This study has been carried out to find\u0000possible solution using SIP-based event notification for alerting the\u0000technical staff about the Biomedical Device (BMD) status and\u0000Patients treatment session. The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) can\u0000be used to create a medical event notification system. SIP can work\u0000on a variety of devices. Its adoption as the protocol of choice for third\u0000generation wireless networks allows for a robust and scalable\u0000environment. One of the advantages of SIP is that it supports personal\u0000mobility through the separation of user addressing and device\u0000addressing. The solution for Telemed alert notification system is\u0000based on SIP - Specific Event Notification. The aim of this project is\u0000to extend mobility service to the hospital technicians who are using\u0000Telemedicine system.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering

Ahmad
The main purpose of this research is to construct a generic model for successful implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Oil sector, and to find out the effects of this model on the organizational sustainability development (OSD) performance of Libyan oil and gas companies using the structured equation modeling (SEM) approach. The research approach covers both quantitative and qualitative methods. A questionnaire was developed in order to identify the quality factors that are seen by Libyan oil and gas companies to be critical to the success of TQM implementation. Hypotheses were developed to evaluate the impact of TQM implementation on O SD. Data analysis reveals that there is a significant positive effect of the TQM implementation on OSD. 24 quality factors are found to be critical and absolutely essential for successful TQM implementation. The results generated a structure of the TQMSD implementation framework based on the four major road map constructs (Top management commitment, employee involvement and participation, customer-driven processes, and continuous improvement culture). Keywords—TQM, CQFs, Oil & Gas, OSD, Libya.
World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Behavioral, Educational, Economic, Business and Industrial Engineering
