Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the legal status of the network car platform under the C2C business model, improve the access system of the network car market, strengthen the government's examination and supervision of the platform and formulate insurance to adapt to the network car in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the victims and maintain the stability of social order.
