine optimal solutions (rather\u0000than a single optimal solution) from which the project manager will\u0000select his desirable choice to run the project. In this paper, the\u0000problem in project scheduling notated as\u0000(1,T|cpm,disc,mu|curve:quality,time,cost) will be studied. The\u0000problem is multi-objective and the purpose is finding the Pareto\u0000optimal front of time, cost and quality of a project\u0000(curve:quality,time,cost), whose activities belong to a start to finish\u0000activity relationship network (cpm) and they can be done in different\u0000possible modes (mu) which are non-continuous or discrete (disc), and\u0000each mode has a different cost, time and quality . The project is\u0000constrained to a non-renewable resource i.e. money (1,T).
