It has been established that the morphobiological response of seedlings to the action of Fe nanoparticles has a species specificity. In pine seedlings, the presence of Fe nanoparticles at a concentration of 100 mmol / l had a toxic effect on the growth of Scots pine seedlings. The concentration of Fe nanoparticles 25 and 6.25 mmol / l stimulated the growth of Scots pine seedlings. With a nanoparticle content of 25 mmol / l, an increase in the length of the main root by 22.5 mm (23.1%). The number of adventitious roots in the experimental group, in comparison with the control, increased by 1.5%, the length of adventitious roots - by 10.8 mm (14.4%). Found that the seedlings of pedunculate oak are more resistant to the toxic effects of iron nanoforms. Morphometric parameters of seedlings of pedunculate oak in the experimental, as well as at a concentration of 100 mmol / l differed from those in the control group insignificantly, within 1%.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123881851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such studies of the structure of vacant molecular orbitals (VMO) and dissociative electron attachment (DEA) for isolated molecules of prospective organic semiconducting materials, which are of great interest in terms of use as elementary components of organic nanoelectronics devices, are the most promising, since a correspondence between the energies of vacant MO isolated molecules and the maxima of the density of states in the conduction band of thin films was revealed earlier. Also, there is an idea developing in modern science, that the results of studies of vacant orbitals of individual molecules in the gas phase, in particular, using the DEA method, are necessary to identify the features of the energy structure of the conduction band of molecular organic condensates, starting from energies below the vacuum level, by the amount of binding energy of molecules in the film. In particular, it was shown that the substances studied in this work cannot be used as monomeric compounds in the design of electrically conductive polymers in the future, since they do not form negative molecular ions in the gas phase at energies close to thermal.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"213 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128166800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The microbiota of such communities has complex, often unique mechanisms of interaction, which currently does not allow us to fully identify their species composition. Among the bacteria in caves, the most common are representatives of Alfaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria and Actinobacteria. Lack of light, lack of nutrients and low temperatures lead to a number of adaptations in bacteria, such as a decrease in cell size, slow metabolism, changes in membrane lipids and enzymes, and a number of others. In aphotic conditions, the basis of trophic chains are chemolithotrophic bacteria. The development of bacteria occurs mostly on the surface of mineral formations, soil, walls and in the upper layer of water. Rocky surfaces of caves represent the largest areas potentially suitable for colonization by microbial communities. There is a widespread assumption among researchers that the bacteria living on the walls are mostly cave microbiota and are the least susceptible to changes under anthropogenic load. Bacteria are actively involved in the geochemical transformations of the environment: corrosion of rocks the subsequent deposition of mineral formations. At present, the hypothesis of biogenic mineralization is generally accepted. On the one hand, crystal formation occurs with the participation of only living microorganisms, on the other hand, a change in the physicochemical conditions of the environment is of no small importance in this process. A significant role, according to researchers, is played by secreted extracellular substances that induce passive mineralization or, conversely, cause the dissolution of calcite. In addition, it is known that microorganisms isolated from caves, while remaining viable, after some time lose their ability to form or destroy mineral formations. Bacteria involved in the transformation of mineral substrates are not confined to taxonomic groups and act as part of multispecies communities.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134391153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The birth and switch to pulmonary respiration initiate a cascade a free radical reactions and leads to an excessive load on the antioxidant protection (AOP). Functional immaturity of AOP, caused by the intrauterine growth retardation of the embryo and fetus (IUGR), can lead to oxidative stress. In humans, these processes are well-known, but in animals, they are under-studied. Experiments on Simental calves ( Bos taurus taurus ) with IUGR (Group I, n = 30) and physiologically normal pregnancy in their mothers (Group II, n = 29) aimed to evaluate AOP (catalase activity, glutathione peroxidase (GPO) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, concentrations of vitamin A, alpha-tocopherol, and L-ascorbic acid) and oxidative stress parameters (concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA), diene conjugates (DC), and their ratio) in the blood 1, 7, 14, and 28 days after the birth. Laboratory tests were performed with spectrophotometer UV-1700 (“Shimadzu”, Japan). Statistical analysis was performed in IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 software (“IBM Corp.”, USA). The authors used the MannWhitney U-test to reveal the differences between the samples of calves of the same age. Wilcoxon's test for paired data was used to evaluate the dynamics inside a group. The blood of neonate calves with IUGR showed increased activity of catalase (by 30.3%, p < 0.05), SOD (27.8%, p < 0.05), content of vitamin A (by 33.6%, p < 0.05), alpha-tocopherol (by 33.9%, p < 0.05), and L-ascorbic acid (by 47.4%, p < 0.05), elevated concentrations of MDA (by 29.9%, p < 0.05), DC (by 4.5%, p < 0.05), and the ratio of MDA/DC (by 26.6% (p < 0.05), respectively, in comparison with animals from Group II, which indicated functional insufficiency of their AOP. The dynamics of the content of MDA, DC, and the ratio of MDA/DC in the calves blood on days 1-28 of their life showed a decrease in the functional capacity of AOP and more intensive transformation of primary ROI into intermediate and final toxic products considering the age of animals.