In this study, suggestions are given to reduce harmful emissions in Turkey, especially by facilities based on mass tourism. In addition, renewable energy-based energy performance enhancing technologies that can be applied to the energy efficiency and efficiency of tourism facilities are also proposed to reduce carbon footprint. Considering the incentives and discounts applied by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey for "environmentally sensitive accommodation facilities", the advantages and advantages of Photovoltaic Thermal (PV-T) Collector Technology which is suitable for use of the facilities are introduced and the advantages of these technologies are discussed. Although all leisure activities are generated by the desire for temporarily change of the dwelling place and escape to recreational amenity rich areas, the leading second home and tourism-excursion-outdoor recreation areas do not fully coincide. The goal of the paper is to examine the spatial overlapping of the second home phenomenon and other leisure mobility forms in Koprivnica-Križevci County to provide scientific contribution to the research of spatial (non)matching of the mentioned phenomena in rural areas of Croatia. Koprivnica-Križevci County was therefore chosen because it is a typical rural area in the Peripannonian region of Croatia, which does not stand out on a national level either according to a large number of second homes, or according to more prominent tourism flow, but in the near future a stronger development of leisure spatial mobilities can be expected. The spatial overlapping of the second home phenomenon and other leisure mobility forms in Koprivnica-Križevci County was examined through the following steps: a) identification of the leading second home areas in the County according to the number of second homes at the level of the settlement in 2011; b) identification of leading tourism-excursion-outdoor recreation areas in the County at the level of the settlement according to four indicators: number of overnights in 2016, number of tourist beds in 2016, number of catering facilities linked with tourism- excursions outdoor recreation in 2017, number of tourist attractions in 2017; and c) analysis of spatial overlapping of second home phenomenon and other leisure mobility forms.

Croatia as a tourist destination has a strong seasonality and it is recognized primarily as '' The sun and the sea'' destination. One of the possibilities to reduce the seasonality is a development of new tourism products in the periods out of peak season. An attempt to overcome the seasonality could be development of Destination Management Companies (DMCs), specialized receptive tourism agencies that create and place an offer of complex tourist products or packages, tailored to the needs of tourists, especially during periods out of peak season. This paper reviews these issues by analyzing the level of development of tourism products of Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in Croatia and their possible impact on the reduction of seasonality in Croatia.

The level of quality services provided and the level of customer satisfaction are among the main determinants of the profitability of service companies, including airports. Absence of research and valid data regarding airport service quality in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Sarajevo Airport was the key motive for this paperwork. Without having this data/information airport management is not able to manage successful service quality and achieve passenger satisfaction.\u0000\u0000The intention of this study is to provide a deeper insight into needs of modern passenger through the analysis of theoretical information and through customer research of satisfaction conducted at Sarajevo International Airport. The study was performed by using structured questionnaire (66 questions). Based on the existing literature for research, the authors adapted and expanded the query, used by ACI – AETRA ASQ program. 500 questionnaires were distributed and 440 collected, which makes the response rate of 88%. By the literature analysis and conducted research the most important factors that influence the perception of passengers in terms of service quality at Sarajevo Airport were identified: „check-in“, Internet WIFI, security, foodservices, cleanness and staff hospitality.\u0000\u0000The success of the airport depends on how well the airport knows and to what extent satisfies different groups of airport users. This paperwork confirmed the importance of service quality management and customer satisfaction for the long term success of the airport. The results of conducted research at the Sarajevo Airport, also indicate that it is possible to define services which, according to the opinion of passengers, significantly influence the level of satisfaction and perceived quality of provided services and those are the following: „Check-in“, Internet WIFI, airport security, restaurant services, cleanness of passenger terminal and staff hospitality.

Such processes are direct consequence of the war events and the situation that followed, as well as industrialization, which indicates the need to revitalize or mitigate these negative effects. Tourism is often cited as a factor in stimulating development process, so this paper examines relationship between the development of tourism activity and the degree of depopulation of rural settlements in the Bjelašnica and Vranica mountains. The paper uses the demographic and statistical (t-test) methods, as well as a survey to examine the attitudes of local population towards the development of tourism. Tourist motives form one of the three basic elements (attractive, communicative and receptive) that are important for undertaking tourist movements. The goal of the research is to show the tourist value of the Old Town of Dubrovnik by analyzing all elements of tourism valorization. Also, the goal is to determine the courses of action that can be taken through the process of tourism planning in order to increase its overall tourist value. In addition to the assessment of tourist value, the evaluation of tourist potential belongs to the domain of spatial planning (special purpose spatial planning), so the choice of evaluation procedure depends on the purpose of valorization. The identification and valorization of tourist motives on the example of the Old Town of Dubrovnik will be realized on the basis of field research, GIS methodology and relevant methodologies for the evaluation of tourist motives. When evaluating the tourist motive, the following constitutive elements were taken for evaluation: tourist location, attractiveness of the motive, ambience, construction and compatibility. The application of\u0000GIS has a very important role in the entire process of identification and valorization of tourist\u0000potentials and tourism development planning. The assessment of the total tourist value is based on spatial data that includes physical-geographical (relief characteristics, hydrography of the area, etc.) and social-geographical characteristics of the area (compatibility, proximity to traffic routes, proximity to emission centers, etc.), and is based on the application of modern geoinformation technologies. Field research was supplemented and validated research results obtained from cabinet research and research based on the application of geoinformation technologies. In relation with the previously mentioned analyses, the relevant methodology for the evaluation of tourist motives will be applied, based on the evaluation of the constitutive elements of tourist value. The implemented methodological procedure will provide an insight into the touristic value of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, as well as the directions of action aimed at its increasing.

That potential can be evaluated from several aspects. One of the aspects is the topic of this work: a tourist-geographical evaluation of the cultural - historical and natural heritage. This paper is therefore to analyze the potential of Bugojno for tourism development. A total of 30 cultural and natural potential attractions are analyzed. The aim of this paper is to point out the resources of Bugojno, applying the method of tourist valorization of natural and cultural resources by model Hilary du Cross. This method will identify the values of market attractiveness indicators, factors of importance when designing tourism products, cultural/natural importance and robustness of the site for tourism development. In terms of tourist valorization of a geographic area or destination, it is necessary to determine the elements of the natural, historical and cultural heritage. It is necessary to isolate the historical events and personalities associated with certain periods as well as properly review and know the current situation, with all the negatives, strengths and opportunities that this area offers. The results indicate that, in the long term, tourism can be an important economic sector in the region.
