Through the simulation, it is found that the algorithm stands out robust in both environments. The beampatterns obtained are compared with the Constrained Affine Projection algorithm (Constrained APA) and the Constrained Least Mean Square algorithm (Constrained LMS). Also, the paper demonstrates the effect of projection order and step size on constrained APSA. The experimental results show that the increase in projection order improves the beampattern and the convergence speed. Hence higher projection orders can be selected in constrained APSA owing to its low computational complexity.","PeriodicalId":220461,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Industrial Electronics Research and Applications (ICIERA)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129414337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It may be noted that a good amount of literature already exists on this problem. Various performance parameters such as peak power output, the voltage at maximum power point (MPP), current at MPP, mismatch losses, relative power losses, and the fill factor have been reported. But, a quick survey reveals that all these parameters, though very important, have not been investigated together, leading to a complete performance investigation. This very fact has been the primary motivation to take up this work. In addition, a systematic procedure is developed for designing and developing various interconnection schemes to thoroughly analyze most of the performance parameters for different shading conditions. This work is expected to be very useful for beginners, particularly those who want further research in this area. The presented investigation revealed the following. The series configuration offers lower current and power outputs under partial shading conditions (PSC) while having multiple peak power-voltage (P-V) curves leading to maximum power point tracking (MPPT) problem. Further, the parallel configuration has a single peak in the P- V curve leading to better performance than other configurations under PSC. However, it also suffers from lower voltage output. The SP configuration offered better performance than the above two schemes under PSC. The best configuration has been the TCT yielding moderate current and voltage outputs at MPP, higher power output at MPP, lower relative power losses, lower mismatch losses, and improved fill factor. Therefore, the TCT configuration has better performance than other interconnection schemes under PSC.","PeriodicalId":220461,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Industrial Electronics Research and Applications (ICIERA)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122487494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This derived algorithm along with the estimated signals can be used in BCIs to get desired motion or end effects. To tackle this research problem we assume that the sequence of time delay uncertainties form a stationary sequence whose power spectral density depends upon unknown parameters. We directly evaluate the joint probability density function (PDF) of the discrete Fourier transform of their uncertainty sequence in terms of their power spectral density. Assuming these errors to follow a Gaussian law, parameter of the PDF is estimated by maximizing this joint PDF or likelihood functions. In this research work, we further choose an explicit form for the EEG signal as the sum of two sinusoidal with unknown amplitudes apart from the frequencies that is transformed by the delays having small uncertainties. The approximate likelihood function for the measured EEG signal is calculated. Additional white Gaussian noise is assumed to be present in the signal measurement. Simulation studies shows the MLE of the signal amplitude and frequencies when the time delay have random jitters with iid Gaussian law.","PeriodicalId":220461,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Industrial Electronics Research and Applications (ICIERA)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122013696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DG-JLT is used to implement $6T$ SRAM and its various stability performance metrics are studied including Hold static noise margin (HSNM), Read static noise margin (RSNM), Static voltage noise margin (SVNM) and Static current noise margin (SINM). Reliability of SRAM is also studied by analyzing stability parameters in the presence of interface trap charges. As trap charges originate due to different type of damages like hot carrier degradation, stress etc., therefore two density profile of interface trap charges, uniform and step function profile are considered. Shift in $mathbf{I}_{mathbf{ON}}/mathbf{I}_{mathbf{OFF}}$ ratio of the device and various stability parameters is observed in the presence of interface trap charges. The amount of shift noted is more in uniform profile compared to step function profile as traps are present only in half portion of the device in case of step function profile.
