The simplicity of the design makes the turbine easy to manufacture at a low cost, thus making the Tesla turbine ideal for propelling MAVs. We investigate the performance of a small centimeter scale Tesla turbine using numerical simulations; we present the visualization of the flow inside a turbine, variation of slip with rotational speed, and compare with an existing theoretical model and investigate the effect of underlying assumptions like inlet losses, axi-symmetry and three-dimensionality of flow field. We report the efficiency and power output of the turbine. Our simulations predict that a centimeter scale Tesla turbine can be provide sufficient power for MAV applications. It all started in 1949 when Warren Weaver proposed the first idea of using computer for translation. Since then several approaches have been followed out to ameliorate the quality of translation. But even after continuing development in this field, we haven't reached the level where we could get the exact translation of the source text. The aim of this paper is to brief about different approaches of machine translation and introduce a mechanism for the evaluation of the efficiency of translation systems based on the lexical, syntactical and semantics differences between source text and translated text. This mechanism provides a statistical analysis of translation systems, the results of this analysis can be used as a rating mechanism on the translation systems used worldwide. It is substitution for System-on-Chip to decrease the complexity. Large numbers of different data packets are sent at a time through different links, known as parallelism. But instead of degrading the performance, NoC keeps on growing in performance and scalability. In nanometer CMOS technology, interconnection of links dominates both performance and scalability. Comparison of encoding and decoding operations is done with the help of output waveforms. Power analysis chart tells about different parameters. Depending on that more efficient and less power consumed technique, scheme-3 is detected. FPGA and Xilinx are two key points of given system. By using Xilinx software, power consumption report is calculated from X-power analyzer to compare three schemes. To achieve a fast and efficient MPPT technique that minimizes the power loss with the adaptively binary-weighted step (ABWS) followed by the monotonically decreased step (MDS) without causing output power fluctuation or requiring additional ad hoc parameter is the objective of this work. To achieve Frequency Reconfigurability, Four stub are used to introduce the narrow band feature connected to the Micro strip feed line via pin diodes. The dielectric substrate used is an FR4 substrate with a dielectric constant εr = 4.3, thickness of 1.52 mm, and a loss tangent of 0.02 fed by a 50 Ω micro strip lines. The rectenna design is divided into a microstrip planar antenna and an energy harvesting rectifier circuit. In the designed rectenna, antenna as well as rectifier resonates at 5.8 GHz. Advanced Design System (ADS) software was used as the simulation tool of microstrip planar antenna. The total size of the antenna is 18 × 13.2 × 0.8 mm3. The simulated antenna and rectifier circuit is impedance matched to a 50fl line over the ISM frequency band of 5.8 GHz band (5.725 GHz–5.875 GHz). The simulated antenna results are directivity (3.638 dBi), gain (2.89 dBi) and efficiency (84%). Text localization and recognition in an image is a research area which takes efforts to develop a computer system with an ability to automatically read the text from images. The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tool gives good results obtained to read the text from an image. The objective of this study is to propose a new method for text localization and recognition in natural scene images with complex background. In this paper, a hybrid methodology is suggested which extracts text from natural scene image with chaotic backgrounds. The proposed approach involves four stages. First, superimposed text regions in an image are extracted based on character descriptors features like Area, Bounding box, Perimeter, Euler number, Horizontal crossings. In the second step, superimposed text regions are tested for text content or nontext using character descriptors and SVM classifier. In the third step, detection of multiple lines in localized text regions is done and line segmentation is performed using horizontal profiles. In the final step, using vertical profiles each character of the segmented line is extracted. The workout has been done using images drawn from ICDAR 2013 and SVT 2010 datasets. Despite its success there are some privacy and security concerns, which can be worked upon. We propose to introduce a buyer's protection in the existing bitcoin system. Buyer's protection will help us in conflict resolution and thus increasing the reliability of the system.
