This paper aims to analyze the performance of the proposed PSOLMS algorithm in comparison to PSO and the conventional methods such as LMS, Constant Modulus Algorithm (CMA) used in beamforming of antenna arrays. The amplitude and phase excitations of the weight coefficients are optimized using the proposed algorithm, and the analysis has been carried out for a 16 element LAA.
