Through the questionnaire survey method, the poverty motivation and satisfaction with precision poverty alleviation of farmers in two poverty-stricken counties in south of Shaanxi were investigated. The study found that the main external causes of poverty among farmers in the two places are the single economic model and the channels for industrial income increase are not wide enough. The primary internal cause of poverty is the lack of skills. Poor farmers in the two counties have higher satisfaction with the government's accurate poverty alleviation work in identifying as well as assisting, but they are not satisfied with the current situation of accurate poverty alleviation’s supervision, they also have low participation. In the implementation process of the precise poverty alleviation policies, there are some problems needed to be solved urgently, including insufficient poverty alleviation cooperation and low farmer’s participation, etc. Based on the above findings, suggestions are proposed from four aspects about out of poverty accurately: optimizing rural environment, improving working mechanism, deepening industrial innovation and enhancing farmers' participation. The family ethical relationship is an important part of African American experiences in Richard Wright’s works. And domestic violence has become an important aspect of ethical crisis in African American families. The frequent occurrence of African American domestic violence is due to the influence of the mainstream culture and the dual discrimination against black women. Wright’s examination of the interpersonal ethics and psychological issues within the African American groups shows that he doesn’t attribute the African American domestic violence all to white racism; within the black community, equality between men and women, the enhancement of black husband’s responsibility and the correct understanding of the mainstream cultural ethics of the whites are all ways to solve","PeriodicalId":208387,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Social Science, Public Health and Education (SSPHE 2018)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125236134","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From the perspective of strategic management, this paper studies the concept, connotation and basic form of university running characteristics, and expounds the position and function of the university running characteristics design, and puts forward a method of designing university running characteristics, the purpose of which is to provide some theoretical references for the construction of university running characteristics. Keywords—university, university running characteristics, design of university running characteristic I. THE CONCEPT AND CONNOTATION OF THE UNIVERSITY RUNNING CHARACTERISTICS The proposing of the university running characteristics problems began in the western developed countries such as the United States in the early years of the last century. In recent years, with the vigorous development of Chinese higher education, the problems of university running characteristics have begun to attract more and more attention from the higher education circles. At present, there is no an universally accepted to definition of the university running characteristics in academia. In the western countries, the literature on the characteristics of school running is very limited, but from the educational monographs and related comments of some famous western educationists or famous university presidents, it can clearly see their understanding and pursuit of the university running characteristics and the university running personality. Prof. Alison Richard, the president of the University of Cambridge, once said that in the whole higher education system, every university has its own characteristics, and the pattern of diversification is the external manifestation of every university. Prof. Ishi Hiromitsu, the president of the Hitotsubashi University in Japan, believes that universities with no characteristics or personality are difficult to survive in society when their scale development is blocked. The president of David Baltimore, California Institute of Technology, proposed that universities should have a variety of types and levels. Schools of different types and levels have their own characteristics. The most important thing is to make clear orientation, to clear ideas, to keep their features, and to innovate constantly, to become a first-class university [1]. In recent years, with the increasing emphasis on the characteristics of running schools in China's higher education circles, relevant research has also presented a high degree of “heat.” This has played a positive role in the profound understanding the nature and significance of the university running characteristics. For the definition of university running characteristics, many Chinese scholars have elaborated on them from different perspectives. This study also uses AC, PAC, AIC, BIC to estimate the accuracy of models. Empirical outcomes demonstrate that ARIMA (3, 1, 2) is the finest model to predict the gold price of USD. We address the selection bias by using propensity score matching in the estimation process. We find that the elder people who were accompanied with home care in their daily life are less likely to have fall incidence. For the chest pain, we find that home care can help the elder people to reduce the probability of feeling chest pain. However, home care has no significant effects on body pain. Despite of its many benefits, collusion is a common challenge that makes the reliability of peer assessment a primary concern in practices, especially when self-assignment strategy is applied in reviewer assignment. This research aims to propose a model of collusion management that applies cooccurrence network as a means to identify collusion. The proposed model is implemented as a software module in a peer code review system called EduPCR. EduPCR is able to monitor this measure and trigger instructor’s inquiries to collusion suspects when it identifies suspected collusion. A verification implemented in a university-level C Programming course shows that the proposed collusion management model is reasonable and the identification algorithm is practical in diverse peer assessment contexts.
