Traditional MANETs are only capable of meeting the variability of disasters if they have a stable topology and a high network density. To remedy this dilemma, there is a hybrid MANET-DTN system. Network nodes have the option to engage in the network and transmit data using various routing techniques when they are under various environmental and network situations. This improves a system's ability to adapt. By virtue of the double-layer structure and properly selected PIN diode, the ESS proposed achieves binary modes, i.e., transmission and reflection modes. In practice, various background disturbances unrelated to disease identification can greatly reduce the accuracy and generalization of the model. In this paper, we use a residual neural network model to identify a total of 11 species of healthy and diseased leaf images of three drought-tolerant crops: wheat, corn and potato. In this paper, an attention mechanism is added to the ResNet model to exclude the interference problem of complex backgrounds in real environments, and migration learning is used to improve the accuracy rate. The problem of reactive power circulation will lead to the frequent occurrence of SVG overheating accidents and increase the power loss, which will cause huge economic losses. Taking the parallel operation of SVGs between T-connected new energy stations as the research scene, this paper proposes a research method of reactive power circulation mechanism between SVGs, and puts forward the conditions for reactive power circulation between SVGs, and puts forward the suppression measures to suppress the reactive power circulation. Finally, the critical conditions for the occurrence of reactive power circulation are verified by simulation in DSL. In the process of the continuous development of the power system, the new energy has the characteristics of large volatility and strong randomness, so it is necessary to constantly improve the regulation capacity of the power grid to ensure the stability of the power system. In this paper, the hardware reliability of the security and stability control system is detected by quantitative calculation. Based on two different operation modes of \"one out of two\" and \"two out of two\", we use Markov state-space method to calculate the rejection probability respectively, with the ratio of the device repair rate and the fault rate being the parameters. Full-port scanning of the system can identify potential threats to the system in advance, however, existing full-port scanning methods need to scan the full amount of ports, which is relatively time-consuming. In this paper, we propose a sampling-based full-port scanning method that can minimize the scanning cost while maintaining the scanning accuracy. We use three port scanning tools to perform port scanning in a controlled environment to validate our method, and quantitatively analyze the scanning accuracy and scanning speed of different scanners in different scenarios. In order to address these problems, we collect the Internet financial enterprises’ nonfinancial data and propose a default risk assessment method for Internet financial enterprises based on heterogeneous graph neural network. In order to enhance the communication transmission performance of the network and the ability to quickly reconstruct routes, the AODV (Ad Hoc on demand Distance Vector) routing protocol is optimized by adding backup routes to the routing table entries. An edge detection algorithm based on Gaussian difference for visual prosthesis is proposed. The approach is consistent with the response of visual receptive field in the human vision system (HSV). Due to the pseudo edges in the Gaussian difference algorithm, an improved structure of zero-crossing point detection with the comparison of threshold is adopted. The algorithm is realized by hardware circuits using Verilog-HDL and verified on the FPGA development platform. The results show that the algorithm can effectively detect the image edge features and improve the precision and continuity of edge.
