This index profile results in achieving high power in core for different values of core radius and waist radius of incident Gaussian beam. A comparative study is presented in this paper at three operating wavelengths. The advancement in technology could make the communication system faster, better and reliable. Microwave design is quite helpful in taking those challenges to provide such requirements. It is possible to develop components, where size, performance and cost can be adequately minimized. In this paper we propose a micro strip line low pass, band pass filter for ISM band and Ku (8-12GHz) band for satellite communication etc. that comes under microwave range. In this work we also addressed a hair pin filter centered around 1.5 GHz provides a bandwidth of 1000 MHz. This result could be instrumental for many unlicensed band applications. In order to eliminate the harmonics, the switching angles are obtained by solving the non-linear transcendental equations using Newton-Raphson method. However, in the proposed online Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method, the firing angles are calculated by Bayesian Regularization Back- propagation learning algorithm where look up table is not necessary to store the firing angles. Further, with the help of the obtained switching instants, PWM signals are generated and applied to the single phase inverter in MATLAB Simulink. The output waveforms of inverter with R load for various values of modulation index are analyzed. This paper aims to analyze the performance of the proposed PSOLMS algorithm in comparison to PSO and the conventional methods such as LMS, Constant Modulus Algorithm (CMA) used in beamforming of antenna arrays. The amplitude and phase excitations of the weight coefficients are optimized using the proposed algorithm, and the analysis has been carried out for a 16 element LAA. The antennae are treated as individual nodes capable of collecting information and sharing them to the centralized processor for further processing. The environment is assumed to have impulsive noise where the traditional least square methods fail to perform. The paper implements M-type estimator (modified Huber algorithm) to improvise the estimation performance. To demonstrate efficacy of the algorithm, it is implemented with different impulsive noise presence in simulation and compared with traditional method and found to perform better. This paper illustrates the design of a wideband Dielectric Resonator Antenna(DRA) with aperture coupling feeding techniques in order to highlight the above key parameters in improved form. The designed antenna has return loss nearly 20 dB at 60GHz which can be used in unlicensed 5G spectrum having improved bandwidth. The proposed antenna is capable to resonates at 60.2GHz providing a bandwidth of 5.7GHz. The designed constrained to two different geometrical structures Modified Koch fractal antenna & Minkowiski fractal antenna (MKFA/MFA). The former design includes a square patch with protruding extensions for wideband applications and the later is a fusion of octagonal patch with reduced square curves on the corresponding vertices’s for portable broadband devices. Both antennas are designed on the same pedestal and dimensions with different utility and are well established with the principles of fractal integrity. MFA provides efficient omni-directional radiation patterns with less X-Polarizations and MKFA also results in effective for both Bi & Quasi Omni-directional radiation patterns. The main aim is to optimize money and satisfy load balance and certain limits which will serve some change in load and constraints. This paper deals with the optimization of ELD problem using Constriction Factor Based Particle Swarm Optimization (CFBPSO) algorithm. The constriction factor as proposed in earlier works is very useful for the convergence of the PSO algorithm. This factor is varied in this work and an improved result is observed. Two case studies are carried out on 10-unit and 20-unit system for the verification of viability and execution of the suggested approach. The suggested approach is implemented for an hourly dynamic and static load using MATLAB. The primary objective is to reduce the cost and the improved one is compared with the standard CFBPSO algorithm for this cost.