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132647465","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most sensitive sanctions of Western countries for the development of the industrial sector of the economy of the Republic of Bashkortostan are highlighted, taking into account the structure of the economy of the republic with a predominance of oil production, oil refining industry and petrochemistry. A methodological approach to the rating assessment of the impact of the sanctions policy of Western countries on the level of socio-economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation for the 1st half of 2022, including a system of indicators of economic, social, financial and demographic development, has been developed and tested. The use of the proposed approach makes it possible to identify regions that have been able to adapt to the sanctions and use them to increase the level of socio-economic development in order to replicate their positive experience in other regions of Russia, as well as to identify the regions most affected by the sanctions to develop measures for their state support. The typologization of the regions of Russia according to their sensitivity to the sanctions of Western countries has been carried out, with the allocation of the most and least affected regions of the country by sanctions. The rating positions of the Republic of Bashkortostan on sensitivity to Western sanctions have been determined, highlighting the key problems that they may face in the medium term in the conditions of economic war carried out by countries of the world \"unfriendly\" to Russia in response to a special military operation in Ukraine. A set of measures is proposed aimed at smoothing the negative effects of the sanctions policy of Western countries, as well as the use of additional opportunities in terms of the development of the industrial sector of the economy of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the areas of import substitution, support for high-tech exports, reducing dependence on imported equipment and components, and promoting innovative development. The results of the study were reported at the XIV International scientific and practical conference: \"Innovative technologies for managing the socio-economic development of the regions of Russia\", October 20-21, 2022, ISEI UFIC RAS, Ufa. So, currently Russia is characterized by uneven system of settlement, creating the preconditions for the emergence of new imbalances and threats to the balanced spatial development of the country. Within the framework of this research we analyze the processes of settlement using Zipf rule in the context of the leading countries of the world. It is shown that the deviation of Zipf curves for China, USA and Germany is typical for developed countries. At the same time, Russia is characterized by the peculiarities of the location of the curves, typical for both developed and developing countries. This circumstance is due to the vast territory of the country and the high level of socio-economic differentiation, in connection with which disproportions in the distribution of the population by city are also observed. As part of assessing the degree of evenness of the settlement it was proposed to use the coefficient of localization Lorenz. It has been revealed that in Russia the Lorentz coefficient has risen from 0.56 to 0.59 during the last 10 years, which characterizes the increase of differentiation level of urban distribution in Russia. It is proved that such tendency is caused by the growth of a share of the population living in the largest and large cities at simultaneous its decrease in small and medium-sized cities which is also characteristic when it is considered at regional level. In this connection it is necessary to develop and implement measures of state regulation within the framework of the measures aimed at improving the sustainability of the system of spatial development of territories, including on the basis of foreign experience.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131405562","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is argued that education is the basic factor on the basis of which resource potential is formed and functions, a component of which is human capital. Education is not just a source of future socio-economic growth of the country. Its function is not only general intellectual and professional training, but also the general spiritual parameters of human activity, human cultural capital and its subsequent development. Skills and knowledge acquired at different stages of training increase the effectiveness of further investment in human capital, as a result, provide the opportunity for successful activities in various areas of society. In the process of realization of human capital there is an increase in labor productivity, quality of life of the population, overcoming the existing social differentiation between different social groups and ensuring sustainable socio-economic progress of society. Based on statistical materials and the results of sociological research, the main trends and contradictions in the development of the educational system in the region are determined on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
