This paper mainly studies the statistical analysis of historical loan data of banks and other financial institutions with the help of the idea of non-balanced data classification, and uses machine learning algorithms (not statistical algorithms) such as random forest, logical regression and decision tree to establish loan default prediction model. The experimental results show that neural network and random forest algorithm outperform decision tree and logistic regression classification algorithm in prediction performance. This is not only unhelpful to employee self-development, but also increases the cost of hiring of the organization. This study is showed that the Shanghai Stock Exchange Index, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Index, and the Nasdaq Index have the characteristics of \"tip fat tail \", which indicates that the distribution is not normal. Based on the theory of multifractal spectrum, empirical analysis and comparison results of multifractal characteristics, three indexes are carried out to analyze the impact of the maturity of different financial markets on stock price fluctuations. Finally, the multifractal spectrum parameters and daily return rate as input variables, an average accuracy rate of 99.436%, are obtained for the Shanghai Composite Index forecast for the next 30 days, using a 5-layer neural network model. As far as enterprise organizations are concerned, the motivation of listed companies to increase their holdings is to maintain the stock price, relieve the pressure of large shareholders' equity pledge and close their positions as well as assist shareholders to obtain benefits. In the short term, blanket overweight generally does not lead to the positive effect of stock price, but also determines whether employees and major shareholders can become consistent actors, judges whether it will trigger tender offer, and analyzes how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors.
