Firstly, the MBE features are extracted from the collected vibration signals of the bearing with the whole life, and then dimension reduction is performed with principal component analysis (PCA). Secondly, a performance degradation indicator (PDI) based on the first smoothed principal component is constructed to represent the bearing condition monitoring. In the following, the fault type of bearings is identified with the principal components of features from different fault types and support vector machine with directed acyclic graph (DAG-SVM). Two groups of experimental data are investigated to illustrate the availability of the proposed feature in bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. Millimeter wave (mm-Wave) can provide large bandwidth for UAV to achieve high data rate. For UAV mm-Wave multi-cell communication system, an antenna tilt optimization scheme for UAV-BS was proposed, which optimized the antenna array tilt angle of UAV-BS to improve the system throughput. The limit of throughput was derived when the number of UAV-BS antennas tends to infinity in this scheme, and then the relationship between tilt angle and throughput was analyzed by exhaustive search algorithm. Large bandwidth, low latency, and massive connections are urgent needs for future network development, and traditional communication network architectures can no longer adapt. With the development of contemporary communication networks, the network architecture of C-RAN (Centralized, Cooperative, Cloud Radio Access Network) can concentrate base station processing resources, dynamically allocate transmitted signals, and have high spectrum utilization. In signal transmission, it also has the advantages of high efficiency, flexible scheduling and energy saving. However, the limited capacity of the fronthaul link under the C-RAN architecture makes signal compression and decompression especially important. This paper proposes an efficient and stable compressed sensing algorithm-a new stepwise orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm (NStOMP algorithm). First, the algorithm does not depend on the number of atoms selected in each iteration, S, and achieves stable compressed signal transmission. Secondly, it combines the idea of backtracking to filter the wrongly selected atoms in the first screening, and performs the second screening of atoms to reconstruct and restore the signal with a higher probability. This paper compares the proposed NStOMP algorithm with the improved StOMP algorithm and other common CS algorithms. The simulation results verify the stability of the proposed algorithm and its advantages compared with the reconstruction effect of common signal compression algorithms. Therefore, a centralized remote monitoring system is proposed to master the working state of the communication power supply in real time. However, due to the poor communication effect of system software under the traditional design, the ability of centralized remote monitoring system to track abnormal data is poor, so the centralized remote monitoring system of communication power supply is designed based on big data technology. In terms of hardware, the watchdog circuit is set, and the battery access interface circuit, communication interface circuit and voltage conversion circuit are designed. In terms of software, intelligent monitoring program is designed; remote centralized monitoring target is tracked based on big data technology; monitoring unit software is optimized. Experimental results: compared with the traditional design of remote monitoring system, in 20 times of abnormal node monitoring of communication power supply, the design system obtained all abnormal nodes, while the traditional system only got all abnormal nodes three times. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an enterprise level cross domain integrated database storage method based on DMAIC model. Through the collection of cross domain integrated data for filtering and integration, the data are transferred to the central database in turn, and the data warehouse is established. The core data in the collected data is identified by using DMAIC model, and the core data is summarized into the inventory range. Then, the relevant data with high similarity are matched, and labels and data catalog are made to provide support for data positioning and query.
