Network slicing is recognized as a key technology to realize the provision of services on demand for 5G broadcasting by slicing an infrastructure physical network into a dedicated sub-physical logical network. However, as the dimension of physical network resources and the number of users increase, how to efficiently and balanced deploy the network slices is the main issue in a multi-domain network since the network slices share limited resources. In this paper, a heuristic and dynamic algorithm is proposed based on the VIKOR method which shortens the time of NS deployment by orchestrating nodes and links simultaneously. In the nodes provisioning stage, according to the topology information based on Complex Network theory, the importance of nodes is sorted, which increases the acceptance ratio. In the path-selecting stage, a strategy is put forward that decreases resource usage and balances the physical resource distribution. It is important to study the risk assessment of wind deflection flashes on transmission lines for the stable operation of power systems. In this paper, we considered the influence of wind speed, wind direction, span and height difference on the wind deflection flashes of transmission lines in a given interval. The rigid straight bar method was initially used to establish the wind deflection angle calculation model of transmission lines. Also, the wind deflection angle under various working conditions was calculated as the data base, followed by predicting the wind deflection angle based on BP neural network algorithm, making super-reference adjustment and optimizing the accuracy of the algorithm. Meanwhile, considering the climatic conditions such as rainfall, humidity and terrain, an analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy combination method was used to calculate the wind deflection discharge probability, assessing the line safety level according to the risk occurrence rate. Thus, at this point, various vortexes behind the rotor plane may strongly altered induced velocity field on the blade which is quite different from low-speed propeller and cannot be neglected. Meanwhile, under similar conditions, this paper makes full analysis on the impact that how tip induced losses gives a change on the thrust and available power on the two couple similar propellers. Then, we can get the prediction of real cruise state on the proportion of induced losses in the research of propeller. The results showed that the propeller tip induced loss characteristics was not only related to the actual geometric distribution, but also had the correlation with the specific operational conditions, especially advanced ratio and pitch angle, which had the most obvious impact on this loss characteristics. It is difficult to carry out model accurately and solve in fault conditions by the general dynamic theory method. Therefore, taking the wear fault of slipper as an example, the operational modal analysis method is used to extract and analyze the dynamic parameters feature in different wear degrees. Considering the excitation characteristics of axial piston pump, the Op.PolyMAX method is used to identify the multi-order modal parameters including harmonic modals, and the Morlet wavelet cluster bandpass filter is used to separate the time domain signals corresponding to each modal frequency. According to the difference of statistical characteristics between the structure random response and harmonic response, the harmonic modal caused by the pump rotation frequency is eliminated, and then the first three order intrinsic modals of the axial piston pump are obtained. In order to solve the shortage of the existing performance evaluation index to guide the construction, this paper proposes a performance evaluation index based on the thrust-torque ratio, and verifies the effectiveness of the thrust-torque ratio through actual engineering. The XGBoost prediction model with the shield construction parameters as input and the actual thrust-torque ratio as output is constructed to predict the tunneling performance, and the prediction model results turn out well. Based on this prediction model, the performance of a historical project can be effectively improved by optimizing the adjustable construction parameters. For electronic medical records in Chinese(CEMR) named entity recognition(NER) task of long entity, the entity chaos, border demarcation difficulties and other issues, this paper proposes a fusion based on RoBERTa, and words of Chinese named entity recognition method. This method uses the joint feature representation of characters and entity words depended on the pre-training model RoBERTa and the medical field lexicon created by ourselves, which can precisely spilt entity boundaries, so as to solve the influence of unregistered words. The experimental results show that our model has preferable performance and significant improvement compared with the baseline model. Afterwards, a model consistent with the simulation is made in laboratory, and the terminal response of the cables is measured in the Gigahertz Transverse Electro Magnetic (GTEM) cell to verify the result of simulation. The PTZ stabilizer can enable the object on the carrier platform to achieve attitude stability control, which can automatically keep the camera, mobile phone and other devices stable and balanced during the shooting process, so that the captured images are clearer and the picture quality is better. In this paper, a low-cost, multi-functional, low energy consumption three-degree-of-freedom handheld PTZ stabilizer is designed to solve the problems such as picture shaking of small handheld devices when in motion. The IMU component of the MPU 6050 is used as the angle detection component of the handheld PTZ stabilizer. The Arduino Nano MG996R is used as the microcontroller to process the collected data into angle data, and the PWM signals are outputted by the pins to control the steering gears. The Blender software is used to model and design the 3D model of the PTZ shell, and the Arduino is used to integrate the PTZ control software and hardware, and finally the overall design is optimized. The experiment shows that the design meets the requirement that the carrier coordinate system is stable relative to the geographical coordinate system. Although there is a certain angle error, the overall operation is in good condition. In this paper, a lighter and faster face mask recognition method based on YOLOv5 is proposed. ShuffleNet and GhostNet modules are introduced respectively in the backbone and neck sections to reduce parameters. An attention mechanism is added after each feature fusion part to make it pay more attention to the important information on the feature map.
