Smith predictor algorithm is used to compensate for the time delay and fuzzy control is used to enhance the robustness of the system, and then PID algorithms are used to improve the static precision of the system. The simulation results indicate that the method has characteristics of small overshoot, short adjusting time and strong anti-interference ability and robustness. The construction of expert system for forecasting the incidence rate of pulmonary emphysema based on BP neural network was discussed. Methods The data of incidence rate of pulmonary emphysema and meteorological factors in plateau section from 2003 to 2009 were collected and analyzed by using Eviews for windows, version 3.1; the model of Back Propagation artificial neural network was built by Matlab, version7.0. The MER and R2 of pulmonary emphysema incidence rate forecasting model were 0.60401% and 0.95329 respectively. The effect of fitting and forecasting of the model were very well. The paper mainly introduces the current demand of Linux talents, elaborates the present situation of Linux education, analyzes the problems and proposes the plan for such education. Based on the educational mode of colleges and the characteristics of the market demand for Linux professionals, the paper proposes the classification of the ability of Linux professionals into four grades, and the different educational curricula in detail for professionals at different levels. However, the cooperation of supply chain between relevant organizations, because of information asymmetry, information distortion, market, political, economic, legal and other factors uncertainty, led to the existence of various risks. At the same time as the unique nature of the supply chain, damage resulting from risk of the supply chain is much more serious than on the individual enterprise. A small risk may causes supply chain radical chain reaction, causing destruction of the supply chain of the upstream and downstream enterprise as well as the entire supply chain damage and loss. This architecture to provide basic services of traditional school information systems and campus portal-specific single sign-on, data synchronization, application integration and personalization services and other functions. Base layer includes hardware, system software, network infrastructure and Email, WWW, FTP and other basic services, data layer is formed by the database and LDAP, application layer contains the ESB, unified authentication and the application system, presentation layer consists of the portal and browser.
