It is essential for the analysis of electric appliances to make a reasonable way of electricity consumption. Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of low frequency sampling recognition, this paper proposes a non negative matrix decomposition method for feature extraction of electrical data. The peak density of feature data is calculated by peak density algorithm, and the peak density of feature data is taken as the initial cluster center of fuzzy c-means algorithm. The feature States of each device are obtained. Finally, the state sequence is processed by single and two-way long-term and short-term memory network. The accuracy of load identification is greatly improved. To solve this problem, the research separates the unbalanced component from three-phase unbalanced current on load side, and uses the 3-Dimensional Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (3D-SVPWM) Strategy of Three-level Four-arm Neutral-point-clamped Inverter to track and control it. To simplify the calculation process, the research proposes a 3D-SVPWM Optimized Modulation Strategy by allocating the modulation area reasonably based on the Decomposition Idea. Firstly, the spatial distribution of voltage vector of Three-level Four-arm Inverter is decomposed in an abc coordinate system which is reasonably divided into several two-level structures for further analysis. And then, the reference voltage vector is modulated by the Two-level Modulation Strategy. Although there are many researches on asymmetric self-driving photodetectors, most of them focus on the experimental control of materials and geometry, and lack of systematic theoretical research on the modulation mechanism of the device performance. Here, by coupling the electromagnetic response and the dynamics of semiconductor carriers via finite element method, we take perovskite as an example to systematically and detailedly explore the effects of the asymmetric Schottky barrier and doping concentration of the semiconductor on the response performance of the device from internal perspectives such as the distribution of the internal potential. It is found that a high doping concentration leads to the low short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage of the self-driving photodetector. Through the optoelectronic simulation and optimization, the MAPbI3-based self-driving photodetector with Au/Ag Schottky-junction shows excellent photoelectric performance at a wide spectral range (300 – 800 nm). Establishing the tracking relationship between train control system requirements specification and test cases is an important part of achieving completeness verification of test cases and requirements change management. In order to solve the problem that the train control system specification texts contain a large number of terms in the field, this paper proposes a strategy that combines the train control system terms dictionary with the conditional random field model to extract the train control system terms. By analyzing the features of the relationship between the system requirements specification and the test cases, we select the Labeled Latent Dirichlet Allocation (Labeled-LDA) model to model the specification texts, and determine the requirements tracking relationship by calculating the similarity between the requirements and the test cases. It is proved that the corresponding relationship between the train control system requirements specification and the test cases obtained by the above method is basically correct, and the precision and recall are high. In terms of hardware, the signal acquisition and conditioning circuit is designed according to the basic electrical parameters of the grid connected inverter circuit balance control system. In the aspect of software, an adaptive fuzzy controller is designed to search the circuit signal based on the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the balance control strategy of grid connected inverter circuit is set to realize the balance control of grid connected inverter circuit. Three test environments are set up in the simulation experiment, which is compared with the traditional grid connected inverter circuit balance control. In this paper, by using the single factor variable method, we will study nozzle’s structure to improve ejector performance and to reduce the ejector energy loss, which make the ejector work normally. When studying the nozzle, the other structure of the ejector should remain unchanged. The results indicate that there is an respectively optimum Figure of the nozzle convergent length, the nozzle throat length and the nozzle divergent length to make ejection coefficient reach its maximum value.
