The domestic robot is mainly composed of four functional modules, namely motion and cleaning module, vision module, sensory module, and GSM module. Motion and cleaning module is a mobile platform with cleaning tools. The main part of the vision module is an IP camera, which is used for telepresence. The sensory module is made up of some sensors apperceiving the surrounding and detecting anomalies. The GSM module is just like a mobile phone, which could send messages to an appointed telephone. The security of Internet connecting in our proposed design is described detailedly. Through the Internet or mobile phones, we could accomplish telepresence and take remote control of the domestic robot. But too much computation is always required in these complex algorithms. In this paper a simple and practical method of velocity control is put forward. Based on linear velocity acceleration and deceleration, the non-smoothing transfer point is predicted. Optimized transition velocity is given by considering velocity limitation conditions and kinematic theory. Smooth transition and continuous trajectory interpolation are realized. This paper describes a novel method to recognize the ball based on omni-directional vision system and perspective camera without color classification. Firstly the imaging character of the omni-directional vision system is analyzed and the conclusion that the ball on the field can be imaged to be ellipse approximately is derived. Then the arbitrary FIFA ball can be recognized by detecting the ellipse imaged by the ball according to the derivation, and an estimating algorithm for ball speed is integrated to track the ball. For making up the deficiency of omni-directional vision, a perspective camera system is also added to recognize the arbitrary ball near and in front of robot by Sobel filter and Hough Transform algorithm. This paper proposes a communication model which utilizes Anycast to perform the seamless communication between Ad Hoc networks and IPv6 networks. This model creates a new kind of IPv6 address auto-configuration scheme which does not need the address duplication detection. A given image can automatically be partitioned into different rectangles with different dimensions and the bivariate polynomial is used to do the Optimal Quadratic Approximation for image grey values in each sub-rectangle. When the approximation error and initial partition form are specified, a specific image partition result is obtained. Based on B spline curve theory, a revised algorithm of cubic B spline curve interpolation is presented in the paper. This proposed algorithm gives a new method which is based on pre-judgment of machining feedrate to calculate the tangent vectors of spline curve junction. The tangential vectors are used to establish the spline curve equations with time as a parameter. The trajectory and feedrate profile can be generated simultaneously with these equations. For practical congestion control design, the round trip delay commonly appears on transmission line and it is important factor of congestion control in ABR services. Various congestion control algorithm has been researched already, but we approach the problem with other method - Parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities (PLMIs), that is, LMIs whose coefficients are functions of a parameter confined to a compact set.
