Legitimacy derives from the socialized institutional structure, and is one important resource which can help the new venture approach and mobilize other resources. Especially for the new venture in emerging economies, because of uncertainty of its institutional environment, it is more difficult to gain the legitimacy. In this paper, we analyzed the key technologies and architecture of Web services and discus one such approach that involves adding semantics to WSDL and UDDI using OWL ontologies in order to describe and discover Web Services accurately for us. The outcome of the paper is an e-learning system which can provide more friendly and effective ways for China's nonstastical students to increase their knowledge of statistics and improve the quality of the statistical education in China. But the problems which may arise in e-learning systems are still manyfold. Lei, Wang Xue-feng","doi":"10.1109/ICAIE.2010.5641101","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICAIE.2010.5641101","url":null,"abstract":"For the insufficiency of the Built-in-test-equipment (BITE) of HUD and the ground fault diagnosis equipment, this paper provides a novel fault diagnosis based on fuzzy BP neural network for a certain type HUD by researching the fault diagnosis theory and methods. The proposed method simplifies the structure of the fault diagnosis system, and has a farther effective distinguish from the source of fault diagnosed by Built-in-test-equipment, and isolates the fault from the LRU level to the SRU level. Finally, the fault diagnosis example is provided with the typical test item.
