摘要

工作与生活的平衡是近年来提高员工保留率和生产力的重要实践,因为工作与生活的平衡可以影响员工满意度和组织承诺。基层员工由于工作强度大、组织不重视工作与生活的平衡而产生的疲劳和压力,导致了基层员工的高流动率。这不仅不利于员工的自我发展,而且增加了组织的招聘成本。因此,本文通过研究工作与生活平衡对基层员工离职意愿的影响,得出工作与生活平衡对员工离职意愿有显著负向影响的结论,以期为组织如何帮助基层员工实现工作与生活平衡提供参考。

Study on the Effect of Work-life Balance on the Intention to Leave of Grassroots Employees in the Service Industry
