This arises because there is no firmness in the ethical laws of the use of information technology. This article aims to explore the current application of scientific ethics in scientific writing. The method used is library research method. The results of the study show that researchers have used the application of scientific ethics in the field of information technology to find trends in the types of scientific publications. The most popular scientific ethics in the field of information technology is computer ethics. Computer ethics is the analysis of the nature and societal impact of computer technology, and the development and justification of relevant policies regarding the ethical use of information technology. Computer ethics has great potential to be developed because of the problems of: (a) privacy, (b) accuracy, (c) property, and (d) access which are very complex. For further research, researchers can have a broader perspective on the application of computer ethics in the field of information technology. Computer scientists can use this research to find applications of scholarly writing that deepen ethical issues in computer science, whether in conferences, journals, or book publications. \u0000Etika keilmuan banyak digunakan dalam bidang teknologi informasi untuk memecahkan masalah. Hal ini muncul karena belum adanya ketegasan dalam hukum etik penggunaan teknologi informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan etika ilmiah terkini dalam penulisan ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peneliti telah menggunakan penerapan etika ilmiah di bidang teknologi informasi untuk menemukan tren jenis publikasi karya ilmiah. Etika ilmiah yang paling populer di bidang teknologi informasi adalah etika komputer. Etika komputer adalah analisis sifat dan dampak sosial dari teknologi komputer, serta pengembangan dan pembenaran kebijakan yang relevan mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi secara etis. Etika komputer memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan karena masalah: (a) privacy, (b) accuracy, (c) property, dan (d) access yang sangat kompleks. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, peneliti dapat memiliki perspektif yang lebih luas tentang penerapan etika komputer di bidang teknologi informasi. The way artificial intelligence works is by combining a large amount of data, with a process that is fast, iterative and has an intelligent algorithm. Artificial intelligence is closely related to philosophy because both use concepts that have the same name and these include intelligence, action, consciousness, epistemology, even free will. Agile development is being done in this project using the SCRUM methodology. The advantages of SCRUM are that it can save cost, time, and can cope with change. Five research sprints covering the period of December 20, 2021, to December 30, 2022, were completed. In sprint three, the student field worked on. This study's output is an information system for SMAN 4 Malang's student affairs. The report, kindness project, and extracurricular activities are the three features. These features are at the request of the person in charge of the student affairs field. \u0000Pengembangan sistem informasi untuk SMAN 4 Malang, termasuk bidang kesiswaan, dibuat untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data yang berkaitan dengan siswa, orang tua, guru, dan karyawan. Pengembangan layanan administrasi di SMAN 4 Malang masih bersifat manual. Oleh Karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi. Tujuan pengembangan sistem informasi ADI STETSA pada bidang Unit Penjamin Mutu (UPM) untuk membantu pengolahan data administrasi. Fitur yang dikembangkan pada bidang UPM yaitu surat keputusan (SK) tugas dan bahan buku UPM. Sistem informasi dikembangkan pada platform website dan sistem operasi android. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode scrum. Sistem informasi ini dikerjakan oleh sepuluh orang dengan tim yang telah dibagi. Pengerjaan pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini dilakukan lima sprint yang dilakukan bertahap. Pengerjaan ini dikelola dengan kerangka kerja scrum yang menjadikan lebih efisien. As well as making it easier for school residents to find information on adiwiyata activities. The method applied in this research is the SCRUM method. This method contains six stages, namely product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, daily SCRUM, sprint review and sprint retrospective. The sprint planning stage to the sprint retrospective stage is called a sprint, which is done repeatedly. The SCRUM method has advantages in the process of checking and changes that can be made as needed. During the development of the information system, discussions were held with Mrs. Ivatus Sunaivah, as the person in charge of the adiwiyata field at SMAN 4 Malang. The ADI STETSA application was resolved during five sprints. Adiwiyata in the development of the ADI STETSA information system consists of 14 features that are in accordance with the school's request. The information system can be accessed by students, teachers, and employees on a mobile application. Meanwhile, Adiwiyata staff can access it through the web admin. \u0000Digitalisasi SMAN 4 Malang dengan mengembangkan sistem ADI STETSA, termasuk bidang adiwiyata, bertujuan untuk mempermudah staf adiwiyata mengolah data kegiatan adiwiyata. Serta memudahkan warga sekolah untuk mengetahui informasi kegiatan adiwiyata. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah metode SCRUM. Metode ini berisi enam tahapan, yaitu product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, daily SCRUM, sprint review dan sprint retrospective. Tahap sprint planning hingga sprint retrospective disebut sprint, yang dilakukan secara berulang. Metode SCRUM memiliki kelebihan pada proses pengecekan dan perubahan yang dapat dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan. Selama pengembangan sistem informasi, diskusi dilakukan bersama Ibu Ivatus Sunaifah, selaku penanggung jawab bidang adiwiyata SMAN 4 Malang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi ADI STETSA dengan pengerjaan selama lima sprint. Bidang adiwiyata pada pengembangan sistem informasi ADI STETSA terdiri dari 14 fitur yang telah sesuai dengan permintaan sekolah. Sistem informasi dapat diakses oleh siswa, guru, dan karyawan pada aplikasi mobile. SCRUM can overcome the development of complex information systems by breaking the work into sprints and getting the desired results with good quality. ADI STETSA work is divided into 5 sprints. The results of the development of information help data management and the process of borrowing library books at SMA Negeri 4 Malang. \u0000Untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan sekolah termasuk pada bidang perpustakaan, SMA Negeri 4 Malang menciptakan inovasi sebuah sistem informasi akademik ADI STETSA berbasis SCRUM. SCRUM dapat mengatasi pengembangan sistem informasi yang komplek dengan memecah pengerjaan dalam bentuk sprint, serta mendapatkan hasil sesuai dengan keinginan dengan kualitas yang baik. Pengerjaan ADI STETSA terbagi dalam 5 sprint.
