However, some middle-aged and elderly dancers have suffered from injuries and other problems from dancing. The comprehensive understanding of gymnastic training to solve this problem has not yet been raised, without which no adequate means of prevention can be outlined. Objective: Study the effect of balanced aerobic training on the physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly ballroom dance practitioners. Methods: A study was conducted with 50 volunteers practicing ballroom dancing, middle-aged and elderly, divided into experimental and control groups. According to the community square dance protocol, the control group performed the dance for one hour daily. The experimental group also used the same period and technique, introducing balanced aerobic exercises. Fitness and performance data were collected before and after the intervention, analyzed, and presented statistically. Results: In the experimental group, the growth rate of the grip strength index was 28.70%, the lumbar strength index was 32.27%, the time rate in the orthostatic position was 6.28%, and the sitting forward flexion index was 6.69%. Conclusion: Compared to traditional community sports, balanced aerobics inserted into ballroom dance training showed an improvement effect on the physical and sports fitness of middle-aged and elderly women, and may also prevent the adverse effects of aging on activities of daily living, and its implementation is valid. The concept of instability training applies the principles of sports physiology, combining real situations from the soccer game to improve students’ sporting ability, and has gained attention from coaches, although it still lacks scientific evidence. Objective: Study the concept of instability training by evaluating its optimization and development effects on soccer students’ motor coordination. Methods: Fifty college soccer students were selected. The students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, without relevant statistical differences. The experiment lasted one hour daily, three times a week, for six weeks. The control group remained with the usual training while the experimental group had the instability training protocol added. Balance test results were collected with frontal and posterior lower limb support and comprehensive posterolateral scores. Changes in activity performance were also analyzed with the results collected before and after the intervention. Results: The score of the experimental group without support was increased from 101.14 ± 8.22 to 108.73 ± 8.54, higher than the control group (103.8 ± 58.11). The comprehensive score of the experimental group was from 88.85 ± 6.10 to 99.85+8.87, also higher than the control group (88.15 ± 6.43). Conclusion: The effects of instability training to optimize and develop motor coordination in soccer students proved to be superior to usual training, and its introduction into daily training is indicated for more effective promotion of students’ fitness level. Weight training generates benefits in the musculoskeletal system and is believed that with its practice there is some impact on the athletes’ physical fitness. Objective: Study the impacts of weight training on the physical fitness of table tennis athletes. Methods: Sixteen professional table tennis players were selected for this study and randomly divided into a control and an experimental group. The control group maintained the existing table tennis training program, and the experimental group received additional weightlifting training using 30% maximal strength based on the existing training. Relevant fitness data were collected before and after the intervention, analyzed, and discussed statistically. Results: The time of the Illinois sensitivity test in the experimental group was reduced to 17.20±0.23 s, a reduction of approximately 0.43 s, while in the control group, it was approximately 0.08 s. As for the hexagonal ball sensitivity test, in the experimental group it was reduced to 0.52 s, while in the control group, the reduction was 0.175 s. The Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) technique is an advanced stretching technique that allows segmenting of a specific muscle group for simultaneous stretching and strengthening. Objective: This paper explores the effect of PNF stretching exercise on relieving sports fatigue after marathon races. Methods: In this paper, 160 marathon runners were selected for the experiment, and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group performed the PNF stretching exercise, while the control group remained with traditional stretching without any new intervention. Fatigue was assessed according to the heart rate, collected before, during, and after the experiment. Results: After nine weeks of PNF stretching training, the heart rate in the experimental group changed from 65.35 to 62.46 in the morning; during training, the group’s heart rate changed from 180.79 to 173.04; after recovery, the first group’s heart rate changed from 82.88 to 81.88. In the control group, the heart rate of the group also showed changes from 65.29 to 68.86 in the morning; during training, it changed from 180.7 to 175.49; and after recovery, from 86.23 to 88.4.
