In order to solve the problem that the train control system specification texts contain a large number of terms in the field, this paper proposes a strategy that combines the train control system terms dictionary with the conditional random field model to extract the train control system terms. By analyzing the features of the relationship between the system requirements specification and the test cases, we select the Labeled Latent Dirichlet Allocation (Labeled-LDA) model to model the specification texts, and determine the requirements tracking relationship by calculating the similarity between the requirements and the test cases. It is proved that the corresponding relationship between the train control system requirements specification and the test cases obtained by the above method is basically correct, and the precision and recall are high. Abstract

The system requirements specification is the basis for the design and development of the train control system, and the test cases are compiled according to system requirements specification, which are of great significance to the function test of the train control system. Establishing the tracking relationship between train control system requirements specification and test cases is an important part of achieving completeness verification of test cases and requirements change management. 基于labelled - lda的列车控制系统需求规范跟踪关系建立方法研究
系统需求说明书是列控系统设计与开发的基础,根据系统需求说明书编制测试用例,对列控系统的功能测试具有重要意义。建立列控系统需求规范与测试用例之间的跟踪关系,是实现测试用例完整性验证和需求变更管理的重要组成部分。为了解决列控系统规范文本字段中包含大量术语的问题,本文提出了将列控系统术语字典与条件随机场模型相结合的策略来提取列控系统术语。通过分析系统需求规范与测试用例之间关系的特征,选择标记潜狄利克雷分配(Labeled- lda)模型对需求规范文本进行建模,并通过计算需求与测试用例之间的相似度来确定需求跟踪关系。实践证明,用上述方法得到的列控系统需求规范与测试用例的对应关系基本正确,查准率和查全率较高。结果表明,该方法能够实现自动建立系统需求规格跟踪关系的目的。
