It is believed that functional balance training can enhance the performance of its athletes, as it strengthens and tones the muscles, stimulating the active proprioception of the executed movements. Objective: This paper investigates the effect of balance training on martial arts athletes and its impact on the execution of complex sports movements. Methods: Under experimental control, 100 martial arts athletes were selected and divided into two groups without statistical differences to perform the experiment. The experimental group added balance training, while the control group followed the usual training script. Sports fitness indices were measured before and after the intervention for statistical analysis. Results: The data regarding the balance index of the experimental group pre was 7.00±0.52, and after the experiment, it went to 8.40±0.47; the functional indices increased from 7.50±0.55 to 8.46±0.42. No statistically relevant changes were found in the control group. Conclusion: Functional balance training can complement daily training routines for greater benefits in martial arts athletes. The improvement of active proprioception statistically increases the ability of its practitioners in the execution of complex movements. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.","PeriodicalId":21213,"journal":{"name":"Revista Brasileira de Medicina do Esporte","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"67382028","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"医学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This requires a high quality of explosive strength. Training with loads is useful for this purpose, but there still needs to be more evidence of the results of applying high loads. Objective: Study the influence of high-load training on the explosive quality of soccer players. Methods: Twenty soccer athletes were selected and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group completed their training with a high-load protocol added to their daily soccer training. In contrast, the ten control group athletes continued their existing daily training without changes. The experiment lasted six weeks. Pertinent data were collected and statistically analyzed to analyze the intervention results. Results: The stationary ball kick distance elevation in the experimental group was 49.74±1.42 m, while that of the control was 46.16±3.01 m, p<0.05. The rate of change in the experimental group was 8.07%, higher than the 1.54% in the control group. Conclusion: Introducing the high-load training module into the soccer daily training system can effectively optimize soccer athletes’ explosive muscle strength quality, increasing their competitive performance in games. CVD in many adults begins in adolescence and even in childhood. The cardiovascular health of college students in China cannot be ignored. Objective Verify the impacts of aerobic exercise (APA) on the cardiovascular health of college students. Methods The paper uses the literature method to explore the health-promoting role of aerobic exercise in opposing and improving CVD. Also the APA exercise method of effectively improving cardiopulmonary fitness (CRF) to prevent and improve CVD. The results showed that APA can improve microcirculation by increasing microvascular reactivity. Results Coronary blood flow in healthy adults is only 8% to 9% of cardiac bleeding, while coronary blood flow increases by 40% and oxygen intake by 2-2.5 times. Aerobic exercise can improve insulin sensitivity and reduce the risk of CVD. Some risk factors related to vascular endothelial dysfunction, such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, and coronary artery disease, are often accompanied by the phenomenon of insulin resistance in the induction of CVD. At the same time, improving IR may play an effective role in preventing and treating CVD. Conclusion APA can reduce and suppress the occurrence and development of CVD risk factors such as atherosclerosis, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and obesity, intestinal microecological disorder, and reduce free radical oxidative damage and apoptosis by improving insulin sensitivity of vascular endothelial cells, inhibiting inflammatory reaction, improving mitochondrial function of cardiomyocytes, reducing body mass index and obesity, and maintaining gut micro-ecological balance, and improving vascular endothelial function and reducing CVD such as myocardial infarction.
