They provide a series of service support by providing physical space and infrastructure for newly established high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby reducing entrepreneurial risks and entrepreneurial costs, and increasing entrepreneurship success rate, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and cultivate successful enterprises and entrepreneurs. This article selects a relatively cutting-edge research topic and interviews incubators and incubators and individuals of different natures in different countries. The research shows to a certain extent that local governments encourage foreigners to start businesses in China. This article compares the differences of incubators in different countries, the advantages and disadvantages of different types of incubators, and the policies of different regions.
