In recent years, although there are many researches on English tag clouds, few are known about Chinese tag clouds. In this paper, we investigated the visual elements of Chinese tag clouds, and put forward their eight visual features after comparing the difference between Chinese and English in language structure. 37 students took part in the experiment designed with 40 tag clouds. It is a subdiscipline of project management in which software projects are planned, monitored and controlled. To ensure that a certain software project is successful is the main responsibility of the project manager. From the point of view of a project manager, a success is defined as: Did the system come in “up to specifications”, in time and on budget? Many factors come into play in deciding the success of the project such as project management, customer involvement etc. In this paper, online survey is used to collect project data about a number of factors upon which the outcome of the project depends. Data mining tools such as Association Rule Mining, Naive Bayes, Decision Tree and Neural networks are used to determine whether a project will be successful or not. In this paper, we develop a novel weighted link-based rank approach that integrates blogger and post in a unified framework (a bipartite graph model). The importance of blogger and post can mutually reinforce each other in an iterative way. We also take into post semantic content and time delay of citation considertion. Urban traffic flow and inter-cities flow transform and divert intensively and massively in this zone, also bring traffic jams and incidents frequently. Traffic control is necessary. Coordinated traffic control is a new development where the control problem is to find the combination of control measures that result in the best road performance. The problems of multi-objective coordinated metering and evaluation for local ramp is considered. This paper discusses the optimal coordination of mainline and ramp, a modified ramp latency model is posed using the method of queuing theory, and a ramp control with better mechanism compare to artifical neural network using radical based function-support vector machine algorithm is designed. In order to resist MP3 compression, the area of the entire host audio signal for embedding watermark is designated by adaptive adjustment. Then the designated area is separated to segments and every segment is transformed into frequency domain by FFT. The DC coefficient of every segment which is insensitive to the human auditory system(HAS) and has the biggest hearing margin is selected. Finally, the watermark is embedded according to quantization algorithm.
