In order to promote animation industry, colleges take particular responsibilities for cultivating talent of animation design. Today's education model of animation is still simply classroom-based, “teacher-lead” and unilateral, and is not adapted to a series of demands for nurturing students' compound abilities. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework of e-learning system named project-based integrated learning environment (PILE) for animation design. This framework is designed based on interactionism, Hill's learning theory and project-based learning model. As the principal axis of PILE, projects are set up based on classical animation fundamentals, covered in teaching materials of animation design. The PILE is made up of three main modules, i.e., Virtualized Learning Management System (VLMS), Project-based Course Learning Platform (PCLP) and Project Files System (PFS), by using web-based information technologies. In order to solve the problem of how to design and complete a simulation experiment software, the design method is given in this paper. In this method, the first thing is to know clearly the purpose of simulation experiments. Secondly the key of the method is to carefully design the experiment content which will be simulated. Finally, select the software tools according to simulated experiments and convenient operation for students. Through two application cases, analog communication system simulation experiment software and transmission line theory simulation experiment software, the design process of simulation experiment software, such as understanding the characteristics of simulation experiment, designing the content of simulation experiment and selecting the software tools, is introduced. Ant colony optimization algorithm (ACOA) has been used to solve many optimization problems in various fields of engineering. In this paper, a new algorithm was presented for solving TSP using ACOA based on immunity and multiple ant colonies. The new algorithm was tested on benchmark problems from TSPLIB and the test results were presented. In contrast, every year a large number of graduates are difficult to find a relevant job. These indicate there is a great gap between our graduates and the requirements of enterprises. In this paper, demand for software engineers is analyzed and the results indicate that the demand shows the complexity and diversity. Then we have proposed the software engineer should be classifieds into analysis-oriented engineers, design-oriented engineers, program-oriented engineers, testing-oriented engineers, service-oriented engineers and management-oriented engineers. Frequently different requirements about knowledge, capacity and characteristics are discussed.
